WanVACE: Ghibli Video Redraw, Explosive Effects! With ComfyUI Workflow!
The author uploaded the complete workflow to the ComfyUI cloud platform – Runninghub:
RunningHUB – Ghibli Video Redraw | CausVid 3-9 Steps VACE First Frame + Pose and Depth Dual Control: https://www.runninghub.ai/post/1925046681505886210?utm_source=SEO
This transformation workflow first uses EasyControl to achieve the Ghibli style redraw of the first frame image. Then, the transformed image is used as the first frame reference for WanVACE, which guides the generation of the video based on Pose and Depth control.
• The latest CausVid LORA 3-9 step acceleration scheme is used, enabling a 576*1024 resolution 161-frame video to be completed within 30 minutes.
• If the video involves scene transitions or the redraw style doesn't meet the needs of the middle segment, you can start from the first frame to redo the entire subsequent video frames.
For users unfamiliar with the workflow, they can experience this feature through the AI App wrapped on the Runninghub platform: RunningHUB – Ghibli Video Redraw | CausVid 3-9 Steps VACE First Frame + Pose and Depth Dual Control ( https://www.runninghub.ai/ai-detail/1925093468438208514?utm_source=SEO )

What Happens When Clicks Stop Coming Through?
Lis Anderson is founder and director at PR consultancy AMBITIOUS, An experienced agency MD with 25 years in the communications industry. Many of you reading this have likely modeled your sales and new business pipelines around SEO. It's a practice we've been following at AMBITIOUS for many years now. A large part of our new business came from these inbound leads. But lately, we've been feeling the winds of change. Likely, you've noticed the same. There's been a tremendous amount of discourse around large language models (LLMs) and AI ChatBots, especially around the way they synthesize and distribute information and the impact this is having on site clicks. But beyond just clicks, there's a bigger story playing out. And I believe it's one that will redefine not just how agencies operate but business as a whole. AI Overview And What It Means For Search That's because Google's own AI overview is changing how people are searching. What was once a game of balancing content with search intent to lure leads is slowly and surely being pulled apart. Not that long ago, you'd run a search like 'how to make my accounting more efficient,' 'how to write an article on LinkedIn' or 'who are the best legal firms in my area?' This would lead you down a rabbit hole of research as you tried to find the most suitable sources, and these clicks were the currency on which Google built its dominance. But now, the AI overview gives you that information right at the top of the search. There's no need to scroll down anymore. What was once a competitive, top-of-fold, SEO and PPC landscape is steadily becoming irrelevant. So those searches, once driven by informational search intent, are slowly dying off. Google's Market Share Drop Then there are the companies seeking to 'dethrone' Google. In a recent opinion piece in PRWeek (subscription required), John Higginson states that Google's share of the Global search market has fallen below 90% for the first time since 2015; according to Higginson, 'People have stopped Googling and started ChatGPTing and Claudeing.' I think this argument overstates things; these AI tools are chipping away at search behaviors, while the notion that 'people have stopped' implies that they've stopped en masse. Let's face it, a market share in the high 80s is still pretty dominant! Claude and ChatGPT have also yet to fully showcase their financial viability in the long term; OpenAI has yet to turn a profit. Google, on the other hand, still makes a lot of money, with the latest stats showing it made $237 billion from ads. But there's an argument to be made that its own AI tools could undermine its success. Could AI Undervalue PPC? Going back to Higginson's piece in PRWeek, he states that the average U.K. SME spends between 60,000 pounds and 180,000 pounds (that's around $80,000 to $240,000) on PPC campaigns. But Google's most recent filings show that Network impressions—the number of times your ad is displayed to users on the Google Network, regardless of whether they click on it—are down by 11%. If these numbers continue to track downward, if clicks keep dropping, then it won't be long before PPC budgets are put under massive scrutiny. If businesses can no longer make the case for PPC ROI, then where do we go from here? That's where people like Rand Fishkin have been beating the drum for digital PR and where it fits in the new AI world order. Tried And Tested Strategies Speaking on the Propellernet podcast, Rand phrased things in plain, understandable terms: 'If you ask ChatGPT or Gemini to recommend a plumber in Seattle, it is going to look for plumbers who frequently come up in all the documents where Seattle and plumbing are talked about. And PR makes sure that your plumbing business is mentioned in as many places as possible that talk about Seattle plumbers.' In other words, the things that matter going forward will be good reviews and review site management, great social presence, valuable and trustworthy online content, case studies and showcases of your work and media mentions in relevant, trustworthy titles. In short, all the things good old-fashioned PR and digital PR do! I find it encouraging to see that Rand, who has long been something of a barometer for all things SEO and digital, is signaling these tried and tested tactics and strategies as the way forward. But this won't be without its challenges. The Road Ahead The reality is that the media is stretched. There are fewer titles than 15 years ago and those that remain have had to pivot into commercially led editorial structures in order to keep afloat. But now, AI overviews aren't citing 'paid' content in their responses; they're favoring purely editorial outlets over commercial content. So AI Overview could potentially have a huge negative impact on news outlets, whose revenue streams became heavily reliant on pulling in numbers through search. Those that have pivoted to commercial editorial models may struggle to gain traction. Google and news outlets have lived in a somewhat forced state of symbiosis for years now. The outlets didn't like it, but they knew they had to operate within Google's boundaries. Because the alternative would be getting lost in the black hole that is page two and beyond! What's Next Agency owners previously reliant on inbound SEO and PPC are going to need to find those clicks elsewhere. If we can no longer prove ROI, I suspect we'll see a surge in more traditional tactics. The race for AI visibility will almost certainly bring back a focus on earned media. And I think new business via referrals—organic growth, a particular area of focus for AMBITIOUS—will become increasingly important. We may be headed back to the era of working a room, nurturing real-life contacts and putting faces to LinkedIn names. We'll all need to adjust. But (and it's a big but): Google won't take profit drops lightly. When PPC revenue starts to drop off, I think the logical next step will be to monetize the AI Overview. Then everything changes ... again Forbes Agency Council is an invitation-only community for executives in successful public relations, media strategy, creative and advertising agencies. Do I qualify?

Forget SEO: How to get found by AI tools in 2025
Three years ago, I said Google was going the way of the dial-up modem. People called me crazy with a capital K. Well, I was spot on. We don't use the web the same way anymore. We're giving away a new iPhone. No purchase required. Enter now! Look at the numbers. ChatGPT now has over 180 million users and powers more than 800 million sessions each week. Google's own AI Overviews appear in over 60% of search results. One Pew study found that when those AI blurbs show up, only 8% of people bother to click through to a website. Ouch. SEO is dead. If you're still focused on keywords, backlinks, and trying to land on page one of Google, you're playing last year's game. You now need to make sure AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini find you when someone asks a question. You need to know about GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AIO (Artificial Intelligence Optimization). AI tools are trained on huge datasets: Reddit threads, Wikipedia entries, product reviews, how-to guides, forums, FAQs and even customer service transcripts. To get found in AI answers, you need to think less like a blogger and more like a helpful expert. Here's how: Let's use this article as an example of how you'd post it on your site. 1. Your meta title should be short, sharp, and targeted. Under 60 characters. Something like: "Forget SEO: How to Get Found by AI Tools in 2025" 2. Add a clear, benefit-driven description, under 160 characters, like: "SEO is dead. Learn how to optimize your content for ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to stay visible in the AI era." 3. Don't forget schema markup. Yes, Google still reads it, and so do other AI crawlers. It's behind-the-scenes code that tells machines, "This is an article," "This is a product review," or "Here's a list of FAQs." Need help? Just ask ChatGPT, "Can you generate a FAQ schema for my blog post?" and you'll get copy-paste code in seconds. There's no more gaming Google. No more squeezing 400 variations of the same keyword into a blog post. If your business, blog, or store isn't showing up in AI results, it's invisible. Now, if you found this helpful, send it to a friend. Let's help each other stay ten steps ahead of the tech curve. Award-winning host Kim Komando is your secret weapon for navigating tech.
