Holly has now shared the happy news that she's engaged as she showed off her sparkly huge diamond ring.
She looked smitten as she posed for a photo with her hand resting on his chest.
Holly also revealed the moment Aaron popped the question during a romantic date night.
He got down on one knee while they dined inside a garden igloo pod, leaving Holly stunned and crying happy tears.
Holly captioned the post: "The easiest 'YES'.
"You bring the best out of me, you care about my opinion, you make me feel safe with being vulnerable, you allow my imperfect days, we work through conflict, your my support network, you give me 100 per cent every single day.
"I finally understand the meaning of 'finding the one'. I love you."
Holly's former MAFS co-stars raced to congratulate the pair.
Polly Sellman wrote: "Oh Hol, so happy for you my girl."
Kristina Goodsell posted: "So so so happy for you, you deserve the world."
Emma Barnes shared: "Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!! Congratulations guys."
Back in March, The Sun revealed Aaron, 28, from Dagenham, who pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply back in 2021, allegedly cheated on his partner with Holly, and she found out days before giving birth to his third child last week.
Holly is said to have been aware of Aaron's partner's pregnancy, but decided to post the PDA-filled snaps just three days after the birth.
A source told The Sun: '[Holly and Aaron] had been talking for a few weeks and finally met up last weekend.
'He was already in a relationship with a different girl who was heavily pregnant and had the baby on Thursday. They met the day after - Holly fully knows about this. She portrayed herself as a girl's girl on the show.
'Aaron was at the birth and then drove four and a half hours to Holly's house [in Huddersfield]. The baby's mum put the photo of the baby on Facebook on Friday and then Holly posted a photo with Aaron on Sunday.'
In 2021, Aaron pleaded guilty to being in possession of quantities of heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply at Hastings Magistrates Court - he also pleaded guilty to being in possession of criminal property.
But it wasn't his first brush with the law, as the convicted drug dealer was handed a community order and 150 hours of unpaid work at West Sussex Magistrates' Court after he admitted sending text messages which conveyed a threat to cause distress or anxiety in Bognor Regis, back in 2019.
The new couple allegedly met through Tiktok earlier this year, where Aaron does content creation work under the username bigazz1.
Things are said to have moved quickly with the pair, according to a source, who told The Sun that the convicted drug dealer has already met Holly's kids.
The source continued: 'They started chatting in February - they met through Tiktok. He has a platform on there - it's where he makes his money. Recently he's been posting content about going to Morocco, before that he was trolling people online.
'He also classes himself as a bit of a rapper - but he should just stick to the day job.'
Aaron is a father-of-three to a daughter and a son from two previous relationships - and his latest welcome addition in March.
Holly's rep had no comment when approached by The Sun.
Holly failed to find her happy ever after with E4 groom Alex Henry, 28, and split during the process.

The pet pooch was seen being carried into St Paul's Cathedral by a guest as she prepared to carry out her unique part at the ceremony - ringbearer. Cookie was dyed bright pink - something that Mel has come under fire for in the past - as she was carried past a host of celebrities and into the iconic venue. Traditionally, dogs are not allowed inside St Paul's unless they are guide dogs, hearing dogs or registered assistance dogs. MailOnline understands that the nuptials also saw Rory's brother Jordan act as best man, while pal James Steen filled in to walk Mel down the aisle in place of her late father Martin Brown. Mel's nieces served as flower girls. Yet while Cookie was adorable - she couldn't upstage blushing bride Mel B - who looked incredible in a pearl-adorned white gown as she arrived. The Spice Girl, who arrived in a white Bentley, flashed a radiant smile and adjusted her veil as she prepared to head inside to become Mrs McPhee. Mel's gown featured a sheer illusion design adorned with white pearls and a ruched bodice, with the singer adding a flowing veil to her bridal look. EXCLUSIVE: Spice Girls star Melanie Brown has married her long-term fiancé, Rory McPhee, at St. Paul's Cathedral and the Mirror can reveal intimate details Melanie Brown has finally tied the knot with Rory McPhee in a stunning ceremony. The Spice Girls megastar walked down the aisle at the iconic St Paul's Cathedral in London and looked every inch the stunning bride. Rory, a hair stylist, got down on one knee and proposed to the Leeds-born icon in October 2022, four years after the pair started dating one another. The 50-year-old, known for her love of leopard print and bold personality, looked sensational as she wore a figure-hugging classic white gown after arriving in a white Rolls Royce car. Her dress embodied everything Melanie stands for: strength, sensuality and timeless glamour. The Leeds-native worked very closely with London-based Evelie Bridal and Josephine Scott to design the georgette crepe gown, which showcased her gym-honed physique in a corset bodice. Her beautiful gown featured draping, which hugged her silhouette and flowed freely into a dramatic train. Meanwhile, a detachable jacket was decorated with hand-embellished pearl constellations across the high neckline, with the long-sleeved jacket framing her shoulders and adding a regal touch to her gown, in true St Paul's etiquette. Mum-of-three Melanie, opted for a white with a cathedral-length veil which trailed down the 158-meter-long aisle, scattered with pearls and, in true Mel B style, a touch of drama. Speaking to the Mirror, owner of Evelie Bridal, Caroline Black, who styled Melanie said: "From the moment Mel walked through the doors at Evelie, this journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. "Helping a real Spice Girl choose her wedding dress—what could possibly top that? But what's truly made this experience so meaningful is getting to know Mel as just Mel — not the icon, but the woman. It's been such an honour." Meanwhile, the designer, Josephine Scott said: "Designing this gown for Mel was about capturing her fearless spirit and softness all in one look. She's iconic, powerful, and radiant — and this dress had to be worthy of that. "Every detail was chosen to honour her strength and sensuality while celebrating the woman and the love story beneath the girl power." Her daughter Phoenix, who arrived with her partner, AJ Anderson, dazzled onlookers in a striking blue gown and white fascinator. Angel, whom Melanie shares with Eddie Murphy, rocked a suave black suit as the pair were accompanied by another guest. Her youngest, Madison, chose a bright pink dress which was decorated by eye-catching red flowers.
