Sweeney is not friends with either of the two, according to Page Six. But because of her next project with Amazon MGM Studios, she was still at the wedding. According to a report, Sweeney fulfilled her invitation to the wedding and "came to pay respects to the 'boss,' just like in the old days of Hollywood."
Earlier this year, Sweeney was last seen with the couple at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party.
Variety revealed Sweeney's most recent project with Amazon last month. It will be a movie based on the March release of the video game "Split Fiction." Two writers who become captured in their made-up worlds are the subject of the video game. The project will be directed by Jon M. Chu of Wicked, and the screenplay will be written by the same team that wrote "Deadpool & Wolverine."
While her co-star is still being looked for, Sweeney will be the project's executive producer.
Sweeney previously collaborated on her 2021 project, "The Voyeurs," with Amazon. According to IMDb, she will also feature in an expected biopic about boxer Christy Martin.
Rumors have suggested that Sweeney and Orlando Bloom or Tom Brady, two other A-list visitors, may have a romantic relationship while she is in Venice.
