Cheryl Ferguson, 59, is best known for playing Heather Trott in EastEnders from 2007 until 2012.
The media personality also appeared on the tenth series of CBB on Channel 5 back in 2012.
However, Cheryl has struggled to find work and was forced to find employment in a Chinese restaurant to make ends meet.
She previously flogged tickets to fans to see her perform at the opening of a takeaway eatery back in February.
Posting on social media, the former soap actress said she'd sing for diners at the The Dragon Lounge in Blackpool.
Now she's back again at the restaurant for another try at entertaining customers.
Advertising the upcoming gig on her Instagram profile, she wrote: "BOOK YOUR TABLE NOW FOR FREE !
"Join us for a great night of entertainment and fantastic Chinese food.
"If you would like to enter for fun read how to be in with chance of becoming the winner of Cleveleys got talent!"
She added: "Only 10 places available and free to enter ( please read rules of entry ) come on you Fylde Coast let's see what you're made of!"
She briefly returned to the soap in 2016 for a voiceover cameo after bosses decided to kill off her character.
The fan-favourite was murdered by Ben Mitchell in a dramatic altercation in her flat when he hit her with a picture frame.
Since her soap departure, the actress has been open in her struggle to find work in the public eye.
She previously begged bosses to give her a role in another soap such as Coronation Street and Emmerdale.
The former star also begged fans to pile pressure onto execs to give her a part in their productions.
Cheryl has made it clear that she's not just open to soaps though, as she explained: "Is this fate telling me that somewhere, sometime soon... producers, casting directors, TV people of the biggest heights - is deciding to cast Cheryl Fergison in some wonderful new period drama?"
She captioned the update: "What say you all ? Can you see it ? Can the producers / casting people , TV channels and Film big bosses see it?
"Amber management are waiting on your email / call regarding this here client who's ready to partake in their next biggest venture."

David Haye to face awkward 'grilling' as I'm A Celeb bosses line him up for All Stars spin off

ITV bosses have reportedly offered boxing champ David Haye a spot on the next season of I'm A Celeb's All Stars spin off - with one major topic expected to be discussed around the campfire I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! is planning to add boxing champ David Haye to their knockout line-up of the next All Stars spin-off season. The former heavyweight champ, 44, first appeared on the long-running ITV reality show's twelfth season back in 2012. ‌ And he may be returning to the jungle as one of the All Star contestants for the spin-off series that sees past participants return for another round of stomach churning trials. The first season of the All Stars version, titled I'm a Celebrity... South Africa, aired in 2023 with Myleene Klass being crowned winner. ‌ And now a string of popular former contestants are being lined up for a second trip to the outback - with David among the top names wanted to take part in the series. He came third when he participated in the series the last time behind winner Charlie Brooks, of EastEnders fame, and Pussycat Dolls runner-up Ashley Roberts. ‌ Since then, David's foray into the world of media stardom has seen him appear in shows including The Big Narstie Show and his own David Haye versus series, which saw him interview and train with major celebrities. A source told The Sun: 'David was delighted to get the call from ITV. As viewers know, no chats are off-limits around the campfire, so they can expect to see David grilled over his quirky relationships.' The Mirror has contacted representatives of David and ITV for comment. It is expected that the new season of the ITV show will begin filming in the autumn months when a string of other former contestants will return to the wilderness to survive on basic rations. Football icon Harry Redknapp, 78, who won in 2018, and Gemma Collins, 44, who quit the show after three days in 2014, are among names linked to the new season. A number of familiar faces are expected to jet to Australia in November to film the next season of the main I'm A Celeb series. It will be the 25th outing of the show - which first aired way back in 2002. ‌ Hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly will travel Down Under to preside over all the terrifying trials and encourage the celebs to eat revolting meals and drinks. The 2024 season of the show was won by McFly singer Danny Jones. But the 39-year-old singer has had a difficult few months since he was crowned the king of the jungle. He was shamed in March when video footage emerged of him locking lips with fellow I'm A Celeb 2024 contestant Maura Higgins, of Love Island fame. The footage sparked shock among his fans - who have championed his marriage to beauty contestant Georgia Horsley - a former Miss England winner. The couple have been an item since 2009 and they have been married since 2014. ‌ They also welcomed a son named Cooper who was born in 2018. Danny offered a groveling apology to his wife which he issued via social media soon after his extramarital kiss went viral. In a statement, the McFly singer said: "Hello everyone, sorry it's taken me a while to post this but I've taken some time out to be with those closest to me. I want to deeply apologise to my wife and family for putting them in this situation. I love them so much and we'll continue to deal with this privately. "I love you guys, thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. See you all soon, Danny." Meanwhile, a source close to Danny revealed at the time that he was "mortified" by what happened as well as the "awful situation he has put everyone in".

Robert loses everything in Emmerdale - but a twist follows

John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth)'s campaign against his brother and love-rival Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) reaches a critical point in upcoming Emmerdale episodes as he seeks to turn everyone in the village against Robert. Robert is, of course, Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller)'s first husband and many fans would say he will always be Aaron's true love. 'Robron,' as the couple were affectionately known to fans, were torn apart in 2019 when Robert was sent to prison for the manslaughter of the man who raped his sister Victoria (Isabel Hodgins). In a surprise twist he reappeared in the village on a particularly auspicious day – the day Aaron was about to marry John – who happens to be half-brother to Robert and Victoria. Reunited, it was obvious there was still huge chemistry between Robert and Aaron and they kissed. Ultimately Aaron chose John, and went through with the wedding. It does seem that there's unfinished business between Robert and Aaron, though, and this infuriates John. Since then, he's taken every opportunity to try to goad Robert, even getting his rival worked up to such a pitch that he smacked John over the head with a wrench – an incident that John has footage of. In recent episodes John managed to wind Robert up by poisoning the mind of his nephew Harry against Uncle Robert. When Robert lost his temper at Harry's drumming while he was looking after him, Harry was left terrified. And John was on hand to look like the good guy and be a reassuring person for Harry to cling to. Adding a bit more fuel to the fire, John exaggerates what happened when he tells Victoria about the incident. This is the last straw as far as she's concerned and she's finally had enough of Robert. John's next move is to make sure Robert is fully aware of how upset Victoria is. He gloats that Robert has lost both Victoria and Aaron. This leaves Robert in absolute despair. At his lowest point, he smashes up his room. This commotion is overheard by Aaron, who stops Robert's rampage and calms him down. Robert tells him he knows he's messed up and he's lost everything, including Aaron. He's surprised by Aaron's response. Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? He says the reason he's been keeping away is that he's feeling conflicted himself. Although he's with John, he has feelings for Robert that won't go away so his only option has been to avoid him. More Trending With Aaron's confession out in the open, the two give in to their mutual passion and end up sleeping together. Obviously this is the exact opposite of what John wanted and potentially puts both of them in danger if he should find out. And that's a real possibility as, lying in bed together, they hear Victoria and John outside talking about how they should check in on Robert. Awkward. And quite possibly deadly. Brody receives help from unexpected resident in new Corrie crime story

Earlier this year Coronation Street fans were introduced to Brody Michaelis (Ryan Mulvey). We first saw him at the STC where Dylan Wilson (Liam McCheyne) was in custody. He very quickly made Dylan's life a misery, bullying him and manipulating his dad Sean (Antony Cotton). After his release from the STC we discovered Brody had strong connections to Coronation Street. His parents Mick and Lou Michaelis (Joe Layton and Farrel Hegarty) were busy causing chaos among the neighbours, and a flashback episode revealed that the pair of them had been friends with DC Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) in their youth. When Kit let Mick take the fall for a crime they committed and Mick went to prison, Kit and Lou had a relationship – the result of which was Brody. Mick and Lou are currently in prison after Mick went on a violent rampage and ended up killing PC Craig Tinker (Colson Smith). He's unlikely to be released any time soon as he also managed to break out of prison and came back to the Street in an attempt to go on the run with his family. Lou was sent to prison for assaulting Gary Windass (Mikey North). As soon as Brody's feet hit the cobbles he was up to criminal business, including shoplifting from the corner shop. Crime is really all he's known growing up with Mick and Lou. At heart, we've seen that Brody isn't a bad person. He genuinely wants the best for his sisters and to take care of them, and in his conversations with Bernie (Jane Hazlegrove) especially there are signs that he could be ready to change his life around. Kit has tried to get to know him, though his attempts have been a bit ham-fisted, like when he and Sarah (Tina O'Brien) took Brody to Speed Daal for the world's most cringeworthy bonding session. Tim (Joe Duttine) and Sally (Sally Dynevor) have also offered Brody as much support as they can, as they continue to look after his sisters. And Bernie would like nothing more than a close relationship with her grandson. More Trending So Brody isn't short of potential mentors, but in upcoming episodes he's offered mentorship of a somewhat different kind. Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? He's recently started work in Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell)'s garage, which for a character like Brody is providing him with a wide range of temptations. Carl (Jonathan Howard) walks in one day to find Brody preparing to steal an expensive car. Carl warns him that his actions will mean he'll be soon back inside the STC. Then he makes him an offer. If he wants to find out an easier way to steal cars, he should come back and see him. View More » As well as doing dodgy MOT's, Carl has also been working with a character called Fiona to steal cars, using Kevin's garage as a front for these activities.
