The campaign is titled 'A Day in the Life,' with James in his silk pajamas and robe as he enjoys a cup of tea with a pair of boots on. It's an oddly eccentric image that feels naturally English.
In another shot, the actor is in a suit and tie with a paper airplane in his hand resting his sleek black boots on a wooden desk.
James roams around the manor on a bike and then rests up in bed with pages of a newspaper around him — all while wearing a selection of smart Church's shoes.
The role of an English gentleman is nothing new to James.
He's the star of Netflix's 'The Gentlemen,' playing Edward 'Eddie' Horniman, the new 10th Duke of Halstead, who overnight goes from being a United Nations peacekeeping officer to a duke to a gentleman gangster, swapping his camouflage uniform and plaid shirts for fisherman jackets, car coats and sharp smoking suits.
The busy actor has been getting busier as of late as he recently partnered with Ed Templeton, cofounder of Carousel on Charlotte Street, to open Lupa, a Roman-style neighborhood restaurant in Highbury.
James and Templeton have enlisted a helping hand in the kitchen from chef Naz Hassan, a former head chef at Pidgin in Hackney.

Katie Taylor-Amanda Serrano Rematch Nabs 6M Global Viewers On Netflix
Katie Taylor retained her super lightweight title after besting Amanda Serrano in yet another rematch Friday night, generating a solid audience on Netflix. The main event scored an estimated average minute audience of nearly 6M global viewers from opening to closing bell, per live + 1 data from VideoAmp. In the U.S. alone, about 4.2M tuned in, making it the most-watched professional women's sports event of 2025. Advertisement More from Deadline Netflix also says the event was No. 1 on the streamer in the U.S., Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, and made the Top 10 in 43 countries. This audience seems to be down quite heftily from the last time that Taylor and Serrano met in the ring, when the women participated in a co-main event fight alongside Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson in November. However, it's hard to say exactly, since Netflix is using a different service to measure performance this time around. In November, Netflix said that an average of 74M global viewers tuned in live to watch the Taylor-Serrano fight, per both internal data as well as metrics from TVision. In the U.S. alone, TVision estimated an average minute audience of 47M for that fight, holding the record for most-watched professional women's sports event in U.S. history. Advertisement Measurement data can change depending on the service, which makes direct comparisons difficult. TVision uses 5,000 connected TV devices to measure and extrapolate that audience data. VideoAmp says it uses a 'proprietary commingled dataset' which includes 39M households and 63M devices. However, a decline in viewership makes sense given that this fight wasn't tied to another buzzy spectacle, like the Paul-Tyson row. The previous fights also took place in the days before Thanksgiving, which likely contributed to higher viewership in the U.S. as all television viewing increases around the holidays. More insights will be available on Tuesday, when Netflix releases its weekly Top 10, which this event will surely be part of. At that time, it'll be easier to make comparisons against other Netflix live events and titles. Best of Deadline Advertisement Sign up for Deadline's Newsletter. Netflix dropped a trailer for its SEC football series, and fans were absolutely thrilled
Are you a fan of both SEC football and Netflix sports documentaries? If so, you're in for a major treat later this summer. On Monday, Netflix dropped the reveal trailer for its upcoming docuseries, "SEC Football: Any Given Sunday." The series is set to premiere on the streaming service on Aug. 5, and it will seemingly provide an in-depth look at SEC football during the 2024 season. Advertisement While we don't yet know exactly what the series will focus on, it seems to take a wide look at the conference and will "offer an exclusive look at key matchups throughout the SEC season." In the trailer, we got behind-the-scenes looks at LSU's Brian Kelly and Whit Weeks, Vanderbilt breakout quarterback Diego Pavia and Graham Mertz, a two-year starting quarterback at Florida whose college career ended with a torn ACL last October. That's likely just scratching the surface of the storylines that will be covered in the documentary, and if you're a fan of an SEC team (or just a college football connoisseur, in general), this will be a must-watch. Unsurprisingly, fans were thrilled at the announcement of the upcoming series. This article originally appeared on For The Win: SEC Football: Fans thrilled by reveal trailer for Netflix series
