According to Hello!, while chatting with local kids at a youth forum hosted by Street Soccer Scotland, with a mission of teaching positive change through football, William revealed that Louis doesn't have one favorite football team...but five.
One member of the Youth Forum at Edinburgh City Council Chambers, named Erin, 9, gifted the Prince of Wales an Aston Villa poster, since the royal famously supports the team. The conversation then turned to Prince Louis, and who the youngest of William's three children roots for: "My youngest at the moment says he supports five different football teams."

The prince continued to qualify his son's wide-ranging allegiance: 'I have to be careful what I say...My son Louis has started to come out with my friends at school are all supporting this team [sic]. I said you can support who you want, but I do like Aston Villa just to give you a hint.'
Another Aston Villa fan? Louis's older brother, George. We love a family that can get on despite their heated rivalries.
Beyond, soccer football, the royal visit saw Prince William launch a new initiative between his Royal Foundation and Street Soccer Scotland, which will focus on using sports to boost mental health and community engagement.
To that we say, goal!

Prince William and Kate Middleton's controversial sleeping habit revealed

The Prince and Princess of Wales are normally a safe bet when it comes to being inspired, whether it's Kate Middleton's impeccable fashion or Prince William's dedication to important causes. However, there's one thing the couple do that might split opinion - letting the dog sleep in bed with them. That's right, when the HRHs hit the hay in their countryside home of Adelaide Cottage after a busy day with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, it's not just a party of two. According to Hello!, the future King shared this revelation during a visit to Duchy College Stoke Climsland in Callington, Cornwall. Speaking to Louise Harland, who met Prince William with her dog Jacks, Prince William reportedly opened up about him and Catherine letting their dog, Orla, curl up in bed with them. Catherine, the Princess of Wales: A Revelatory Biography of the Future Queen by Robert Jobson | Was $29.95, Now $11.45 at Amazon This biography of the Princess of Wales explores how she became the woman she is today. Author Robert Jobson has spoken to sources on and off the record in the Royal Household and reflects on her beginnings and role as the future Queen Deal Louise is said to have recounted the discussion on Hits Radio Cornwall, explaining, "[He] said that his little dog sleeps on the bed with them at night, with him and Kate." The Wales' black cocker spaniel, Orla, has been with the family since 2020. She is believed to have been a gift from Kate's dog-loving brother, James Middleton, following the loss of their first dog, Lupo. Like Lupo before her, Orla has appeared in family photos over the years and was photographed with a doting Kate as she watched a polo match the Prince of Wales was playing in back in 2022. While most can agree that dogs are great, not everybody will agree on having them sleep in the bed and it's something couples often fight over. However, the Prince and Princess of Wales seem to find allowing their "little dog" to sleep on the bed something that works for them all. Which makes sense, as they both come from well-known animal lovers. In addition to Queen Elizabeth II's iconic corgis over the years, there have been plenty of pets and adorable moments between animals and the royals. William and Kate's shared love of animals is so strong that it's been suggested their first dog together, Lupo, might have played a part in deciding Prince George's name. When he passed away, the couple shared a heartfelt personal message on social media and declared that they will "miss him so much" and he was "at the heart" of the family. Prince William's supposed revelation about his and Kate's sleeping set-up with Orla could be seen to show that she's very much at the heart of the Wales family too. She seems to have an especially close bond with Princess Charlotte as she has appeared alongside her in photos released to mark the royal's seventh and eighth birthdays, looking as adorable as ever.

Prince William 'spends his life' cleaning up at Adelaide Cottage - but it's not after who you might think

When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. Prince William might be the future king, but when it comes to the family household, he revealed he's stuck with the chores his children often forget. The Prince of Wales has shared plenty of relatable parenting moments over the years, including the massive fights he's had to deal with between his children. And during an appearance at Woodgate Valley Urban Farm near Birmingham in the UK in 2024, he revealed more insight into the family pets at Adelaide Cottage - including the newer additions - and how he's left to clean up the mess. During his appearance, which included grooming some guinea pigs, William revealed that they'd welcomed two new pets alongside their family cocker spaniel, Orla. He said, 'These guys are pretty cool. We've got guinea pigs at home and they're not like this. I spend my life cleaning out the guinea pig cage because the children forget to do it." William also gave a glimpse of the routine his own pets have at home, who aren't as well behaved as the docile ones on the farm. He added, "The ones we've got at home, they're off. You have to keep them constantly stroked and looked after." Prince William, Princess Catherine, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are also known to be owners to a beloved cocker spaniel called Orla - and they have a controversial sleeping habit when it comes to the cocker spaniel. As well as taking time with the animals, William spoke with volunteers and staff at the city farm, who work to support children and young people through their education and those struggling with their mental health. Alongside the animals, the National Lottery funded farm also therapeutic programs for the children to help improve their well-being through one-to-one support and community-focused activities. The cute insight into life at Adelaide Cottage came after William got back into the swing of things, after taking some time out to focus on helping Kate recover from her cancer treatment. One of his first appearances saw him make a special visit to see 12-year-old Freddie Hadley, who had written to him last year to discuss his school's Matrix Project and the campaign #AmIManlyEnough, which supports male students with their mental health. In a candid talk to the students at St Michael's Church of England High School in Rowley Regis, William spoke about how he got into mental health campaigning and co-founded Heads Together with his wife, Kate and his brother Prince Harry. "It started really when I was doing lots of charitable work, I never set out to look out into mental health, particularly male mental health," he began. "I was interested in homelessness, depression, addiction, all these separate areas and I hadn't really put them altogether as a jigsaw - what are we looking at? What are we trying to fix? It all came together as a mental health piece. "My passion, if you like, has moved now into male mental health because of the stats you [James] mentioned at the beginning, about the suicide rate in young men is just terrifying, and I wanted to do something about it."
