Responsive launches Agent Studio to automate RFP processes
Responsive has announced the launch of Agent Studio, a no-code platform that enables enterprise sales and proposal teams to create custom AI agents for managing compliance, risk assessments, content management, and other tasks involved in the RFP process.
This new offering allows users, including those at large organisations such as SAP, to automate critical review processes and surface key insights across substantial volumes of business opportunities. The introduction comes as Responsive reports having managed over USD $750 billion in opportunities through its platform to date.
Agent Studio is designed as a no-code environment for users to build AI agents capable of handling tasks such as content clean-up, compliance reviews, archiving, tagging, and identifying outdated information. Teams can schedule agents, trigger them on demand, and monitor their operations, ensuring clear governance and complete audit trails. Responsive will also provide Professional Services support to assist customers with their requirements when building custom agents.
Jamie Ninneman, Global Head of RFx Advisory at SAP, said: "The future lies in democratizing access to institutional knowledge—and AI is central to that shift. Responsive has been a valuable leader in this journey, helping companies scale how they respond, collaborate, and accelerate their transformation with Strategic Response Management."
According to AJ Sunder, Chief Product and Information Officer at Responsive: "Custom AI agents are the next productivity revolution—and with Agent Studio, any team can build them without heavy development or deep technical expertise. Sales and proposal teams can now build agents tailored to their specific needs. As customers apply these agents to real business problems, we gain early insight into the next wave of high-impact AI use cases that will shape the future of work."
Agent Studio is introduced alongside two new AI agents: Analysis Agent and Answering Agent. The Analysis Agent has been integrated into Responsive's conversational interface, Ask, to review RFPs, RFIs and related documents. It extracts critical requirements and surfaces potential risks, providing sales teams with concise assessments to enable faster and better-informed go/no-go decisions.
The Answering Agent, also available in Slack and within Ask, drafts responses for RFPs, questionnaires, and ad hoc questions, drawing from vetted organisational content while providing appropriate citations. This is intended to support teams in developing high-quality responses more efficiently, based on trusted internal knowledge.
In addition to enhancing agent capabilities, Responsive is introducing Guided Projects, a self-serve AI tool designed to empower field teams to respond to RFPs and assessments without always relying on central proposal or bid teams. Guided Projects extracts key requirements, drafts responses, performs compliance checks, and enables teams such as sales, customer success, and solution consulting to independently manage complex responses.
Alexis Hourselt, Interim Director, Proposal Center of Excellence at Microsoft, commented on the company's collaboration with Responsive: "At Microsoft, empowering our field teams with greater self-service capabilities is central to our strategy. As an early partner of Responsive, we're collaborating to innovate on solutions like Guided Projects that enable our teams to operate more independently and effectively."
To address ongoing challenges regarding quality and accuracy in AI-generated responses, Responsive has introduced TRACE Score, an industry-first content scoring system that objectively assesses responses. In parallel, the Quality Check tool provides automated auditing for content review and validation. These features aim to mitigate risk and ensure that responses produced by AI agents meet required standards for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Responsive's leadership in Strategic Response Management is also highlighted by recognition from industry bodies and research organisations, including being named a "Leader" in the Aragon Research "Globe for Strategic Response Management, 2025" and ranking #1 in global RFP software on G2 for 25 consecutive quarters. Its TRACE Score was also cited among the top AI-enabled products for go-to-market strategies by SilconANGLE Media in their 2025 Tech Innovation CUBEd Awards.
These developments continue Responsive's focus on enabling enterprise customers to manage and share operational knowledge at scale, respond to business requests efficiently, and maintain consistency and quality in their strategic responses across global teams.

AI search transforms brand visibility, making trust essential
The days of following links to find the truths we seek are disappearing as Google's Overviews and AI Mode shake up search, and more and more people use large language models (LLMs) to answer their questions, guide their purchases, and improve their lives. At this point in time, the LLMs don't offer advertising options (remember when Google Organic ruled?), and PR, specifically earned media, can heavily impact whether your brand will be found in a natural language voice or written search. In March 2025, a survey found that six-in-ten U.S. adults visited a search page with an AI-generated summary (Pew Research Centre), while U.S. adults using generative AI for online search is expected to more than double between 2024 (15 million) and 2028 (36 million), according to Statista. In one recent survey (Future PLC), one in four Americans said they have used AI in place of traditional search engines. LLMs generate answers that are measured, thorough (albeit still imperfect), and verified in seconds. Human trustworthiness is being audited in real-time. To gain visibility and shape reputation today – in business, politics, causes, career, anything – calibrating your digital footprints to AI's source, prioritisation, and instantly-verifiable trust criteria is mission-critical. The big question in this future is 'does what you say stack up? Truth isn't what you say about yourself, it's the algorithmic read of all your digital footprints. Companies need to think of their websites and other online presence as data sources for AI (and less as destinations for people) and shape them in ways that AI can easily understand and recommend. AI search tools seek high-quality, high-authority credibility. If content is king, the king is back. Ahead, businesses need to take four AI-responsive actions to build and protect reputational capital. Build Authoritative Content and Stories The information deluge of the internet era has diminished the influence of traditional media. Social platforms loaded with falsehoods, bias, and endless echoes dumb things down. In its search for facts and truth, AI is refining its approach by favouring credible sources. AI likes content that is authentic, descriptive, expert, and authoritative. The internet is flooded with AI-generated content, but the bots look for high-quality, context-rich signals when generating answers. Recent Hard Numbers research found LLMs rely on editorial media (traditional press coverage and editorial content) for almost two-thirds (61%) of their content about brand reputation (editorial content and trustworthiness have a particularly strong link). While owned media (e.g. websites, press releases, and blogs) was also highly influential (44%), social media had a negligible impact (less than 1%). Reputation depends on shaping your narrative through authoritative, earned, and owned content. Social media? Not so much. We are entering a zero-click environment as AI summaries halt traffic to original sources (to the woe of marketers). It's estimated 60% of Google searches end without a click. Traditional SEO tactics such as click-through rate, ranking, and keywords are being overlaid by new rules. AI factors SEO but its concern is entities, presence, and authoritative content. Adjust Where and How Your Brand is Seen Part of the new map of influence is that LLMs like authoritative channels, news websites, top-tier publications, industry blogs, professional review sites, and thought leadership. As it becomes more difficult to earn media, the trust score of doing so rises, and GenAI recognises you. Be in influential channels, talk to trusted journalists, and have something to say. A strong brand presence remains important, but trust trumps traffic. Visibility requires building out organic visibility and focusing on channels where your key audiences are most active. Make your organisation easy to understand. AI wants to 'get' who you are. Be well represented in content and implement the technical side of optimising for generative engines (GEO) on owned and other online channels to build visibility. Key AI optimisation considerations include organisation recognition, user intent, contextually rich and structured content, consistent messaging, informational keywords, and readability. Strategic planning, understanding the context, building a compelling narrative, and securing placement in authoritative outlets are key. This means AI search's rules for presence and influence are moving traditional PR back to the centre of the marketing stage. Earned content is the new SEO. Technical know-how in backlinks, keywords, and pages will play second fiddle to mastery of subject, context, structure, pitch, brand, and reputation. Use AI Tools to Enhance Online Reputation Management (ORM) The pace of AI-powered auditing of human integrity requires proactive monitoring and the adoption of innovative tools across the domain of ORM, a fast-evolving practice that spans monitoring, maintaining, and repairing public perception while also improving it. These innovative ORM tools can enhance and accelerate everything from content optimisation (and suppression) to media listening, sentiment analysis, online review management, and crisis management. Complemented by human oversight and ethics, AI enhances the reputation manager's toolbox in highly efficient ways. Left just to AI, things will quickly go sideways. For Brand Visibility, Take Action Now Audit your AI Search Visibility (see below): Undertake a baseline assessment to determine how your brand is represented in AI search outputs. Prioritise generating high authority content, with a focus on earned media, expert mentions and credible third-party validation – and pitch to media and sources that LLMs draw from in your sector. Optimise owned media for AI: Adjust your website and other owned media so it is helpful and readable for AI, including structured content and Q&As. Understand and build GEO into communications and marketing: Explore the overall shift from link-based results to synthesised responses + citations, and educate your organisation's teams on GEO and earned media's importance to AI search visibility. Proactively refine and improve strategy and content to build audience visibility: In line with AI's rapid evolution, monitor your GEO and earned content's impact and (supported by audit insights) adjust to align with visibility and reputational drivers. How to audit your own brand on the major LLMs? Alexander PR has launched a new service, the 360° LLM Reputation Audit, to help clients assess how their brand is portrayed across leading AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Meta AI, Anthropic Claude, and DeepSeek. By systematically examining LLM outputs, identifying reputation vulnerabilities, and benchmarking against competitors, this audit provides actionable intelligence on how AI systems represent organisations to the world. If your organisation would like to understand this new dimension of digital reputation and how to maintain control of its narrative in an AI-driven information ecosystem, get in touch with the Alexander PR team.

SAP Concur unveils AI-powered travel solution for ANZ markets
SAP Concur has introduced its updated Concur Travel solution for the Australian and New Zealand markets, incorporating automation and artificial intelligence tools to streamline corporate travel management. The latest version of Concur Travel incorporates the AI-powered Request Assistant for automatic cost estimates before trips are booked. SAP's generative AI assistant, Joule, is expected to be integrated in the future, offering predictive cost estimates, dynamic itinerary management, and intelligent meeting location suggestions. With this planned integration, Joule will use historical employee data and live information to provide business trip estimates, aiming to create a planning environment that supports long-term corporate needs. SAP Concur says these developments are designed to help organisations plan more proactively, reduce operational overheads, improve the accuracy of travel arrangements, and bolster employee satisfaction. Jonathan Beeby, Managing Director, SAP Concur Australia and New Zealand, said, "Businesses need more streamlined, intelligent ways to manage employee travel. The new Concur Travel experience answers this demand by consolidating travel bookings, policy compliance, and sustainability insights into a connected, mobile-first solution. This culminates in a full picture of organisational travel while empowering employees to book and manage business trips with ease." The redesigned user interface is now available across both mobile and desktop platforms, and features updated content, improved visuals, and increased emphasis on sustainability data. Travellers can more easily access carbon emission statistics and choose eco-friendly travel options, aligning with business objectives and personal preferences. Enhanced search capabilities allow users to find trips by airport, city, or company location, supporting greater efficiency in travel planning. Discussing the integration of travel and expense data, Beeby stated, "The real power of the solution is in the convergence of travel and expense data. Using new Concur Travel with Concur Expense gives organisations a consolidated view of all spending activity for real-time decision-making. Travel bookings automatically populate expense reports, minimising manual data entry and errors, while integrated policy enforcement tools embed compliance into every stage of the employee journey. This approach strengthens financial oversight and expedites employee reimbursements, driving better outcomes across finance and HR functions." SAP Concur's enhancements also focus on the user experience. Features such as integration with Microsoft Teams for travel collaboration, one-way flex fare options to allow more flexibility in booking, and new timeline views have been implemented. The goal is to reduce complexity, foster higher engagement, improve compliance rates, and minimise incidents where employees book outside approved channels. The solution aims to address the current challenges faced by businesses attempting to balance cost control and regulatory compliance with employee needs for flexibility and convenience. SAP Concur notes that disconnected or fragmented systems can lead to inefficiencies, lack of visibility over travel data, and greater compliance risks. The company describes its ecosystem as one where travel bookings and compliance monitoring operate within a unified environment, allowing businesses to improve efficiency and responsiveness without requiring users to change their existing login credentials, URLs, or mobile applications during the transition. Beeby added, "The new Concur Travel solution gives ANZ businesses a critical opportunity to modernise their travel strategies with localised support for one-way faring, updated policy enforcement by trip leg, and enhanced sustainable travel options. Organisations can streamline operations, empower employees, and drive better business outcomes by embracing an integrated, data-driven approach to travel management. SAP Concur is committed to equipping its customers to lead the way as corporate travel continues to evolve."
