Often, such stories come from the corridors of the film industry, which are shocking. One such incident happened when during the shooting of a hit psychological crime thriller of 1997, the lead hero of the film went to the director to complain about his co-star. Before shooting the romantic scene of the film, as soon as he got close to the actress, the smell of the girl's mouth disturbed the actor so much that the hero said in front of everyone on the set, 'Her mouth is stinking.'
This is the story of Bobby Deol, who became a villain from a Bollywood hero and made headlines. In the late 1990s, he gave evergreen films like 'Gupt' and 'Soldier'. He worked with everyone from Preity Zinta to Kajol, but do you know the incident when he had to shoot a romantic scene for a hit film and as soon as the scene with the actress started, his mind went numb. He himself revealed this shocking incident. This actor couldn't tolerate the smell
In an interview given to Filmfare, it was revealed why this famous actress was stinking so much that he could not tolerate it. The incident is related to the 1997 film 'Gupt'. Kajol and Manisha Koirala were seen with Bobby Deol in this psychological crime thriller. These were not newcomers to the industry, but leading actresses, about whom Bobby Deol complained to the director. Why was there a bad smell coming from the actress's mouth
According to Bobby, while shooting the song 'Bechaaniyan' in the film 'Gupt' with Manisha Koirala, both of them had to get close and bite the actress's chin. She had to bring her face close to Bobby for the shot. But it was becoming difficult for him because Manisha's mouth was smelling strongly of onions.
Manisha had eaten chana chaat with raw onion just before the shooting. Due to this, it became very difficult for her to shoot this romantic scene. Bobby said that it was a miracle that I managed to do that scene, because romance was the last thing on my mind at that time. But then I told everything about it to the director as well.
The second film of his career was 'Gupt.' In the year 1997, Bobby Deol appeared in 'Gupt'. This was his second film, and its lifetime collection was Rs 18.23 crore.

Prabhas' The Raja Saab Producers Clarify Worker Dues Amid Legal Trouble: 'The Delay Occurred Due To…'

Last Updated: People Media Factory says Rs 1 crore is still due to Prabhas' The Raja Saab workers and will be paid directly to their bank accounts. Prabhas Movie The Raja Saab: People Media Factory (PMF) has issued a statement clarifying worker payment issues on the Prabhas-starrer The Raja Saab. The production house confirmed that approximately Rs 60 crore has been paid to daily wage workers over the past year, with around Rs 1 crore still pending from schedules in July. PMF addressed comments made by outsiders in a statement. 'People Media Factory has disbursed approximately Rs 60 crores over the past 12 months towards daily wage workers engaged in BTL/production activities. In addition, around Rs 1 crore remains payable in relation to schedules worked during July. This amount of Rs 60 crore does not include monthly contract associates who are on monthly remuneration across various crafts, which accounts for an additional Rs 30 crores. These contract associates' payments are fully current. Furthermore, this figure excludes the remunerations of key technicians, artists, vendors, VFX teams, and location-related expenses," the statement read. It continued, 'It is therefore both inaccurate and inappropriate for unrelated individuals or self-proclaimed federation/union leaders to make public statements regarding internal company payments. People Media Factory has no agreements or financial obligations with any federations/unions and consequently holds no dues to them." PMF confirmed that the remaining Rs 1 crore will be paid directly into workers' bank accounts this week. 'The delay has occurred due to the unavailability of workers over the past two weeks, due to the sudden strike, and as the next schedule did not commence. Taking into consideration the difficulties being faced by our persons who have worked for us, we have decided to make exception to the policy and make the payments this week," PMF said. The production house also introduced a new system to prevent delays. 'To ensure greater transparency and to eliminate past malpractices of routing payments through representatives, all payments will henceforth be made directly to workers into their bank accounts. PMF will not release funds to intermediaries under any circumstance," the note added. How Workers Can Claim Dues Workers from the July schedule are requested to submit accurate bank details and complete the enrolment process. Payments will be disbursed within the same week after verification by Executive Producers. PMF expressed appreciation for cooperation and promised a smooth resumption of work. Legal Trouble Behind the Scenes The Raja Saab recently faced a legal complaint from Ivy Entertainment in Delhi High Court. The production company was accused of contractual breaches, including failing to complete and release the film on time, providing production updates, and disclosing fund utilisation. The Raja Saab is touted to be a horror-comedy, marking a genre break for Prabhas after having featured in action or fantasy dramas in the past few years. The film features a Haveli that's unlike anything seen before in Indian cinema. This grand set, spanning 41,256 sq ft, is officially the largest horror set ever constructed in India. War 2 Box Office Collection Day 3: Hrithik–Jr NTR film nears Rs 150 crore despite dip, locks horns with Rajinikanth's Coolie

War 2 Box Office Collection Day 3: Helmed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by renowned YRF under its YRF Spy Universe, War 2 had a shaky start as it opened with Rs 51 crore, as per Sacnilk details. Following day 1, War 2 on the second day of release witnessed a 50 per cent hike and minted Rs 56 crore. While the difference between 51 and 56 may not sound like a 50 per cent hike, let us tell you that since War 2 is a pan-India release because of Jr NTR's presence, it was made available in 3 languages – Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. On day 1, the Hindi belt in War 2 failed to make a mark, but on day 2 the Hindi belt witnessed double the earnings. Now, War 2 box office collection day 3 has witnessed a decline on the graph. As per industry tracker Sacnilk, War 2 collected Rs 33 crore on day 3. War 2 Box Office Collection Detailed Analysis Ayan Mukerji's directorial, featuring Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR and Kiara Advani in lead roles, was released on August 14, alongside Rajinikanth's Coolie. Critics feared that Thalaivar's film may overshadow Hrithik and Jr NTR's high-octane action drama. And, in reality, it did happen. War 2 box office collection on day 1 was Rs 51 crore, with the Hindi belt earning Rs 29 crore. However, what no one expected was the rise in numbers on the second day of release. War 2 box office collection on day 2 shot up and the movie minted Rs 56 crore. The Hindi belt witnessed a 50 per cent rise as it earned Rs 44 crore, almost double the numbers from the previous day. Now, the day 3 collection of War 2 witnessed a sharp decline and managed to earn Rs 33 crore. Despite a fall in numbers, the movie has managed to earn Rs 142 crore, slowly pushing to touch Rs 150 crore in just 3 days. War 2 Competition From Rajinikanth's Coolie War 2 clashed at the box office with Rajinikanth's Coolie as both the movies were released on the same day. While War 2 earned Rs 51 crore on day 1, Rajinikanth's film minted Rs 65 crore on day 1, which indeed was a huge difference. However, both the movies managed to enter the Rs 100 crore club in just three days. War 2 Review War 2 movie review by reads, 'The plot of War 2 is painfully predictable, the VFX are subpar, and the dialogues often border on cringeworthy. Hrithik's much-hyped mass entry and a few well-executed action scenes are the only moments worth noting.'

Saif Ali Khan On Being Dropped From Shah Rukh Khan's Devdas: 'I Didn't Ask For Obscene Money'

Last Updated: Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor reveal why they never worked with Sanjay Leela Bhansali after they were dropped from Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai's Devdas. Back in the early 2000s, Sanjay Leela Bhansali had big plans for his epic romance Devdas, based on the Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay novel of the same name. He initially eyed Shah Rukh Khan as the main lead and considered Saif Ali Khan for the role of Chunilal. But the casting didn't go as planned, and Jackie Shroff ultimately stepped in. Contrary to popular belief, Saif never turned down the part. 'Though Sanjay Bhansali thinks I'm silly, let me make it very clear that I didn't turn him down. There was a miscommunication between us on the price. Also, let me clarify that I didn't ask for an obscene sum of money. Without getting back to me and discussing the price, Sanjay closed the chapter. Nobody even told me that the negotiations were off till I called back to find out what was happening," he explained in a 2001 interview with journalist Nilufer Qureshi. Even if he had been cast, Saif felt he wouldn't have fit the role. 'I felt I'd be hopelessly miscast as Chunilal. I didn't think the role suited Motilal either in Bimal Roy's Devdas. But at least, Motilal and Chunilal rhyme," he added. Interestingly, Kareena Kapoor, now Saif's wife, faced a similar situation with Bhansali. She revealed that she underwent a screen test for Devdas, only for the role to go to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. In a candid Filmfare interview, she had said, 'He screen-tested me for Devdas, gave me a signing amount, then took someone else. That was wrong, it hurt especially because I was at the start of my career. It's okay, because the day he dropped me, I signed Yaadein. Sanjay hurt me. Even if I have no work, I'll never work with him." Sanjay Leela Bhansali, however, reacted to the claims by clarifying that taking a screen test doesn't guarantee casting Kareena Kapoor Says Her Bond With Sanjay Leela Bhansali Is 'Love And War' In a candid chat with Vicky Kaushal, Kareena Kapoor recently said, 'Of course, he is the Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and Love and War is actually me and Sanjay. You can tell him that. He will understand. We have love and war." Caught off-guard, Vicky asked, 'What is it now? Love or war?" Kareena said, 'We are always fluctuating." Devdas, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali in 2002, is a lavish adaptation of Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay's classic novel. Starring Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai, and Madhuri Dixit, the film was praised for its grand sets, music, and performances. It won multiple awards and was India's official entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the Oscars, cementing its place as one of Bollywood's most iconic cinematic adaptations.
