New Couple Alert? Cardi B & Stefon Diggs Cozy Up Courtside

There was plenty of excitement at Madison Square Garden for Game Four of the NBA East Coast Championship finals between the Knicks and Celtics, but what got the internet buzzing was what was happening courtside between Cardi B and NFL star Stefon Diggs. Cameras caught the two cozied up and all smiles before, during, and after the May 12 game.
And fans couldn't get enough.
Was this a new couple soft launch? Were Stefon and Cardi on the ultimate NYC date night? Pics and social media content captured during the night say,'Yes.'
Cardi B slayed, looking like the high-fashion girlie she is. The 'Bongos' rapper wore a fitted black leather Miu Miu top and matching pleated mini skirt. She finished the look with a bold pair of $1,389 Courrèges oblique wedged leather open-toe boots that screamed luxury edge.

Meanwhile, Stefon Diggs definitely understood the assignment. The New England Patriots wide receiver matched her fly effortlessly in a $1,135 Simone Rocha denim jacket, fully embellished and giving luxury streetwear vibes. He rocked neat cornrows to the back, and his chocolate skin was smooth and yummy.

But it wasn't just the outfits that had social media talking. In Getty images, Cardi is captured touching Stefon's leg. He has his arm around her shoulder in others. The pair clearly shared laughs and inside jokes. Talk about chemistry!
We know Cardi B is a lover girl at heart. She's been candid about the ups and downs in her relationship with Offset, sharing the real, the raw, and the sometimes messy online. But tonight there were no cryptic tweets. No deleted IG stories. Just Cardi smiling, looking unbothered—and possibly boo'd up.

As a singer, songwriter, producer, actress and all-around entertainer, she has paved the way for the generations that followed her, even as she continues to earn her stripes herself. As she explained in an interview with BBC News, it was never really her choice to join the family business. As she made her television debut alongside her brother Randy on the Carol Burnett Show, she admitted, 'I don't ever remember being asked. I just remembered doing it.' The same was said about her music career, as her late father, Joe, told her that she was going to sing after discovering a recording of her first song, 'Fantasy,' that she wrote out of boredom at the age of nine. 'I was so embarrassed. The studio door was open and Mike was listening to it,' she says, referring to her brother Michael. 'I think Randy was listening to it, my father was listening.
