OH BABY Everyone mistakes me for a 9-year-old child but I'm 26 – I even got served a kids' drink when I was out with my baby
A MUM, 26, has left people with their jaws on the floor after they assumed she was only ''nine''.
Many beauty buffs fork out hundreds and thousands to shed years off their appearance - but for one mum, Betty, it comes naturally.

At first, the young woman might appear to be a child - but Betty recently left TikTok users stunned after revealing she was, in fact, 26.
The pint-sized beauty measures at just 4'11'' and weighs a mere 78lbs - which, according to Children's Health Queensland, is the average weight of a healthy 11-year-old.
But while many may be all chuffed when having their ID asked for age inspection, Betty is tired of being mistaken for a kid.
According to the 26-year-old, even having her baby with her in public doesn't help, as strangers still assume she's not even a teenager.
Recently, Betty headed to a restaurant with her mother and her baby - and despite being old enough to consume alcohol, she was served a ''kids' drink''.
Fed up, the TikToker moaned: ''They gave me a kids' drink... I have a whole child. I came with my mum.''
Betty, who had a large fizzy drink to finish, went on in the caption: ''Why is this still happening.
''idk [I don't know] what to do to appear older ????! I thought having a baby would help.''
Since being uploaded on the platform - where Betty posts under the username @bettyboop021117 - the video has racked up an astronomical 8.9million views in just one day.
As a whopping 1million people gave it a like, a further 8,877 flooded to comments, where many shared their age guesses.
I'm 50 next year & don't have a single wrinkle thanks to a product from Boots or TikTok shop - I've never had Botox
''Oh girl I thought you were between 9-12 sorry queen,'' read one guess that's been liked over 300k times.
Another chimed in: ''I would've handed you a box of crayons. I'm so sorry.''
Amongst those who watched the viral clip were also people who then dropped their tips to help the 26-year-old look her age.
Why is turmeric good for anti-ageing?
A study published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggests that turmeric and curcumin may help prevent DNA damage and aid in DNA repair.
This is promising news for disease prevention and slowing the ageing process. It also:
Boosts Collagen Production: Collagen is a protein that maintains the skin's elasticity and firmness. As we age, collagen production decreases, leading to wrinkles and sagging skin. Turmeric helps stimulate collagen synthesis, thereby promoting firmer and more youthful skin.
Improves Skin Health: Turmeric has been shown to improve various skin conditions, such as acne, psoriasis, and eczema. Its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties help soothe the skin, reduce redness, and promote a clearer complexion.
''I would try dressing more older because I noticed a cartoon butterfly on your shirt and I could definitely see how they would've been confused,'' suggested one person.
A second agreed, writing: ''Can't blame them then the glasses and shirt scream 'I'm a kid'.''
But while Betty may not necessarily love looking like a child now, others pointed out that she'll grow to appreciate later in life.
''You're gonna love this in your 40s,'' a viewer was convinced.

A source said: "Liberty and Joshua made the tough decision to end their relationship. "They had an amazing year together, especially in the early stages when they were attached at the hip and going on holidays. "They loved getting to know each other, despite concerns from her friends that he was using her for fame. "Liberty is focusing on her new business and only wants people around her that are truly supportive. Who is George Clarke? TikToker joins Strictly Come Dancing
George Clarke would be familiar to many of those who are actively on YouTube or TikTok but outside the world of social media he's not exactly a household name. The 25-year-old has grown significantly in popularity over the last few years, boasting 2.3million followers on TikTok and 614,000 subscribers on YouTube. However, it still came as a shock to a lot of people when it was announced on Tuesday that he will be competing as a celebrity contestant in this year's Strictly Come Dancing. George has joined Strictly Come Dancing. Pic:for AELTC George has joined CBBC actress Ellie Goldstein, Love Island winner Dani Dyer, former footballer Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, actress Alex Kingston, EastEnders' Balvinder Sopal, and Gladiators star Harry Aikines-Aryeetey in this year's line-up. Ahead of the series' return, has taken a look at the rise of George Clarke in recent years. George was born in Hampshire, England on December 3, 1999. He first gained fame on TikTok in 2019, where he posts videos around situational comedy, POV jokes, and viral trends. Much of his content focuses on family interactions and student life. He has amassed 2.3million TikTok followers, 684,000 Instagram followers and 614,000 YouTube subscribers. George gained more fame by collaborating multiple times with other YouTubers such as The Sidemen, ChrisMD, Stephen Tries and ItalianBach. George also co-hosts 'The Useless Hotline' podcast with Max Balegde, another social media star who rose to fame from TikTok. The podcast's YouTube channel has 132,000 subscribers and is also popular on Spotify. George has 2.3million TikTok followers. Pic: Instagram The idea behind the podcast is that people send queries and dilemmas 'no matter how big, small, weird, or embarrassing'. The duo add: 'We can't guarantee good advice or that you will leave a changed person, but we can guarantee that this is a useless hotline.' In his Instagram bio, George has a link to a GoFundMe he created in February 2024 to help The Encephalitis Society. George revealed that his mother was diagnosed with encephalitis and 'given low odds of survival'. Encephalitis is an inflammation of the brain caused either by an infection invading the brain or through the immune system attacking the brain in error. In an emotional video posted on social media in 2023, George described a haunting moment when his mum almost died from the condition. He said: 'There is a side to me I don't think I have ever shown you. A more serious side was back in 2015, my family thought we'd have to live without my mum, which makes me feel bad for the initial joke now. 'Where better to start than at the beginning. I shot out my mother foo-foo in December 99, proud memories. 'I was a hefty baby that she didn't mind, which I think is a good insight into the type of person that she is, kind. George's mother was 'given low odds of survival'. Pic: GoFundMe 'She always went above and beyond for me and my sister, making cards, cakes, and chocolate bars. The latter probably best displays her disgusting sense of humour. 'One day, all of that changed when I saw her being wheeled out of our house in a wheelchair, and she looked at me as if she had never seen me before. 'So basically the whole of that summer was spent visiting her and her relearning who she was and who we were.' Fighting back tears, he went on to say: 'I'd always known that she is amazing, but the fact that she overcame a 20% chance of survival in intensive care. 'She has permanently lost her long-term memories, she's lost her taste and her smell. 'She has no sense of direction anymore, and to come out of all of that and apologise to us for what she has put us through is really a testament to how lucky we are that she's still here. I am lucky enough to hear that God-awful cackle.' To fundraise for The Encephalitis Society, George stated that he was going to 'run a silly amount of Tough Mudders'. He has raised over £10,000 since. The news that George is going to be on this year's Strictly Come Dancing was revealed on BBC Radio 1's 'Going Home' drivetime show on Tuesday afternoon. He joins a mixed lineup ranging from sport to acting to social media influencing. George rose to fame on TikTok in 2019. Pic: Instagram Informing his followers about the news, George said: 'Never thought I'd say this… but I'm doing Strictly! Honestly, I've got no idea what I'm doing, but I'm excited to get stuck in… and potentially fall over a fair bit.' He also posted about it on TikTok with a video saying: 'Asking for a friend, is there an option to just sit at the side and watch like at the school disco?' George captioned the post: 'Humiliation ritual inbound (wtf is going on).'

Taylor Swift's GAA lotto numbers might just be an album easter egg
Back in 2018, when Taylor Swift swapped stadium spotlights for the stately charm of Glin Castle, she left more behind than a flurry of Instagram envy. In a moment that made local headlines, and a few parish WhatsApp groups, the star bought a humble lotto ticket from Glin GAA club. Now, nearly seven years later, Irish Swifties are convinced that the numbers she picked weren't just random at all, but a cryptic breadcrumb trail to her next album. Back in 2018, when Taylor Swift swapped stadium spotlights for the stately charm of Glin Castle, she left more behind than a flurry of Instagram envy. Pic: Canadian Press/Shutterstock Hugh Dunne, the club member in charge of the lotto, told the Mirror back in 2023 that Swift still enters 'from time to time' but hasn't yet bagged the jackpot. That hasn't stopped fans from poring over a photo of her original ticket, which, they insist, features a date in 2025 — and possibly, a pop music plot twist. This theory has only been amplified by the announcement of Swift's 12th studio album The Life of a Showgirl, this week, with many theorising that she was leaving us easter eggs towards the release as early as 2018. 'I've been waiting nearly 7 years for this to mean something,' TikTok user hanna_ellena wrote, alongside an image of the ticket. 'In 2018, Taylor Swift bought a lotto ticket in Glin, Ireland — numbers: 10, 18, 20, 25. She didn't win then… but what if 10•18•25 is the real jackpot?' the TikToker added, with fans wondering if this could be a potential lead. 'And I'm just saying the album colours are orange and green,' one commenter suggested, in reference to the Irish flag. 'Maybe something is coming out on that day?' another added, while a third noted that Swift didn't choose her heavily publicised lucky number 13. Taylor, you truly are a mastermind.
