Justin Timberlake: I feel beyond blessed to be a dad
Justin Timberlake feels "beyond blessed" to be a dad. The 44-year-old singer - who has sons Silas, ten, and Phineas, four, with actress Jessica Biel - took to social media on Father's Day (15.06.25) to reflect on his experience of parenthood. Alongside some family photographs, Justin - who has been married to Jessica since 2012 - wrote on Instagram: "There's no bigger reward or responsibility that I have ever felt in my life above being a father. To teach and to learn at the same time… I feel beyond blessed. "I see my two dads, my grandfathers, my uncles more and more clearly every year that I get to experience this life with them. And I see myself more and more clearly in every moment I have with my sons, watching who they continue to become. You can't put a price tag on that type of generational wealth! "Here's to all the Dads out there! Cheers! Happy Father's Day! (sic)" Justin previously admitted that fatherhood has transformed his life and how he approaches it. The singer explained that becoming a dad caused him to reevaluate a lot of different aspects of his life. He told The Hollywood Reporter: "At first, it broke me down. "Those first eight months felt like those old [Ed Sullivan] shows where people are balancing spinning plates on poles - except if you drop one, they die." Justin's experience of fatherhood actually prompted him to reflect on his own "childhood trauma". The chart-topping star acknowledged that various incident during his childhood - including his parents' divorce - have had a long-lasting impact on him. Justin shared: "You go through your life with your own traumas, big and small, and think, 'It's not that bad, I have a lot to be thankful for, my parents did the best they could.' "Then you have a child of your own, and suddenly it opens all the floodgates, and you're like, 'No, no, no! That childhood trauma really did f*** me up!" Justin starred on TV shows as a child, before switching his focus to music. And the award-wining star now admits that his childhood was unusual. He said: "I think we can all agree that I did not have a normal childhood."

Karen Gillan's life has been 'a bit of a blur' since giving birth
Karen Gillan's life has been "a bit of a blur" since giving birth to her first child. The 37-year-old actress and her comedian husband Nick Kocher welcomed a daughter named Clementine late last year and Karen admits becoming a mother has been "the most incredible experience". She told The Hollywood Reporter: "I had a baby [about] five months ago. It's the most incredible experience I've ever had. It's been a bit of a blur for the last few months." Karen went on to reveal she wrote a pilot episode for a TV show in a "complete postpartum haze" because she enjoyed being creative by writing whenever her baby was sleeping - and she hopes the project will eventually make it to screen. She explained: "Somehow, I don't remember doing this, but I've written a pilot. OK, this is a complete postpartum haze of a pilot. "It's like when the baby was sleeping on me, I was like, I'm just going to start writing and I don't even know if I show this to anyone. "It sort of allowed me to really just word vomit and free write without the self-judgment of it all. I don't even know if this will go anywhere, and it's OK actually. I think I'm going to get it to a good spot. "That's sort of what I do to feel like I'm still being creative. It's an outlet. It is fun for me, but there's an end goal to it, which is hopefully I will make it at some point." The former Doctor Who star married Nick in May 2022 at Castle Toward in Scotland and she previously revealed that she first connected with the comedian over social media. During an appearance on Live With Kelly and Mark, she recalled: "I slid into his DMs on Instagram. It's true. He popped up on my recommended friends list on Instagram. The algorithm is tearing the country apart but it brought me together with my guy ... "So it was on Twitter. I followed him on Instagram and he didn't DM me ... So I followed him on Twitter as well ... Anyway so I DMed him on Twitter saying: 'Hi your tweets are really funny. I'm Karen by the way'. "It wasn't very interesting. I hadn't really read his tweets ... He's a comedy writer and that's how you make them feel good about themselves."

Lily Collins thinks Charlie McDowell was "born to be a dad". The 36-year-old actress took to social media on Father's Day (15.06.25) to heap praise on her husband, thanking Charlie for "taking the best care" of their daughter Tove. The brunette beauty - who announced in January that they'd welcomed a baby girl via surrogacy - wrote on Instagram: "Happy first Father's Day @charliemcdowell. Tove is the luckiest little girl in the world to be yours. Seeing you with her is the most beautiful thing. You certainly were born to be a dad and you continue to amaze me every single day with the countless ways you protect and nurture her, make her laugh, and shower her with adoration. Thank you for taking the best care of our little T and of course big brother @redforddog. What would we do without you? We love you so so SO much… (sic)" Lily recently revealed that she "couldn't be more grateful" to be a mother. The actress took to Instagram in May to celebrate her first Mother's Day. Alongside a photo of Lily cradling her baby girl, the Emily in Paris star wrote: "My first Mother's Day. No words can describe this new journey, this new life. I love you with all of my heart Tove, with all of the parts of it that have grown deeper since the day you were born and all of those I never even knew existed. You have expanded my world, broadened my horizons, and widened my smile more than I knew was possible. And to think, it's only the beginning. I couldn't be more grateful or honored to be your mum… (sic)" Lily - who is the daughter of music star Phil Collins - announced the arrival of her baby girl via an Instagram post earlier this year. The Hollywood star - who has been married to Charlie since 2021 - wrote at the time: "Welcome to the center of our world Tove Jane McDowell. Words will never express our endless gratitude for our incredible surrogate and everyone who helped us along the way. We love you to the moon and back again… (sic)"
