Euphoria season 3 confirms returning and new cast, reveals who won't be back
Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Eric Dane, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, and Maude Apatow are all returning as series regulars. Colman Domingo, who won an Emmy for his performance, will continue in a guest-starring role.
New additions to the Euphoria season 3 cast include Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and Toby Wallace as series regulars, while Rosalía, Marshawn Lynch, Kadeem Hardison, Priscilla Delgado, James Landry Hébert, and Anna Van Patten join in guest roles. Hardison, who previously played Zendaya's father in K.C. Undercover, expressed excitement about reuniting with her on set.
However, several past cast members won't be returning. Nika King, Dominic Fike, and Austin Abrams are not listed in the new season, while Barbie Ferreira and Storm Reid had already announced their exits. Javon 'Wanna' Walton, whose character met a tragic fate in season 2, and Algee Smith, who had a reduced role in season 2, are also absent.
Created, written, and directed by Sam Levinson, Euphoria has received nearly 30 Emmy nominations, with Zendaya and Domingo both winning awards. Season 3 is currently filming in Los Angeles, but HBO has yet to announce an official release date.

Sydney Sweeney reveals Jacob Elordi inspired Dr. Squatch bathwater soap
Sydney Sweeney has opened up about the unusual inspiration behind her viral beauty collaboration with Dr. Squatch. In a new interview with WSJ. Magazine published on August 20, 2025, the Euphoria star revealed that Jacob Elordi's racy bathwater scene in the 2023 film Saltburn partly inspired her limited-edition soap. Earlier this year, Dr. Squatch announced the launch of Sydney's Bathwater Bliss, a bar of soap made with a touch of the actress's actual bathwater. According to Sweeney, the idea stemmed from fan requests and playful commentary online. 'They all loved the idea of Jacob Elordi's bathwater,' she said, pointing to the viral Saltburn moment where Barry Keoghan's character drinks from Elordi's bath. The soap, which launched on June 6, 2025, quickly became a talking point across social media. The medium-grit exfoliating bar features natural ingredients such as sand, pine bark extract, and notes of pine, Douglas fir, and moss — alongside Sweeney's bathwater. Despite mixed reactions from fans, Sweeney said she embraced the unconventional concept. 'It's weird in the best way,' she noted, adding that the product still meets the quality standards of other Dr. Squatch soaps. Sweeney also touched on the business side of the partnership. She confirmed that Dr. Squatch was acquired by Unilever in June for $1.5 billion, though she declined to disclose whether she holds equity in the brand. The actress emphasized that she is 'very strategic' about her business ventures and enjoys projects that spark conversation. With her bold approach, Sweeney continues to blur the lines between celebrity culture, fan interaction, and unconventional beauty marketing.
