Eleonora Cottrell previews Brentford Women v Camden Town
'It's just another test and just another challenge," said Cottrell. "We're hoping to keep the title and we're just excited."

Cottrell said the Cottagers defeat ensured the side will stay focused between now and the end of the season.
'I think it's always good to have setbacks, just to make sure that we always keep pushing. We just want to win everything now, so fingers crossed we do.
'Our focus is the league at the moment but if we win a cup as well, it's a bonus."
Six goals in each half saw the Bees defeat Whyteleafe 12-0 in the league last Sunday afternoon.
Paula Holguin scored her first hat-trick in Brentford colours with Nikki Woods adding another treble of her own.
Chloe Logie, Lucy Potter, Maddie Phillips, Samantha Read, Alissa Down and Kirsty Matthews were also on target.
Last time out in the Capital Cup, Osborne's side cruised to an 8-1 home win over Comets.

Field of Dreams: Boston College football hosts unforgettable day for people with disabilities
Advertisement Around 50 participants attended the fourth event held at Boston College, and Fuller secured her second field goal in a row. 'Guys helping guys that have special needs,' Fuller said. 'It's important just getting together and stuff. And all of them taking their time from school to help out with the event, put an event together and all of that. It's just really fun!' For the past eight years, Beautiful Lives has held events in the US Open, and with basketball, football and baseball teams at the professional and college level across the country. Organizers hope to expand their national outreach and extend into women's sports. Dylan Pomarole, 14, from Norwood, fires the football into a net as Boston College offensive tackle Kevin Cline looks on. Children and adults with disabilities experienced football training with members and staff of the Boston College football team inside the Fish Fieldhouse on Wednesday for the annual event called the Beautiful Lives Project. John Tlumacki/Globe Staff The organization was co-founded in 2017 by Bryce Weiler, 34, from Claremont, Ill. It all began after Weiler, who is blind, sat on the basketball bench for the University of Evansville. Advertisement 'I want to allow individuals with disabilities their own opportunities with their dreams and life, and find people who want to help them to be successful,' Weiler said. Weiler pitched his idea to pharmaceutical CEO Anthony Iacovone, who owned the New Britain Bees baseball team at the time. Iacovone helped fund the organization, and they held their first event with the Bees that same year. While neither Weiler or Iacovone were able to attend the event, Tony Gionfriddo, 67, from New Britain, Conn., supervised with the help of representatives from Boston College. He was a sales director for the Bees when he joined Beautiful Lives. Although he is twice retired, his friendship with Weiler led him to his current position as executive director of the project. 'If you didn't leave this event with goosebumps, then I didn't do my job,' Gionfriddo said. Gionfriddo, who was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia two years ago, said he is committed to continuing the organization's mission of inclusion. 'People are going through a lot worse than I. So I have no complaints,' Gionfriddo said. Gionfriddo was accompanied by his Boston College's alumni daughter Laura Vieira, his son-in-law, and three granddaughters, who got out of school to help their grandfather set up goodie bags and gold football trophies for the participants. One of the participants, Dylan Pomarole, from Norwood, is in the eighth grade and has autism. Dylan arrived early and was jumping with excitement at getting the chance to meet the players for the first time. He says he's been to a football game, but doesn't recognize the players without their helmets on. Advertisement Running back Alex Broome, who just returned to the field after a torn ACL, hyped up Dylan's dance moves at the touchdown celebration station. He said events like these give him perspective on his own privilege. 'I think it's always good to see how, no matter the day they are having, when they come to see us, they're always happy and ready to participate in whatever we have lined up,' Broome said. Related : Cameron Massaro, 7, from Winchester, is visually impaired, and a big Boston College football fan. He attended the event with his mom Jackie, who just finished her second year doctorate program at the nursing school. 'We like to come to things that give him opportunities to participate in ways that he normally wouldn't have,' Massaro said. Massaro couldn't help but do the 'Griddy' dance at the endzone, get his picture taken with the team, and pass the football around with a couple of players. 'It means a lot to our school because our motto is 'Men and Women for others,' and this shows it,' said Ryan Mickow, offensive linebacker for the team who helped Massaro score at the target toss station. Ricky Tiriel, 65, from Needham's Charles River Center, which works with people with disabilities, briefly worked at Boston College 20 years ago. While he was able to participate by kicking the ball and tackling a punching bag, Tiriel, who wore a retro Boston College sweatshirt, tires easily and needed his shiny red wheelchair. When asked what his favorite part of the event was, Tiriel simply exclaimed, 'Every year!,' echoing the participants and players enthusiasm for the tradition to continue. EXCLUSIVE: Wonderkid will join Liverpool first team in pre-season
20-year-old Armin Pecsi will be arriving from Puskas Akademia this summer and linking up with fellow Hungarian Dominik Szoboszlai in the first team. He's probably one of the club's most exciting young talents, and the only nominee Liverpool currently have in the top 100 rankings for the Golden Boy award. Advertisement It's expected that the Reds' new wonderkid will initially be playing for the club's U21 side as he adjusts to the demands of English football. However, Anfield Watch understands that for the beginning of the pre-season, Pecsi will be joining the first team and he will be part of Slot's preparations. This means he could get a chance to make his unofficial debut for the club, if the need arises to use more than two goalkeepers with Alisson Becker and Giorgi Mamardashvili currently ahead of him in the pecking order. In pre-season, Liverpool often rotate goalkeepers, so this is a possibility. Advertisement Last summer, Slot used three goalkeepers during the preparations with third choice Vitezslav Jaros playing three games during pre-season, including 28 minutes against Sevilla, when Alisson Becker and Caoimhin Kelleher were both available. It's expected Jaros is going to depart on loan with Ajax currently the frontrunners to sign him. This will open up a space for Pecsi to claim the number three spot and thus potentially make his debut for the Reds' first team. The club have high hopes for Pecsi and regard him as Slot's third choice keeper. While, he will be playing mostly U21 football next season, which is a step down for somebody who has over 50 first team appearances under his belt, the expectations is that he will be training alongside Mamardashvili and Alisson, to learn the ropes and this is very much a step up. Advertisement As a third choice goalkeeper, he could even get a chance to make his debut for the Reds' first team in a rare circumstance if both Alisson and Mamardashvili are injured. This occurred last season, too, with Jaros playing against Crystal Palace in the Premier League and Brighton in the League Cup. In the long-term, Liverpool envision Pecsi to be a first choice goalkeeper. That is why they have invested £1.5m on him, which makes him the second most expensive Hungarian goalkeeper behind Peter Gulacsi.

🚨 River bid for Román Vega falls short for Argentinos Jrs
With the transfer of Franco Mastantuono to Real Madrid practically confirmed —although he would leave after the Club World Cup—, River Plate will go to the market in search of substitutes for the 17-year-old jewel, who had established himself as a starter and key piece in Marcelo Gallardo's team. But the Millionaire is also betting on reinforcing other key positions, and the payment of the millionaire clause for Mastantuono's departure will give the Núñez club room for maneuver. Advertisement Thus, a few minutes ago it was revealed that River made a concrete offer to Argentinos Juniors for the pass of left-back Román Vega. Insufficient offer According to information from César Luis Merlo, the figure of around six million dollars that River proposed for 80% of Vega's card was insufficient for the leadership of the Bicho de la Paternal. As is usual in these cases, it is expected that both clubs will initiate negotiations to find an agreement that serves all parties. Román Vega, 21-year-old left-back, was trained in the youth teams of Argentinos Juniors, the world's nursery, but had an early European experience when he was loaned out in 2022 to play for Barça Atlètic, the FC Barcelona reserve team that competes in the Spanish third tier. Vega made his debut in the 2021 League Cup with the Argentinos Jrs. first team, at just 17 years old, and already has 63 appearances with that shirt, with one goal and three assists.
