Faheem Abdullah, after his hit Saiyaara, is set to collaborate with T-Series for new projects. His first release, Bichadna, drops on August 4.
Following the massive success of his breakout hit Saiyaara, singer-composer Faheem Abdullah is now set to collaborate with T-Series, India's premier music label, for a slate of upcoming projects. The Kashmiri artist has quickly become one of the most talked-about new voices in the Indian music scene.
The announcement comes shortly after Saiyaara, the title track of the Mohit Suri-directed film, soared to the number one spot on Spotify's Global 50 chart.
In this new association, Faheem will work with T-Series on a variety of musical ventures including film soundtracks, independent singles, albums, and EPs. His first offering under the label is Bichadna, set to release on August 4. Sharing a glimpse of the track on Instagram, Faheem described it as, 'the ache left unspoken of, a goodbye caught in the throat, where tears spoke louder than words ever could."
Bhushan Kumar, Managing Director of T-Series, expressed his admiration for the singer, saying, 'What truly impresses me about Faheem is the honesty in his music. His vocals have a rare uniqueness that stands out in today's landscape. With audiences already connecting deeply to his sound, this collaboration will allow us to bring a fresh and soulful flavor to listeners everywhere."
Faheem, who hails from Kashmir, has long championed local talent and draws inspiration from the landscapes and stories of his homeland. Speaking about the deal, he said, 'I feel blessed and honoured to be joining hands with T-Series. All these years in my hometown, I have always looked at T-Series as the pinnacle of music, and now collaborating with Bhushan Sir on multiple future projects is both an honour and an exciting new chapter for me."
Sung by Faheem Abdullah and composed by Faheem, Arslan Nizami, and Tanishk Bagchi, the Saiyaara title track has not only captured hearts but also stormed its way into the Top 10 on Spotify's Global Chart, currently sitting at the fifth spot.
Taking to Instagram Stories, singer Faheem Abdullah shared his excitement and gratitude, writing, 'Hello beautiful people! Can we make Saiyaara the No. 1 song in the world on Spotify? I am overwhelmed by the insane amount of love Saiyaara title track is getting! Let's go all out! I want to keep feeling this! More and more of it. I love you each one of you guys! All those who've been tagging me and writing to me in my DMs, I've been reading every note. I am grateful for the love! Keep it coming!"
Composer Arslan Nizami echoed Faheem's sentiment, encouraging fans to come together for a cause bigger than just a chart placement, 'Let's make Saiyaara the No. 1 song in the world on Spotify! Imagine the title track of Saiyaara reaching hearts all over the world. How beautiful would that be? It would be a proud moment for all of us. Let's come together and make it happen."
Directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Yash Raj Films, Saiyaara has emerged as a cultural phenomenon. The film has turned debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda into national sweethearts.

The romantic drama collected Rs 173.75 crore in the opening week, followed by Rs 106.25 crore in the second week. It entered the third weekend by netting Rs 4.75 crore on Friday. Further, it collected Rs 7 crore net on 3rd Saturday. And now, it has netted another Rs 9 to 10 crore today on 3rd Sunday. The total cume of Saiyaara reached Rs 300.75 crore net in India in just 17 days of its release. The newcomers movie has surpassed the lifetime earnings of Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer action flick, War and Salman Khan 's Sultan. Mumbai-based Cinefai Studios released the trailer for their latest project, 'Ramayana', a few days ago. The trailer of the new episodic series offers a glimpse into the classic Indian epic crafted entirely using advanced AI critic Taran Adarsh shared the trailer for the series on X. He also informed that the first episode of the series is already out. The trailer showcases the gripping tale of Ram and Sita retold through next-generation visualisation techniques. It is available for viewing on the studio's Instagram and YouTube channels. Several social media users reacted to the post, saying the trailer looks good. An Indian administrative officer has shared the story of an extraordinary friendship between two elephants who have been inseparable for over 55 years. Supriya Sahu, on Friendship Day, spotlighted Bhama, 75, and Kamatchi, 65, two elephants at the Theppakadu Elephant Camp in Mudumalai, Nilgiris. "This Friendship Day, we celebrate a bond that has stood the test of time not between humans, but between two magnificent elephants," the IAS officer wrote on Sunday. She added a video of the duo strolling side by side. Bhama and Kamatchi have been at each other's side for decades. Eating together, resting together, and even demanding their sugarcane treats as a pair. "For them, friendship is everything," Ms Sahu said. "Here's to Bhama and Kamatchi, an enduring symbol of love, loyalty, and lifelong friendship," she wrote, adding the hashtag "Friendship Day." Someone requested a "longer video" of the majestic creatures. "Bless these two gentle Souls. May we learn some life lessons from them," read a comment. Theppakadu Elephant Camp, managed by the Tamil Nadu Forest Department, is one of Asia's oldest such camps and currently home to 30 elephants. Earlier, Ms Sahu showed tribal artisans from Tamil Nadu crafting life-sized elephant replicas from lantana camara, an invasive forest weed. The models, inspired by real elephants from Mudumalai National Park, were installed at Chennai's Edward Elliott's Beach to raise awareness about wildlife conservation. She mentioned that the initiative was guided by an expert group and served a dual purpose, to provide livelihood opportunities to tribal communities and promote ecological restoration by removing harmful plant species.
