Tammy Hembrow breaks her silence amid her brother's domestic violence charges and insists she has never bailed him out of jail after she is slammed online
Tammy Hembrow has spoken out about her younger half-brother Henri Thynne's domestic violence charges, addressing claims she bailed him out of jail.
Henri, 21, is currently in a high-security prison, the Arthur Gorrie Correctional Centre, in Queensland after being hit with 17 charges relating to domestic violence offences.
On Sunday, 31-year-old Tammy took to TikTok to clarify that she has had no involvement in her brother's legal issues after rumours circulated that she paid his bail - causing outcry from fans online.
'I don't usually address things like this, but this is a very serious topic and what's being said about me is just not true,' the fitness influencer began.
'Firstly, I have had no involvement whatsoever in ever bailing my little brother out of anything.
'I'm not involved in any of the legal situation. I've no contact with my brother. I haven't seen my brother. I'm just ... I'm not involved at all, in no way. So I wanted to make that clear.
'Another thing I wanted to make clear is that I don't condone violence in any form. I don't I don't condone abusive behaviour. I yeah, I just, I don't think it's okay, period.'
Tammy also denied any connection to a photo circulating online which showed Henri holding her daughter Posy, which was posted to her younger half-sister Ava's Instagram Stories.
'Secondly, there's a photo being posted that is saying it's been taken by me. I didn't take this photo. I didn't post this photo. It's actually a photo from my little sister's Instagram highlights from over a year ago. It's still there,' she added.
'I just want to make that clear as well. And yeah, my heart goes out to anyone involved. That's really all I have to say ... I just wanted to let you guys know.'
Court documents obtained by Daily Mail Australia last year indicate Henri was charged with Assault with Intent to Commit Rape - Domestic Violence Offence, and Choking Suffocation Strangulation Domestic Relationship - Domestic Violence Offence in March 2024.
He has two charges of Assaults Occasioning Bodily Harm - Domestic Violence Offence, four charges of Contravention of Domestic Violence Order - one being an aggravated offence, four charges of Breach of Bail Condition, one charge of Contravention of a Probation Order and one charge of Unlawful Stalking, Intimidation, Harassing or Abuse Domestic Relationship.
Henri also has two charges of Serious Assault - Assault/Resist/Obstruct Police Officer/Person Acting In Aid of Police Officer, and one charge of Obstruct Police Officer.
He was not released on bail at the last mention on January 6. However, he does have bail on some of these offences, according to Queensland Courts.

Seven of the 17 charges were committed to the higher court on January 6.
Henri, who missed Tammy's wedding to husband Matt Zukowski in November, is yet to make a plea on any of the charges.
The muscle-bound brother has been following in his older half-sister's footsteps on the road to the fitness industry.
In 2022, Henri addressed claims of steroid use after dramatically changing his physique in just two years.
In an Instagram Q&A on December 29, the then-teenage bodybuilder hit back at rumours after someone asked if his progress was 'natty', or natural.
Instead of answering yes or no, Henri replied with a meme that read: 'That's a nice argument you have there. Unfortunately my muscles are bigger than yours.
'Was tired of being a small sad nerd [c**t],' he added.
He boasts on social media of 'hard work paying off' while striking several poses showcasing his muscular physique.

Officers line up as the riots continue to erupt into complete chaos for the second night in a row The scenes of violence in Ballymena on Monday saw 15 police injured and four homes set alight. A Romanian mother-of-three who lives in one of the houses attacked during the violence said she has been left too scared to stay in the area. She said her children were asking why their house was being attacked during disturbances in the town on Monday night. Several properties were damaged on Clonavon Terrace, while a number of residents said on Tuesday that they now intend to leave the area. The woman from Romania, who said she was too afraid to give her name, claimed she tried to flee her house after the front window was broken. 'The children were asking me why are we being attacked,' she said. 'I don't want to stay here now, the children are afraid and I am afraid.' A Romanian man said he had lived in the area for 15 years. 'We don't even know why this happened to us,' he said. 'The riots started last night. We didn't expect it to come to our house. 'We tried to get out of the house and go to a safe place. 'I have lived here 15 years. Everything else has been nice, everything has been OK. 'I have so many friends in Ballymena, I have got so much support. 'Everyone was texting and asking us if we are OK, if we are safe, if they can do anything for us.' He added: 'I am lucky because the damage here is not too bad, but my sister has three kids, I have a little girl. 'We are going to live in a friend's house for a while and then try to move out of here.' He said: 'I like to believe I am a Ballymena man now, I have been living here half of my life. 'I understand if people want to protest but it did not have to be like this. 'We should not have to pay the price.' PSNI Assistant Chief Constable Ryan Henderson said the force had a significant operation in place over the coming days in case there was any repeat of the disturbances on Monday night in the town. He said: 'We are actively working to identify those responsible for last night's racially motivated disorder in Ballymena and bring them to justice. 'Anyone who has information or who can help identify those responsible is asked to contact police on 101.' A 29-year-old man was charged with riotous behaviour after being arrested during disorder in Ballymena on Monday night. The man, who is due to appear before Ballymena Magistrates' Court on Thursday, July 3, has also been charged with disorderly behaviour, attempted criminal damage and resisting police. Frank, who has lived on the Mediterranean coast for 13 years and is known as 'The Stag Man' for his party hosting, took to TikTok to share his insights with fellow Brits planning a trip to the city on the Mediterranean coast. In a video posted on Tuesday (June 10), he highlighted a new con that tourists"probably won't be aware of". Filming on the streets of Benidorm, Frank pointed out individuals with clipboards approaching people. He recounted his own experience of declining to complete a "petition", saying: "As you've seen there, this is one of the scams that runs along the beachfront." Frank explained that unsuspecting holidaymakers are coaxed into signing petitions and then pressured to donate money. His partner also appeared in the clip to criticise the scam: "They'll say it's for the blind or the disabled and that they are petitioning to get something sorted here in Spain." And she condemned the practice: "It's full of a load of rubbish and illegal to do this here in Spain." Frank, meanwhile, concluded with a stark warning as he reiterated: "They're illegal, scamming, and they will take your money. Some people even get their wallets out and give them a few quid." Brits who have fallen prey to the scam have shared their experiences in response, including one woman who: "My husband fell for this in Old Town. A guy claiming he was deaf, my husband being deaf, we didn't realise the scam till after." Another praised the advice: "Thank you for the heads up. We are coming next Monday. I got scammed with the potato game three years ago." A third shared their unfortunate story, adding: "I had this scam done to me and my partner luckily we had no cash on us." Whilst a fourth person recounted: "I got caught in Old Town, he wanted €10 from me, when I said no he was so rude until my husband showed up." And a fifth TikTok user said: "I had the same guy do it at Placa del Castell last Wednesday. Told him no three times for him to go away. Felt bad for the ones who stop and listen to him that don't know any better." In a separate video, Frank highlighted another issue with tourists having their phones stolen. He explained that scammers would approach victims, claiming to be lost, and ask to use their phone for a Google Maps search. As soon as the phone is out, the scammer would grab it and run off. Benidorm, nestled in the heart of Costa Blanca, saw British tourists accounting for 45% of overnight stays in 2024 alone, according to Travel Republic. This equates to over 600,000 visitors.
