Belfast man missing for over two weeks found alive in Paris
The 38-year-old, from the Tullycarnet area, was due to arrive in Dublin on the evening of July 17 but never boarded his flight.
The oil rig worker was returning from a stint working at a west African site in Benin and was set to board his connecting flight from Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris.
On Friday the family confirmed that Robert had been found by emergency services.
In a statement to Belfast Live, Robert's brother Louis said: 'Rab has been found by emergency services and is requiring ongoing emergency treatment. While he is not out of the woods yet, we are just glad he is alive.
"As a family, we would ask for privacy in the time ahead as we deal with the situation."
In a post on Facebook, DUP leader Gavin Robinson said the news was a 'massive relief' for the family.
"I've been with the Kincaid family this afternoon,' he said.
'They are delighted Robert has been found and are incredibly grateful for the public interest and community support.
'They would now appreciate privacy as they reunite with their son.'
Louis and a family friend flew to Paris on Wednesday to meet with British officials and assist in the search.
Ahead of the trip, he told this newspaper his last known point of contact was a video call with a friend made from a bar in the airport.
He said: 'I think he was in the airport bar having a chat basically. As far as I'm aware, there was nothing bad said, there was nothing suspicious said.'
A friend video-called Robert again, although a stranger answered the phone instead.

'It looked like [they were in] a tin corrugated roof building. They basically said the phone [battery] was on 0% in broken English,' Louis explained.
The second and final call made to Robert's phone was picked up by a woman, but the caller was unable to make out what was said before the line was cut off.
'He doesn't have any contacts in France, but he is a very sociable person, he would make friends with anyone,' his brother added.

Keating and her mother, Nicola, were charged last June with possession of the Class C drug nitrous oxide. They both pleaded not guilty and the charges were dropped in June. "I'm relieved the charges have been dropped — as I've always said, I did nothing wrong," Keating told the BBC. "It's been a difficult time, but I've always known the truth. Now I'm just looking forward to focusing fully on the Euros and spending time with my family." Keating did not play at the Euros with Hannah Hampton starring as first-choice goalkeeper, but she was an important part of the squad and was part of the jubilant celebrations that took place after they returned to the UK. A victory parade took place on Wednesday in front of more than 50,000 fans, with England captain Leah Williamson stating: "I'm holding back tears. I've been crying all down The Mall. "This is unbelievable, this is probably one of the best [things] we have ever been a part of, so thank you for coming out. "There are many ways to win a football match. And we repeatedly did it the hard way, but you can see how much we care about playing for England and how much we love it." Chloe Kelly added: "It feels so good to stand side by side with each and every one of these girls. It's so ******* special. It's incredible to stand here today with a winners' medal around our necks and I'm so proud to be English."

Footballer ‘who made profound impact' dies three weeks after road collision on Twelfth
Aaron Moffett (38) was involved in a collision near Markethill while making his way back from the Twelfth demonstrations in Keady on Saturday July 12. The crash happened on the Coolmillish Road at around 4.30pm. Aaron was being treated in hospital prior to his passing. DUP MLA Jonathan Buckley posted on Facebook on Friday evening: 'It is with deep sadness that we have learned of the passing of Aaron Moffett this evening. 'Since the accident on 12th July, countless prayers have been said on Aaron's behalf. 'He was a man who made a profound impact on so many across so many walks of life. 'We are holding the entire Moffett and Robinson families and friends in our thoughts and prayers at this time. 'No words can adequately describe the deep sorry we all feel at this difficult time.' Mr Buckley told the Belfast Telegraph that Aaron's family are 'devastated'. 'He was a popular young man and they are a well-respected family; it is just devastating,' he said. 'He was known in so many circles and was so highly regarded, it was news no one wanted to hear. 'He fought a brave fight but he has unfortunately succumbed to his injuries and my thoughts go out to his wife Lindsey and mum and dad and sisters and brothers in laws and many uncles and aunties.' The Portadown man was from the Knocknamuckley area and previously played for Dollingstown FC as captain and Loughgall FC. Loughgall FC expressed "great sadness' at the news of his passing adding how he 'battled hard right to the very end.' 'Our sincere condolences to Aaron's wife Lindsey, his parents John and Florence and the rest of the Moffett and Robinson family circle at this incredibly difficult time,' they said. 'We extend our deepest condolences to Dollingstown Football Club who Aaron served with incredible distinction over the past couple of decades.' Emmerdale cruel John Sugden twist 'foreshadows' final showdown with Robert
Emmerdale's latest episode saw John Sugden's cruel plan to keep Robert Sugden on side revealed to viewers, and with that it may have teased a final showdown for the brothers There was a worrying scene on Emmerdale on Friday night that saw John Sugden seemingly plot revenge on his brother Robert Sugden. Despite them appearing to clear the air, or at least come to an agreement, John's true agenda was revealed to fans. This week John was left in hospital after Robert attacked him during a tense showdown. Robert had no idea though that John was recording the moment he struck him at the back of the head with a spanner. Viewers learned this on Friday, when the end of the episode showed John watching it back on his laptop. It comes amid fans believing Robert's own real plan was given away in the episode, and he might not be playing nicely has he's claimed. We'd already seen John feign fear over Robert visiting him, before Robert practically begged his villainous brother for forgiveness. John threatened him, telling him that if he went back on his word in regards to dropping his vendetta as well as leaving Aaron Dingle alone, he "knew" what he would do. Robert obviously didn't know that John had set up the attack after goading him, leading him to his camper van where a camera was recording. In the footage we only see the moment John walks towards home and is struck by Robert with the tool. John falls to the ground as Robert watches on. It likely also caught the moment Robert wiped the tool and hid it, but even the attack alone is enough for John to get Robert locked up given the crime he spent six years in prison for. Fans had actually noticed the mirroring of events, as in 2019 Robert attacked Lee Posner in similar circumstances. Robert had confronted Lee after he raped his sister Victoria Sugden, and Lee goaded him until Robert snapped. John orchestrated Robert's latest crime, and now he has him exactly where he needs him. But John is ready and waiting for his brother to turn on him again, keeping hold of the video evidence to use if necessary to get rid of Robert. But could it all be foreshadowing a major showdown? Maybe the current battle between the brothers is just the beginning and a taster of John's comeuppance at the hands of Robert. Robert more than any other characters is well and truly onto John and his dark crimes. If he manages to find the proof and expose him, John will hopefully face his downfall and be punished for his actions, including the murder of Nate Robinson. So will it come down to another John vs Robert battle at the end, and was the attack and John's actions, with John threatening revenge if Robert goes against him, all a massive hint of what's ahead? If so, it could be a major tease that the storyline will conclude with Robert taking John down as fans are hoping for, and John's final attempts to come out on top.
