Serge Ferrari recorded an increase in revenues of over 10% in the first half of the year. This performance encourages us to continue our efforts to increase our operating leverage, our customer service and the flexibility of our cost structure in an environment where adaptability and responsiveness remain key." Q2 2025 activity The Group reported revenue of €99.6 million in the 2nd quarter of 2025, up 12.6% on a current scope and exchange rate basis, and up 13.0% on a constant scope and exchange rate basis compared with the same period last year. This change is due to: A currency effect of -0.4 %; A volume effect of -3.0%, due mainly to a fall in volumes of modular structures, for which the end markets are declining; A favorable price-mix effect of +16.0%, driven by a confirmed recovery in activities that have traditionally been profitable for the Group, such as Solar Protection and the new Solutions business lines, as well as the impact of price increases introduced to mitigate the negative effect of high inflation on certain raw materials. H1 2025 activity The Group posted sales of €178.7 million in the first half of 2025, up by more than 10% on both current and constant scopes and exchange rates. Half-year sales trends by geographical region are as follows: Europe posted solid revenue growth of 6.7% on a current scope and exchange rate basis and 6.5% on a constant scope and exchange rate basis, with sales of almost €129 million over the period, thanks to historic markets that remain well oriented. After a difficult 2024 exercise in North American markets, sales in the Americas rebounded strongly in the first half. Growth accelerated sharply between the 1st and 2nd quarters, taking half-year sales up to €23.4 million, representing growth at constant scope and exchanges rates of +49%. Sales in the Asia-Africa-Pacific region were up 5.4% on H1 2024, both on a current and constant scope and exchange rates basis, due to good momentum in the various markets. Outlook Based on a seasonal history between the first (driven by solar protection activity and tense architecture) and the second half of the fiscal year, the group will focus (despite an uncertain context, particularly on the geopolitical level) on maintaining its trajectory initiated with Transform 2025 that aims at increasing its adaptability and profitability. Financier calendar Publication of first half 2025 results on September 10, 2025, after market close. Torex Gold Resources to acquire Prime Mining

Torex Gold Resources has sealed a definitive agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding common shares of Prime Mining. This transaction will grant Torex a 100% interest in the Los Reyes gold-silver project. The Los Reyes project in Mexico is an advanced exploration/development-stage asset. It contains a combined underground and open-pit mineral resource of around 1.5 million ounces (moz) of gold and 54moz of silver in the Indicated segment, as well as 538,000 ounces of gold and 21.6moz of silver in the Inferred segment. Prime Mining shareholders are set to receive 0.060 of a Torex share for each share held. This exchange ratio implies a 32.4% premium to Prime Mining's 30-day volume-weighted average price as of 25 July 2025. Torex president and CEO Jody Kuzenko said: 'The Los Reyes project represents a unique opportunity for the Torex team to develop a high-quality asset with the potential for a high-margin, low-capital and long-life operation in a jurisdiction that we know very well. 'The acquisition of Prime Mining, and the previously announced all-cash acquisition of Reyna Silver, support our strategy to systematically build a diversified, Americas-focused precious metals producer with a portfolio of producing, development and exploration stage assets.' The transaction values Prime Mining at approximately $449m (C$617.37m), with Torex issuing around 10.5 million new shares. Post-transaction, Prime Mining shareholders will own roughly 10.7% of Torex. Notably, the transaction does not require a vote from Torex shareholders. However, Prime Mining's major stakeholders, including Pierre Lassonde and senior officers, have agreed to vote in favour of the transaction. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions including court and regulatory approvals. A termination fee of $12.5m is stipulated if the transaction is not completed under certain conditions. The arrangement will also see the settlement of Prime Mining's restricted stock units (RSUs) and deferred share units (DSUs), with an adjustment of outstanding options and warrants to Torex's terms. Subject to regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2025 (H2 2025), with the delisting of Prime Mining shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange to follow. CIBC World Markets and Cassels Brock & Blackwell are advising Torex, while Trinity Advisors Corporation, BMO Nesbitt Burns, and Blake, Cassels & Graydon are advising Prime Mining. Prime Mining director and CEO Scott Hicks said: 'The addition of Prime Mining's high-quality Los Reyes project to the Torex pipeline as its next development asset presents both Prime Mining and Torex shareholders with substantial value enhancement through this share-based acquisition. 'In addition to gaining exposure to Torex's free-cash flowing Morelos Complex, Prime Mining shareholders can continue to realise significant value creation as Los Reyes is developed with the benefit of Torex's operational and development experience in Mexico.' Additionally, Torex has announced the planned acquisition of Reyna Silver for C$36m, further consolidating its position in the mining sector. Is It Ethereum's Turn to Rally? 3 Reasons This Leading Crypto Could Be About to Climb Even Higher.

Key Points Ethereum was falling sharply in the first half of the year. It's now climbing rapidly. There are solid reasons to suspect that the climb will continue for a good while. 10 stocks we like better than Ethereum › Through this past spring, Ethereum (CRYPTO: ETH), the second‑most valuable cryptocurrency, slogged along as investors fretted about scaling, regulation, and lackluster demand. Fast-forward to July, and the coin has roared back to life, forcing skeptics to ask whether the comeback has legs. It's up 56% during the past 30 days alone (as of July 28). No crystal ball can promise where prices will stand tomorrow, but three forces are converging that make a fresh advance look plausible, so let's dive in and explore the prospects of Ethereum flying higher. 1. Reversion to the mean Markets rarely stay depressed forever, and Ethereum was a textbook case of an oversold crypto with persistently abysmal sentiment. From January to mid-June, its price tumbled, at one point being down by more than 50% year to date. Even diehard evangelists were starting to publicly fold their positions after years of holding. By June 20, the amount of positive social chatter about the chain was at multiyear lows -- but the recovery was already quietly underway by then. Meanwhile, the network kept adding roughly 1 million new wallets per week, evidence that adoption hadn't stalled. That disconnect didn't last too long. Ethereum has more than doubled since April, jumping from the low $1,800s to around $3,800 as of July 28. There's also still no evidence of froth that often caps bull cycles. In other words, the crowd is now increasingly optimistic but not exuberant, which is a setup that can support further upside so long as macro winds stay calm. 2. The Pectra update is working as intended The second catalyst is that on May 7, Ethereum pushed the Prague‑Electra update, better known as Pectra. The update introduces higher validator staking limits, lighter wallets that feel more like regular apps and can operate smart contracts, and twice the data room for Layer 2s (L2s), which also helps with scaling the chain's throughput. Furthermore, bigger validator limits let institutions compound staking rewards, and cheaper L2 roll‑ups translate into lower transaction fees for everyday users. If activity rises because Ethereum is faster and less clunky, demand for the coin should increase. Bugs are always a risk after any upgrade, yet so far network stability looks solid. And that means the party for holders is likely to continue. 3. Capital is gushing in Institutions are directing a firehose of cash toward exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that hold Ethereum, and it's having a big impact on the price. In the week ended July 19, U.S.-based spot Ethereum funds absorbed nearly $2.2 billion, including an impressive single‑day haul of $726.7 million on July 16. Each new ETF share minted requires issuers to buy coins in the open market, shrinking supply and nudging prices higher. Because institutions tend to build positions in stages, the first wave of buying is rarely the last. That steady purchasing activity is a structural tailwind Ethereum has never enjoyed at this scale until now. Additionally, there are a handful of businesses that are seeking to become crypto treasuries that hold Ethereum as one of their main assets. These buyers are keen to issue new shares of their stock, as well as new debt, with the sole goal of buying and holding the coin. Though the wisdom of this approach in the long haul remains to be seen, for now these treasuries are price-insensitive buyers, and they're a big part of the reason Ethereum is climbing so stridently now in a way that it wasn't before. And, if past heydays are any indication, there will be a lot more well-heeled buyers of this type coming along before there's any kind of slowdown. Taken together, a sentiment reset, a smoother and cheaper network, and significant inflows of capital from ETFs and treasurers tilt the odds toward more upside for Ethereum. Long‑term investors may look back on this summer as a moment when the chain's fundamentals finally started to really catch up with its promise. Should you invest $1,000 in Ethereum right now?
