Sofía Vergara makes cheeky statement in a thong bikini – and gets a famous friend's attention
Sofía Vergara made a cheeky statement in a thong bikini while sunbathing by a pool in a photo shared to Instagram yesterday.
The Modern Family star ditched her top as she soaked up the rays on a lounge chair with her Toty sunscreen closeby.
'Llego el verano!' the Colombian-born actress, 52, wrote in the caption — which translates to: 'Summer has arrived.'
Naturally, Vergara's eye-popping snap caught the attention of many, including her fellow America's Got Talent judge Heidi Klum.
'Come over ….I am doing the same thing. Sunbathing,' the German supermodel reacted in the comments to the delight of fans.
The Griselda star shared a similar cheeky snapshot to celebrate the arrival of summer — and her new suncare brand — back in June 2023.
At the time, she had her buns out while posing topless by the pool in only a thong bikini bottom and her SPF.
'Lo mio es el verano,' Vergara wrote in that caption, which translates to: 'My thing is summer.'
The actress launched Toty two years ago after admitting to 'frying' her skin with coconut oil and tanning beds when she was younger.
Vergara previously spoke to People about the beauty brand, which merges sun protection with skincare and makeup.
'I'm always very put together,' she said at the time. 'I've been doing my same makeup since I was 15. I've never really loved a lot of foundation or contouring, but I always have eyeliner on and lashes and lipstick.
'Even in the morning, I put it on. That's my thing, and of course, my sunscreen with the color.'

Reality star shows off super-fit physique in tiny string bikini
US reality star Kristin Cavallari showed off her new body as she took a holiday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with friends over the weekend. The former Laguna Beach star, 38, showed off her toned body in a skimpy tiger-print thong bikini. Cavallari, who completed her look with a faded black cap and a pair of sunglasses, smiled at nearby photographers who snapped photos of her while she enjoyed her time poolside at the resort. Last month, the former reality star once again showed off her curves for the US Fourth of July holiday while sporting a white Monday Swimwear bikini top and bottom accented with black piping and Chloé slides. Cavallari posed in the two-piece beside her longtime friends Justin Anderson and Austin Rhodes, as well as her kids, Camden, 13, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 9, whom she shares with ex-husband Jay Cutler. 'Vacation mode with his Motley Crue,' she captioned the post, which also included a clip of her boys enjoying a water slide. In May, Cavallari, who first got breast implants and a lift after breastfeeding her kids, shared that she was forced to 'redo her boobs' after one implant ruptured. 'And there is no way of knowing how long this implant was ruptured for,' she said on her Let's Be Honest podcast at the time, adding that her 'body then formed a huge piece of scar tissue around it, which is good because it kind of holds it all in place. It's your body's way of protecting itself.' 'That's definitely why my right boob was not laying right, and it was f**ked up! I had a ruptured implant, which is crazy to think about,' she added. 'I guess maybe I could go through my camera roll and, like, try to figure out when my boobs started going a little f**kin' cross-eyed.' The reality star also divulged that she opted to go a little bigger this time. 'I was 300 [cubic centimetres] before and now I'm 340,' she shared during a Q&A on Instagram in June. 'Everyone thinks I went a lot bigger but I've just pushed them up a couple of times since getting them done.'
