Klay Thompson Spotted With Megan Thee Stallion, Sparks Dating Rumors originally appeared on Fadeaway World.
Basketball legend Klay Thompson might have a new teammate off the court. On Wednesday, the five-time NBA All-Star was spotted in the background of Megan Thee Stallion's recent Instagram post, sending social media into a frenzy of rumor and speculation. While the post itself didn't highlight Klay directly, fans quickly noticed him in the corner of the frame, and rumors are now swirling that the two might be dating.
Klay did not mean to be seen in this photo, but fans couldn't help but notice his figure in the left corner, sunbathing by the pool. Klay was not tagged in the photo, and he was not mentioned in the caption, but his figure is unmistakable, and many fans are certain that he was there. The real question is, what's he doing in the photo, and what is the nature of his relationship with Megan?
As one of the hottest names in music right now, Megan Thee Stallion (AKA Megan Jovon Ruth Pete) is a three-time Grammy winner, major trend-setter, and a viral internet sensation. As far as the public knows, she's not involved in any committed relationship at the moment, but now her official status is unclear.
At 30 years old, she's only five years younger than Thompson, and they have no doubt bumped shoulders in the past as well-known celebrities with connections. Of course, Thompson already has a previous history of celebrity relationships, like the one with Laura Harrier, which ended in 2010.
Over the years, a lot has changed for Thompson. Despite his success with the Warriors, he moved on to a new situation with the Dallas Mavericks, and it has allowed him to start fresh with a clean slate. In the wake of the Luka Doncic trade, Klay is still adjusting to the changes, but it hasn't stopped him from living his best life. Might Megan be a new love for him during this new basketball chapter?
At the very least, we know they must be close on some level, but Megan has never dated an NBA player before, and this would be unfamiliar territory. Being based in Houston, it makes sense that she and Klay connected after his move to Dallas, but we really don't know how far this goes or how long they've been hanging out behind the scenes.
Unless Klay or Megan tells us themselves who was there, we may never know the full story of that photo and what it means about their relationship. Of course, that could be by design if the couple desires to keep the details of their relationship a secret.
So far, nothing has been confirmed by either party, but the internet rarely misses these things. If the speculation is true, Klay and Megan would instantly become one of the most talked-about celebrity-athlete pairings in recent memory, with the potential to break the internet itself. For now, all eyes are on their next post—because it could be the one that finally confirms all the rumors. This story was originally reported by Fadeaway World on Jul 9, 2025, where it first appeared.

The Most Important Packers: No. 10 — Tucker Kraft

Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft (85) was a Pro Bowl alternate last season. The Green Bay Packers went 11-6 last season, sweeping the NFC West and the AFC South along the way. Overall, though, no one in the building was happy. The Packers failed to build on their terrific finish to the 2023 campaign, settled for the No. 7 seed in the NFC playoffs, and lost a Wild Card game to eventual Super Bowl champion Philadelphia. Afterwards, general manager Brian Gutekunst turned up the heat on everybody in the building. 'We need to continue to ramp up our sense of urgency,' Gutekunst said. 'I think it's time we started competing for championships.' Those are fair expectations. The Packers return 20 of 22 starters, and appear to have upgraded the roster via free agency and the draft. With several third and fourth year players trending upward, Green Bay should be poised to make a move. 'I think they're ready,' Gutekunst said. Now, it's time for the Packers to prove their G.M. right. Green Bay's first training camp practice is July 23. Between now and then I will count down the '30 Most Important Packers' heading into the 2025 campaign. At No. 10 is tight end Tucker 10 Tucker Kraft, TE Last season Kraft was a Pro Bowl alternate after starting all 17 games and finishing second on the team in receptions (50) and yards (707). Kraft also led the Packers with seven receiving touchdowns. Kraft became just the fourth tight end since 2000 to have 80-plus catches, 1,000-plus receiving yards and average at least 13.0 yards per reception in his first two seasons. The others were New England Rob Gronkowski, San Diego's Hunter Henry and Baltimore's Mark Andrews. Kraft's 707 receiving yards last year were also the most by a Packer tight end since Jermichael Finley (767) in 2011. Kraft's average of 9.1 yards after the catch was also tops among all NFL tight ends and the second-best mark since 2000, trailing only San Francisco's George Kittle (9.9) in to date Kraft, a third round draft pick from South Dakota State in 2023, looked lost much of his rookie season. Kraft took off, though, after a kidney injury to Luke Musgrave in Week 11 of 2023 and finished the year with 355 receiving yards. That was the second-most in franchise history by a rookie tight end, trailing only Bubba Franks (363 in 2000). Kraft also finished with 31 catches in 2023, which was third in team history among rookie tight ends behind only Franks and Musgrave (both 34). Kraft didn't have his first reception of his rookie season until Week 4. In his last eight games of that year, though, Kraft had 29 catches for 321 yards and two touchdowns. 'A lot of it for him at the beginning was just assignment stuff, lining up in the right spot, getting off on the right snap count, blocking the right guy and then after that, like using good technique and all that stuff,' Packers offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich said of Kraft. 'So he was a little behind from that aspect, as far as the fundamental core issues that you have. Kraft ran the 40-yard dash in a respectable 4.73 coming out of SDSU. He also tied for the most bench press reps of 225 pounds (23) among the tight end group at the 2023 NFL Many expected Kraft and 2023 second round draft pick Luke Musgrave to split time last season. Instead, Kraft left Musgrave in the dust during training camp and established himself as Green Bay's No. 1 tight end. Kraft played 85.33% of the Packers' snaps, while the oft-injured Musgrave played just 13.38% of the snaps. Now, the question is how does Kraft move from good to great? Kraft is a tireless worker who wants to win as badly as anyone in the building. He's also developed into a leader rather quickly. Jermichael Finley holds the Packers' record for most receptions by a tight end in a single season (61) and Paul Coffman holds the mark for receiving yards in a season (814). Don't be surprised if Kraft surpasses both of those numbers this Said It … 'The great thing about Tuck is he'll do whatever you ask him and he's working his tail off to be a complete player, so you can get him the ball in different ways, whether that's route running, different types of routes, where you put him. Obviously that's our job to put him in those spots and he works his tail off to when he does get in those spots to do something with the ball.' — Packers tight ends coach John Dunn on Kraft'One thing we spent some time on this offseason is just kind of where we can get him to take the next step and I think just his route-running ability, getting him on more individual things like that, and just kind of growing him there. I think he did a really good job in the run game. That's one thing that hopefully he can keep improving there to be a dominant player up front. Just trying to find different ways to give him the ball, that's gonna be the big thing for us.' — Packers offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich on Kraft'One thing I feel like I could've done better is separate in man-to-man. Most of my game was check downs underneath and my yards after catch ability, so I'm looking to put it all together. I'm looking to have every resource I need based off the repetitions I've gotten over and over and over this offseason. Last offseason, I had a torn pec. I didn't get a chance to have an opportunity to do any of this, so really being able to apply my technique and stack reps, coverages and schemes and fronts, I just got a much better feel of the game this offseason.' — Kraft on improving this seasonTHE TOP 30 • No. 30 — RB MarShawn Lloyd • No. 29 — WR Dontayvion Wicks • No. 28 — S Javon Bullard • No. 27 — WR Savion Williams • No. 26 — LB Isaiah McDuffie • No. 25 — OL Jordan Morgan • No. 24 — WR Matthew Golden • No. 23 — CB Carrington Valentine • No. 22 — WR Romeo Doubs • No. 21 — QB Malik Willis • N0. 20 — DE Lukas Van Ness • No. 19 — RG Sean Rhyan • No. 18 — LT Rasheed Walker • No. 17 — DT Devonte Wyatt • No. 16 — S Evan Williams • No. 15 — CB Nate Hobbs • No. 14 — LB Quay Walker • No. 13 — OL Aaron Banks • No. 12 — CB Keisean Nixon • No. 11 — K Brandon McManus

‘Dexter' Has ‘Probably Done a Number on Me,' Says Michael C. Hall: ‘I'm Not Crazy, I Know I'm Not Him'

Dexter Morgan is back, officially, now that Paramount+ with Showtime dropped the first episode of 'Dexter: Resurrection' on Friday, July 11. IndieWire's Ben Travers gave the series cautiously positive marks, writing, 'Dexter's new lease on life may actually be worth waking the dead.' New episodes will continue weekly through September 5. Michael C. Hall has been playing Dexter now, off and on, since 2006. While Hall has certainly appeared in numerous other projects in the 19 years since the pilot aired — from 'The Crown' to 'Safe' and 'Game Night' — the 'Dark Passenger' (Dexter's nickname for his thirst to kill) has been character he just can't shake, though he assured Vanity Fair in an interview that leaves Dexter's unsavory qualities on set. More from IndieWire John Goodman Doesn't Speak to Roseanne Anymore: 'I'd Rather Doubt If She Wants to Talk to Me' Lena Dunham's 'Too Much': A Guide to All Those Cameos - and Each Wink to Her Own Celebrity Lore 'Thankfully, I'm not predisposed to act on the kind of compulsions that Dexter's afflicted by — but yeah, I mean, certainly when we finish shooting a season, I need some time to just put it away, if nothing else,' he explained. 'It's just his life is so stressful. I could never live a life this fraught with stress. I mean, I guess everybody's life is stressful, but Dexter's is sort of beyond.' Hall does speculate, though, on why he is able to play the character, for which he has received six Emmy nominations, so well. 'I'm not crazy; I know I'm not him. I know he doesn't actually exist. He's just words on a page, and a character, and an idea that remains a mysterious one for me. I don't feel that I necessarily have any more of a hold on the character than I ever did. I intuitively know how to play him, but I don't know — he's probably done a number on me that I couldn't even tell you about because the lines are so blurred. But I don't think I'm him, thankfully,' he said. Asked by Vanity Fair what his 'Dark Passenger' was, Hall responded, 'None of your business.' Hall also described the new season — which moves the action from Los Angeles to New York City — as an opportunity for the character to have 'a second chance at life,' saying that Dexter has 'been finally released from what's been a burdensome relationship to his past.' John Goodman Doesn't Speak to Roseanne Anymore: ‘I'd Rather Doubt If She Wants to Talk to Me'

It's been just over seven years since Roseanne Barr was fired from her self-titled series' successful relaunch following a racist tweet about former President Barack Obama's adviser Valerie Jarrett… which she infamously blamed on 'Ambien tweeting.' It has, perhaps not coincidentally, been about the same amount of time since 'Smurfs' star John Goodman has spoken to his sitcom wife. 'I'd rather doubt if she wants to talk to me,' he told The Hollywood Reporter. 'We haven't talked for about seven or eight years.' More from IndieWire 'Dexter' Has 'Probably Done a Number on Me,' Says Michael C. Hall: 'I'm Not Crazy, I Know I'm Not Him' Lena Dunham's 'Too Much': A Guide to All Those Cameos - and Each Wink to Her Own Celebrity Lore Goodman, of course, went on to anchor the spinoff 'The Conners,' which garnered consistently positive reviews, lasted seven seasons and 112 episodes without Barr, whose 'Roseanne' character was killed off. 'I didn't think [the 'Roseanne' reboot] was going to go beyond the initial five or six episodes,' Goodman said. 'I thought it'd be a one-off thing, and then we got picked up, and Roseanne got fired. I thought that was it, and as soon as they dismissed the cast, I picked up 'Righteous Gemstones.' Then we got to do the show again as 'The Conners.' I didn't know how long it would last, but I sure enjoyed it while I was there.' In an expression of his goodwill to the fans, 'The Conners' ended in April with a scene of Goodman alone, breaking the fourth wall and saying 'Good night' while sitting on the show's iconic couch. 'I wanted to do it, and they let me, and they kept it. I thought it was just us saying, 'Good night, folks. Thank you,'' he explained. Goodman's career remains busy as ever. In addition to voicing Papa Smurf in the upcoming animated 'Smurfs' film, out July 18, he's also recently lent his voice to series like 'The Freak Brothers' and 'Monsters at Work' (reprising Sulley from 'Monsters, Inc.'). His HBO series 'The Righteous Gemstones' aired its final episode in May, and he's set to appear in the next Alejandro González Iñárritu film alongside Tom Cruise and Sandra Hüller, due for release in October 2026. 'There are a lot of funny moments in it,' Goodman said, describing the yet-untitled comedy. 'Tom is a force of nature, and it's fun to just hang on and see what he's going to do. He's a 63-year-old professional athlete and artist. He's got the drive and the energy, and I wish I had half of it.'
