Trump is in ‘no mood' to put ‘boots on the ground' in Ukraine amid peace talks with Russia
Trump has announced the US will participate in providing security guarantees to Ukraine as part of a peace agreement with Russia.
'He's talking about air interdiction, he's talking about providing intelligence, maybe arms and the rest of it,' Mr Siracusa told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.
'Americans are in no mood to put any more boots on the ground.
'He wants to win these wars with American technology.
'Trump wants to put them [Ukrainians] on the road to recovery.'
