Chris Brown dated Barbadian R&B legend Robyn 'Rihanna' Fenty back when both of them were still in the relative infancy of their careers. They met as teenagers in 2004, during their come-up. They were first photographed backstage at the Jingle Bell Ball in 2005, and their career paths repeatedly crossed, until they eventually ended up in a relationship in 2008.
They broke up for a period in 2009, though they later rekindled their relationship in 2012. 'We've built a trust again, and that's it,' Rihanna told Oprah at the time. 'We love each other and we probably always will. That's not anything that we're going to try to change. That's not something you can shut off if you've ever been in love.' The pair broke up for good in 2013. Despite their past, Chris congratulated Rihanna in 2022 on the birth of her child with A$AP Rocky.

Draya Michele, known for her appearance on Basketball Wives LA, dated Chris for about nine months in 2010, between his stints dating Rihanna. Discussing their breakup on a radio show, she said: 'We just went our separate ways and it was just too much fighting and too many differences. Arguing, sorry. I'm very jealous and I'm a very psycho crazy girlfriend. I act like everybody's baby momma.' After their breakup, they remained friends, and Chris introduced Draya to his future longterm girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. Karrueche Tran (2011–2015)

Karrueche Tran, a socialite and actress, met Chris in 2011 while working as a styling assistant on one of his projects. At this time, she was relatively unknown in the public eye and had a job at Nordstrom in Los Angeles. Their relationship became complicated due to Chris's ongoing connection with Rihanna, something which was hinted at by his ex, Draya Michele. In that same radio interview where she explained their breakup, Michele explained: 'Me and [Chris] always remained friends, and then he was like I want you to meet my girlfriend [Karrueche Tran], she's so cool, meet her. I was like cool,' Michele recalled. 'I don't think I was the ex that she needed to be concerned about. So it was all good for me and her to be cool.'
In 2012, Brown allegedly ended his relationship with Karrueche to avoid hurting her because of his friendship with Rihanna. However, they reunited after Chris's relationship with Rihanna ended. In 2014, Chris Brown fathered a daughter, Royalty, with another woman, Nia Guzman, though he says he didn't know about his daughter until she was eight months old (Nia Guzman and Chris never reportedly dated and have always been cited as 'good friends'). In 2015, Karrueche publicly announced their breakup, citing Chris's infidelity as the reason. Then, ten years later, E News reported that they had been seen together at Coachella, chatting and laughing, alluding to a possible reconciliation. Ammika Harris (2015–2023)

Their relationship remained relatively private, with few public appearances together, making it unclear exactly whether they were still together or not throughout their pairing. Then, in November 2019, they welcomed their son, Aeko Catori Brown, Chris Brown's second child. As of early 2024, reports suggest that while they maintain a close co-parenting relationship, but they are not romantically involved. Read More Tanmay Bhat On Creativity In Advertising

Chris Brown's third baby mama, Diamond Brown, was first linked to the singer in 2019, right around the time he welcomed his son with Ammika Harris. Diamond revealed she was pregnant in 2021, sharing a picture of her bump on Instagram with the caption: 'Just when you think you know love, something little comes along to remind you just how big it really is.'
She welcomed her daughter with Chris Brown, Lovely, in January 2022. In another Instagram post, she wrote: 'The princess is here! Lovely Symphani Brown🤎. My sweet babygirl, it's been a whole day you've been in the world and have already shown me the true meaning of life. I promise to love and protect you always. Forever yours, mommy.'

Australia's Public Broadcaster Axes ‘Q+A' Show After 18 Years on Air

The ABC has confirmed it will not bring back its flagship panel program Q+ A, ending an 18-year run. The weekly show, which went on break last month, will not return to air, the national broadcaster announced on June 11. Hosted by Patricia Karvelas since 2023, Q+A earned a reputation as a high-profile forum for political and public debate. ABC News Director Justin Stevens acknowledged the program's legacy in shaping national dialogue. 'Discontinuing the program at this point is no reflection on anyone on the show. We always need to keep innovating and renewing, and in the two decades since Q+A began, the world has changed,' Stevens said. Stevens said the ABC would now focus on finding new ways to engage the public in political and national discussions. 'It's time to rethink how audiences want to interact and to evolve how we can engage with the public to include as many Australians as possible in national conversations,' he said. The announcement follows Network 10's decision to axe The Project after 16 years, with the final episode set to air on June 27. Karvelas to Expand ABC Reporting Role While Q+A ends, Karvelas will continue in her other ABC roles, including Afternoon Briefing, the Politics Now podcast, and her regular column on the ABC News site. 'Patricia (Karvelas) also recently reported for Four Corners, and we've now asked her to do more for Four Corners as time permits,' Stevens said. ABC staff were informed that the show's cancellation would involve some job losses. In place of Q+A, the ABC will expand its long-form current affairs content, including the creation of a new executive producer role for documentaries and specials. The public broadcaster will also permanently roll out Your Say, a public engagement initiative first launched during the last federal election. The project is aimed at including more community voices in ABC reporting. 'Your Say ensures we have a strong framework for putting the public's views, concerns, and questions at the heart of our journalism, complementing our daily commissioning and reporting,' Stevens said.

K-pop stars Jimin and Jung Kook of BTS discharged from military service as band's reunion nears

K-pop superstars Jimin and Jung Kook are the latest and final members of BTS to be discharged from South Korea's mandatory military service. The pair wore their military uniforms Wednesday, saluted and addressed fans who had assembled to see the pair after their discharge. Jung Kook thanked the journalists and fans who traveled to see him and Jimin after their discharge and acknowledged how different it was to be back in the spotlight. 'Actually, it's been so long since I've been in front of cameras, and I didn't even put on makeup, so I'm a bit embarrassed,' he said. 'I don't know what to say.' They saluted upon their release Tuesday in Chuncheon City as about 200 fans, some of whom traveled from Mexico, Turkey and Brazil, cheered. V thanked fans Tuesday for their patience in waiting for him and RM's return and teased the band's reunion. 'If you can just wait a little bit longer, we will return with a really amazing performance.' Six of the group's seven members served in the army, while Suga is fulfilling his duty as a social service agent, an alternative form of military service. He will be discharged later this month. Jin, the oldest member of K-pop supergroup BTS, was discharged in June 2024. AFP via Getty Images In South Korea, all able-bodied men aged 18 to 28 are required by law to perform 18-21 months of military service under a conscription system meant to deter aggression from rival North Korea. The law gives special exemptions to athletes, classical and traditional musicians, and ballet and other dancers if they have obtained top prizes in certain competitions and are assessed to have enhanced national prestige. K-pop stars and other entertainers aren't subject to such privileges. Advertisement However, in 2020, BTS postponed their service until age 30 after South Korea's National Assembly revised its Military Service Act, allowing K-pop stars to delay their enlistment until age 30. There was heated public debate in 2022 over whether to offer special exemptions of mandatory military service for BTS members, until the group's management agency announced in October 2022 that all seven members would fulfill their duties.
