According to a report by Hindustan Times, the incident happened on set in Mumbai while Khan was filming an intense sequence.Although the injury was described as muscular and not serious, the actor has been advised to rest for a month and even travelled to the US for medical attention. Production on King, which marks his first on-screen appearance with daughter Suhana Khan, has been paused for July and August.Despite the physical setback, Khan maintained his signature wit in the video.
