'FanArcade was born from a simple idea: what if fans could earn access to exclusive content the same way they earn high scores in their favorite games?' said Richie Branson, CEO and co-founder of FanArcade. 'We're combining the engagement mechanics of interactive gaming with the direct support model of platforms like Patreon, sprinkled with the family-friendly fun of Chuck E. Cheese. The result is a thrilling new way for creators to connect with audiences—and for fans to be rewarded for their skills.'
A New Revenue Model for Creators
FanArcade's token economy not only incentivizes play but also opens up fresh monetization channels. Aside from a flat subscription, fans can choose how much time to invest—earning influencer's currency at their own pace—and unlock content according to what matters most to them. Creators can earn through Arcade Pass subscriptions and revenue generated from their own in-platform digital currency, which fans can redeem for prizes, in-game power, and more.
Key Features of FanArcade:
Game-Gated Content: Influencers design custom arcade-style mini-games. Fans unlock tiered content—behind-the-scenes footage, personalized voice messages, or live Q&A passes—by reaching score thresholds or completing in-game quests.
Influencer-Created Challenges: Influencers are able to create challenges based around their game. Rewarding winners with content, cash prizes, access, and more.
Digital $FAN Currency: Each influencer mints their own arcade currency. Players earn these tokens through gameplay and can redeem them for exclusive merchandise, VIP access to events, or one-on-one virtual sessions.
Seamless Creator Tools: A content dashboard lets creators upload multimedia, define content gameplay-unlock criteria, and set $FAN rewards —all without writing a line of code.
Social Leaderboards: Global and friend leaderboards drive competition, while integrated comments and sharing foster community engagement.
Wide Audience: Despite the play-to-unlock content ecosystem, there's no adult content allowed on the platform.

One of Nintendo's most creative Super Nintendo games is now on the Switch
Last night, Nintendo quietly added Mario Paint to the Nintendo Switch Online's catalog of Super Nintendo games. Originally released back in 1992, Mario Paint was a unique SNES title, because although it included a handful of mini games, it was first and foremost a creative tool letting players draw, paint, animate, and even compose music using the 16-bit console. What also set Mario Paint apart from other SNES games was that it didn't rely on the console's standard gamepad. It came bundled with a two-button mouse and a plastic mouse pad that made drawing and navigating the game's on-screen menus and drag-and-drop interface much easier. In 1992, creative apps like Photoshop were still in their relative infancy —- Photoshop didn't even have its useful layers feature yet — and for many kids, Mario Paint was their first exposure to using a digital creative tool (and perhaps even a mouse). Alongside Mario Paint being added to the Switch's SNES catalog, Nintendo has enabled mouse support for the Switch's SNES app, which is compatible with games like Mario's Super Picross and Nobunaga's Ambition. On the original Switch, players can connect a compatible USB mouse to play Mario Paint, while on the Switch 2 the Joy-Con 2 controller's mouse functionality can be used. The company also recently added 19 tracks from Mario Paint to the Nintendo Music mobile app, including the three sample compositions available in the game's music sequencer. Sydney Sweeney Is Facing A Backlash Over Her New American Eagle Campaign. Here's What People Are Saying
Sydney Sweeney's new collaboration with the fashion brand American Eagle has become the centre of a whole lot of debate. The Euphoria star unveiled a new campaign with the American clothing brand last week, to promote their line of denim last week. However, it didn't take long before social media clips to promote the deal sparked a wave of discomfort among many critics, largely due to some of the language that's used in the campaign. This is the story so far… What is Sydney Sweeney's new ad campaign for American Eagle all about? For American Eagle's autumn 2025 campaign, Sydney Sweeney can be seen sporting items from the brand's denim range, including a new pair of jeans inspired by her. The campaign also makes use of the slogan 'Sydney Sweeney has great jeans', a pun on the term 'great genes'. In another, she explains: 'Genes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair colour, personality and even eye colour.' 'My jeans are blue,' she then quips, at which point a narrator delivers the line: 'Sydney Sweeney has great jeans.' Why are some people upset about Sydney Sweeney's new ads for American Eagle? Unfortunately this repeated use of the slogan 'great jeans', a pun on 'great genes', has put some viewers in mind of the language used by white supremacists and eugenicists. By centring a blonde, white star in a campaign referencing 'genes', some critics are accusing the brand of tone-deafness at best – particularly in the current political climate – and deliberately pushing a white supremacist agenda at worst. HuffPost UK has contacted representatives for both Sydney Sweeney and American Eagle for comment. Others are pointing out that Sydney Sweeney's American Eagle campaign doesn't mention one other important aspect of the product American Eagle's new 'Sydney Jean' features a butterfly detail on its back pocket, in a nod to domestic violence awareness, a cause which the White Lotus star has championed throughout her career. In fact, an American Eagle press release confirmed that '100% of the purchase price from 'The Sydney Jean' will be donated to Crisis Text Line', a charity in the US which aims to help those affected by domestic violence. However, the ads are also being criticised for not highlighting this key part of the campaign, with some saying its accompanying slogan is even more jarring as a result. Has Sydney Sweeney or American Eagle said anything about the controversy? Not yet, but we'll be sure to keep you updated if and when they do… READ MORE: Glen Powell's Ex Makes Veiled Comments About How Sydney Sweeney Rumours Affected Relationship Sydney Sweeney Fires Back After Producer's Takedown Of Her Looks And Talent Sydney Sweeney Makes Blunt Comment On Women's Empowerment In Hollywood

Corning forecasts upbeat quarterly core sales on AI-driven demand
(Reuters) -Specialty glass maker Corning forecast third-quarter core sales above Wall Street estimates on Tuesday, led by artificial intelligence-driven demand for its optical connectivity products. Shares of the company rose about 6% in premarket trading. AI has been a growth driver for Corning's products, such as cables and connectors, which are increasingly used by hyperscale data centers to support the massive computing and data transmission demands. "We also expect an additional growth driver to emerge in the coming months, as new and existing customers seek to leverage our large U.S. advanced manufacturing footprint," CEO Wendell Weeks said. Based in New York, Corning also sells a break-resistant Gorilla Glass for mobile phones, tablets and smart watches, and has produced durable glass with infused color for the back of Apple's iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus devices. Earlier this month, EU antitrust regulators accepted Corning's offer to waive exclusive deals with mobile phone makers and glass processing companies and scrap purchasing clauses to end an eight-month-long investigation and stave off a possible fine. Corning's largest unit - Optical communications - reported net sales of $1.57 billion in the second quarter, a rise of 41% from a year ago. Its core sales in the quarter rose 12% to $4.05 billion, compared with estimates of $3.86 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG. Corning expects third-quarter core sales to be around $4.2 billion, beating estimates of $4.01 billion. The company expects quarterly core earnings per share between 63 cents and 67 cents, compared with estimates of 61 cents.
