The Booby Tape co-founder is letting loose with a week-long extravaganza alongside her closest friends and sister Bridgett, who recently split from Joshua Cavallaro.
Sharing a wave of content to her Instagram account, Bianca kicked off her birthday week on Thursday, with Bridgett, 31, surprising her with balloons in their hotel room.
The millionaire sisters—along with Bridgett's four-month-old daughter Elle—stayed at the flashy Hotel La Scalinatella, with a stunning view overlooking the sea.
According to the venue's website, a week-long stay at the glamorous abode set them back roughly AUD$6,500.
Bianca arrived at the glamorous digs, wearing a baby blue turtleneck dress, after a trip to Rome, where she and Bridgett had baby Elle baptised.
The brunette beauty discovered a bunch of pink and white balloons in her hotel room, along with presents from her sister to kick off the milestone birthday.
'The most crazy year of my life,' Bianca captioned a post about the surprise, including a video of her lavish villa.
'I'm having a super small and intimate birthday with some amazing friends who have flown in to celebrate with me for the week.
'Thanks to my other half @bridgettrocca for organising the most gorgeous surprise waiting for me in the most beautiful room. Let's get ready for my Welcome dinner.'
And get ready she did, as Bianca slipped into a strapless, pale yellow gown as she played the role of birthday girl perfectly at the Da Paolino restaurant.
Considered one of the most fragrant places to dine in Capri, guests dine in a grove of 130 lemon trees and can look at spending about $180 per head during their stay.
Bridgett was a vision in red as she organised the entire celebration for her older sister, and dressed up her tot in an adorable blue and white striped onesie.
The entrepreneur appeared to be throwing all her worries to the wind following her shocking split from husband Joshua just months after they welcomed their first child.
His best friend and former MasterChef contestant Khanh Ong also made an appearance, along with several other close friends of the Roccisano sisters

Then came the actual big day. Bianca spent her Friday, the day of her birthday, languishing by the beach and flaunting her figure in a purple bikini.
She snapped several glamorous selfies as she soaked up the sun and flashed her $3,200 designer bag from Celine.

Lois, a student at Loughborough University, won two classes at the 2021 British Showjumping National Championships and qualified for the Horse of the Year Show. But she told the Telegraph she had never even sat on a race horse before this year - with her mother warning that fitting in training with her studies was going to be a challenge.
