Govt spokesperson congratulates Revolution Leader & President Al-Mashat on Eid al-Fitr occasion

Saba Yemen29-03-2025
Sana'a - Saba:
Government Spokesperson and Minister of Information Hashim Sharafuddin sent a cable of congratulations to the Revolution Leader ,Sayyid Abdulmalik Badruddin Al-Houthi and H.E. Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
In the cable, the government spokesman expressed the highest congratulations and blessings to the leader and President Al-Mashat on this solemn religious occasion, which unites all Muslims across the globe after performing the obligation of fasting.
He pointed out that Eid al-Fitr comes this year amid stormy events in the region as a result of the US-Zionist escalation against the free peoples in the region, and the Zionist entity's resumption of the war of extermination, siege and starvation of the people of the Gaza Strip.
The government spokesman pointed to the honorable positions of the Yemenis under the leadership of Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi in supporting the Palestinian people despite the criminal US aggression that has targeted service facilities and civilians in the capital Sana'a and a number of provinces, through which the enemy is trying to dissuade Yemen and its armed forces from continuing to support Gaza.
He emphasized that the Yemeni people, who have been steadfast in the face of the coalition of aggression for ten years, are now stronger and more cohesive and cannot submit or surrender in the face of the barbarism practiced by the American enemy, but rather, this increases their adherence to their faithful, moral and humanitarian stance in supporting the Palestinian people.
The government spokesman prayed to God Almighty to return this occasion to the Yemeni and Palestinian peoples and all the peoples of the Islamic nation with goodness, Yemen and blessings.

Govt Media Office in Gaza: 124 aid trucks entered Gaza Strip Sunday, most of which were looted

Gaza – Saba: The Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip said on Monday that only 124 aid trucks entered the Gaza Strip yesterday, Sunday, most of which were looted and robbed amidst deliberate security chaos created by the Israeli enemy as part of its policy of "engineering starvation and chaos" aimed at undermining the steadfastness of the Palestinian people. The office said in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba): "Over the course of 15 days, the total number of aid trucks that entered the Gaza Strip was only 1,334, out of the intended quantity of 9,000. This means that what entered is equivalent to approximately 14% of the actual needs." The statement stressed that the Israeli enemy continues to prevent the entry of sufficient aid trucks, close the crossings, and undermine the work of humanitarian organizations. It added, "We remind you that the Gaza Strip needs more than 600 different aid trucks daily to meet the minimum needs of 2.4 million people, amid the near-total collapse of infrastructure due to the ongoing war and genocide." The government media outlet held the Zionist enemy and its allies fully responsible for the humanitarian catastrophe. The government media called on the United Nations, Arab and Islamic countries, and the international community to take serious action to open the crossings and ensure the flow of aid, especially food, baby formula, and life-saving medicines, and to hold the Zionist enemy accountable for its crimes against civilians.
