Owen Farrell came on early in the second half to a chorus of jeers from the crowd, replacing outside centre Huw Jones in his first appearance on tour since his controversial call-up by father-coach Andy Farrell.
Head coach Farrell will have been pleased with the physicality and accuracy of his players but has another injury concern after hooker Luke Cowan-Dickie suffered a head-knock late in the first half and was carted off the field.

Two-time Twenty20 World Cup winner Andre Russell will retire from international cricket at age 37 after the second T20 match against Australia on July 22 in his hometown of Kingston, Jamaica, Cricket West Indies (CWI) said on Wednesday. Winger Feyi-Waboso returns for England against the United States
Coach Steve Borthwick has selected Immanuel Feyi-Waboso on the wing and could hand debuts to as many as six players when England face the United States in the final match of their summer tour in Washington DC on Saturday. Feyi-Waboso returns from a suspension picked up playing for an England XV against France XV last month, which ruled him out of the back-to-back wins over Argentina in the first two matches on tour.
