Dividend stocks today, August 6, 2025: Shares of PI Industries, Mysore Petro Chemicals, Bayer CropScience, Disa India, Esab India, and 12 other companies are set to remain in the spotlight during today's trading session following their announcements of dividend rewards for their respective shareholders.
According to BSE data, shares of these companies are set to trade ex-dividend tomorrow, August 7, 2025. Notably, the ex-date refers to the day when a stock begins trading without the entitlement to dividend payouts. Investors who wish to receive the dividend must own the stock before the ex-date. The record date, on the other hand, is when the company finalizes the list of eligible shareholders for the dividend payout.
Among the companies listed, Disa India has announced the highest dividend reward for its shareholders. The company informed the exchanges that its board has decided to pay a final dividend of ₹100 per share for the financial year 2024–25 (FY25). The record date has been set as August 7, 2025, to determine shareholder eligibility for the dividend.
This is followed by Esab India, which has declared a final dividend of ₹42 per share for FY25. The company has also set the record date as August 7, 2025, to determine shareholder eligibility.
Among others, Bayer CropScience and Lumax Industries have announced dividends of ₹35 per share each, with the record date fixed as August 7.

NSDL shares listed on the BSE at Rs 880 on Wednesday, delivering a 10% premium over the IPO price of Rs 800 per share. The stock rose to an intraday high of Rs 920 on debut day, reaching a 4.5% high over its opening the two-day rally marks a promising start, it still lags behind the grey market premium of Rs 125 per share ahead of the listing, which had implied a 16% Rs 4,012 crore initial public offering was entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 5.01 crore shares, with no fresh capital raised. Its services include demat account operations, trade settlements, e-voting, pledge services, corporate actions, and consolidated account statements. As of March 2025, the company managed 3.94 crore active demat accounts through 294 depository subsidiaries, NSDL Database Management and NSDL Payments Bank, extend its reach into e-governance and digital financial FY25, NSDL reported a 12% year-on-year increase in revenue to Rs 1,535.19 crore, while profit after tax rose 25% to Rs 343.12 crore. The IPO was priced at a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 46.63 and a price-to-book value of 7.98, which some analysts consider to be at the higher Nyati highlighted the company's strengths and said, "the company is expanding its horizon with more value-added services and options. The company posted steady growth in its top and bottom lines.' Nyati said, 'National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) is SEBI-registered Market Infrastructure Institution and acts as a securities depository in India.'Analysts remain cautiously optimistic about the stock's prospects. Net sales rose 10.6% YoY to Rs 3,742 crore, backed by strong performance across categories and before non-operating income stood at Rs 941 crore, marking a 15.8% YoY increase, while profit before tax and exceptional items (PBT) came in at Rs 916 crore, up 19.1% over the year-ago company's revenue growth was supported by volume growth (UVG) of 9.9%, with both Consumer & Bazaar (C&B) and Business-to-Business (B2B) segments showing strong B2B segment delivered its eighth consecutive quarter of double-digit UVG, at 12.6%.Pidilite's gross margins remained stable, while EBITDA margins improved by 101 basis points year-on-year. Domestic subsidiaries delivered 11.5% sales growth, with EBITDA rising sharply by 31.7%, aided by softer input costs. International subsidiaries reported a 6.4% YoY increase in revenue, while EBITDA for the segment rose by 9%.Additionally, the company, to commemorate the 101st birth anniversary of its founder, BK Parekh, has approved a bonus share issue in the ratio of 1:1 (one bonus share for every one fully paid equity share held).
