Under the Westfield brand, and with URW's support, Cenomi Centers will offer Saudi residents and tourists the next generation of world-class shopping center experiences, boosting tourism and global engagement within the sector, acting as a powerful contributor to Vision 2030's objectives of enhancing quality of life, and opening the Kingdom to the world's global retail champions.
The partnership was signed at a ceremony at Jawharat Riyadh, which also celebrated the initial collaboration on three malls, Jawharat Riyadh, Jawharat Jeddah and Nakheel Dammam, which will be the first to be branded as Westfield centers. More details on these three malls and others will follow in the coming months, with the collaboration set to extend across up to eight of Cenomi Centers' portfolio of top malls.
Alison Rehill-Erguven, CEO, Cenomi Centers, said: 'We are thrilled to embark on this groundbreaking and exclusive partnership with URW, a global leader in the retail industry. This collaboration not only solidifies our position as the leading owner, operator and developer of contemporary lifestyle centers in Saudi Arabia, but also aligns with the Kingdom's broader goals for economic growth and development in both the sector and region. Together, we will cement our position as the leader in KSA by introducing exciting new growth and tenancy opportunities for many years to come.'

Cenomi Centers will bring the latest digital technologies and journeys, including in-mall apps and services, to the Saudi consumer.

This partnership also sees Cenomi Centers and URW collaborating on 3rd party business opportunities serving the Kingdom's major retail and lifestyle developments.
Sustainability and operational efficacies: Cenomi Centers will be able to significantly boost sustainability and operational efficiencies across its portfolio by leveraging best-in-class tools, systems and manuals in the management of its daily operations.
The partnership entails fixed and variable licensing and service fees for URW along with opportunities for the companies to further collaborate on business and licensing opportunities within KSA.

Saudi Arabia Authorises VistaJet as First International Private Jet Operator for Domestic Flights
Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has authorised Dubai-based VistaJet to operate domestic private jet services in the kingdom, marking the first time an international operator has been granted such rights. The move follows the lifting of cabotage restrictions for on-demand charter companies on May 1, allowing foreign-registered aircraft to conduct domestic flights within Saudi borders. GACA said the approval supports its Vision 2030 plan to transform the kingdom into a global aviation hub, while boosting competition, improving service quality, and attracting new investments. VistaJet, part of Vista Global Holding founded by Swiss billionaire Thomas Flohr, has been serving Saudi Arabia for more than 15 years on international routes. The company reported a 32% year-on-year rise in programme members in the kingdom during the first half of 2025. 'Given the nature of Vista's fully owned floating fleet, the company is best positioned to offer immediate private aviation services throughout the kingdom,' VistaJet said in a statement. With its long-range Global 7500 and soon-to-arrive Global 8000 jets, clients will also be able to fly non-stop to destinations worldwide directly from Saudi Arabia. The kingdom aims to grow the general aviation sector's contribution to GDP to 7.8 billion riyals ($2.08 billion) and create 35,000 jobs by 2030. Last year, Saudi Arabia's business jet sector recorded a 24% jump in flight volumes, underscoring strong demand from wealthy tourists, corporate travelers, and government officials.

Saudi Arabia's June crude exports fall to lowest since March
Saudi Arabia's crude oil exports slipped in June to their lowest level in three months, according to data from the Joint Organizations Data Initiative (JODI) released on Wednesday. Crude exports from the world's largest oil exporter fell to 6.141 million barrels per day, from 6.191 million bpd in May. Saudi Arabia's crude output for June was 9.752 million bpd, up from 9.184 million bpd in May. Saudi refineries' crude throughput was 2.703 million bpd, down 18,000 bpd from May's 2.721 million bpd, the data showed, while direct crude burning increased by 185,000 bpd to 674,000 bpd. Saudi Arabia and other members of OPEC provide monthly export figures to JODI, which publishes them on its website. OPEC+, comprising OPEC and allies such as Russia, this month agreed to raise oil production by 547,000 bpd for September, the latest in a series of accelerated output hikes to regain market share, as concerns mount over potential supply disruptions linked to Russia. Eight OPEC+ members began raising output in April with a hike of 138,000 bpd, followed by larger-than-planned increases of 411,000 bpd in May, June and July, 548,000 bpd in August and now 547,000 bpd for September. The eight members are Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, UAE, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman. The International Energy Agency said last week that world oil supply would rise more rapidly than expected this year and next as OPEC+ members further increase output and supply from outside the group grows.
