
Sana'a discusses mechanism to preserve endowment lands & properties in eastern districts
Sana'a - Saba:
A meeting in Sana'a province discussed on Sunday mechanisms to activate the role of local councils in preserving endowment lands and properties in the eastern districts of the province.
The meeting, attended by Abdullah Amer, Director of the Endowments Authority Office in the province, and district directors—Saleh Mayad (Jahana), Raad Al-Jamali (Khulan), Hilal Mayad (Al-Husn), and Khalil Abu Alama (Al-Tiyal)—reviewed challenges facing endowment work, particularly the lack of cooperation from some tenants with endowment officials in the districts.
Participants emphasized the need to complete the inventory of endowment lands, activate mechanisms to protect them from encroachments, and hold violators accountable by referring them to judicial authorities in accordance with Sharia endowment law. They also stressed the importance of documenting endowment lands in each district, recording any transactions, and ensuring timely collection of endowment revenues.
The meeting addressed coordination between district directors, security, and judicial authorities, which serve as supervisory committees for endowment lands , properties at the district level, to inventory endowment assets and follow up on financial dues.
It was agreed to appoint revenue collectors at the sub-district level and a treasurer at the district level within a week, as well as addressing the needs of mosques supported by endowments, including water, electricity, cleaning, sound system repairs, and other necessities.
Additionally, the meeting approved the establishment of a database window in the districts and notifying holders of viable endowment funds to revive them—otherwise, the funds will be withdrawn and reassigned to others for revitalization.

It demanded the harshest punishments for traitors in accordance with Sharia, law, and tribal norms. Participants called on all Yemeni tribes to continue the general mobilization, maintain high readiness in support of Gaza, reject traitors and collaborators, declaring their blood forfeit. Dhamar appeals prosecutor inspects workflow at Damt prosecution
Dhale' - Saba: Chief Prosecutor of Dhamar province Judge Anan Shaya on Tuesday inspected the progress of judicial work at Damt district Prosecution in Dhale' province. During the visit, Chief Prosecutor met with Acting Governor of the province Abdullatif al-Shaghdari; Province Security Director Brigadier General Hussein al-Hamza; Chairman of Damt Court Judge Mohammed al-Mahjari; and Deputy Prosecutor of Damt Judge Ahmed al-Asbili. During the meeting, aspects of cooperation and coordination between the judiciary, local authorities, and the executive branch were discussed in combating crime, protecting society, defending rights and freedoms, and resolving disputes in accordance with the law and Sharia. The meeting emphasized strengthening coordination mechanisms to ensure the integrity of arrest procedures and evidence collection, follow-up of cases by executive authorities, adherence to judicial decisions, and prompt disposition and adjudication of cases, especially those involving prisoners. Chief Prosecutor Judge Shaya reviewed the level of progress and the nature of the cases referred to the Damt Prosecution Office, the difficulties they face, and the means to address them.
