I Said I Love You First is getting a second life. On Wednesday, Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco announced that they'll release a deluxe version of their collaborative LP, I Said I Love You First… And You Said It Back, on May 2, featuring Glorilla, Cigarettes After Sex, and DJ Sliink.
'There are some new songs, some favorites you might recognize, and reimagined songs from the original album,' Gomez wrote on Instagram, announcing the deluxe version with a new photo of herself and Blanco. It's unclear which songs each of the guests will be featured on, although GloRilla's spoken voice is featured at the end of the original album's song, 'Cowboy.'

Ahead of the deluxe version, Gomez also teased the release of the video for 'Talk,' writing, 'Oh, and don't forget to pick out your prom outfit.'
Blanco and Gomez — who got engaged in December — released I Said I Love You First on March 21, featuring collaborations with Gracie Abrams on 'Call Me When You Break Up,' The Marías on 'Ojos Tristes,' and Tainy and J Balvin on 'I Can't Get Enough.' Charli XCX also provided backing vocals and writing credits on 'Bluest Flame.'
The album's 'Ojos Tristes' featured an interpolation of Spanish songstress Jeanette's 'El Muchacho de Los Ojos Tristes.' Speaking to Rolling Stone, Jeanette said she thought the version was 'beautiful,' adding 'It's a classic cover but she has added a modern twist to it while respecting the essence of the original song… I think they've done such a gorgeous job. It's lovely.'
Rolling Stone's Rob Sheffield reviewed the album, writing, 'Let's hope we get many sequels to this album over the years to come, because the world needs all the uplifting pop-star love stories we can get.'

Demi Lovato's Pop Sound Coming Back From the Dead on ‘Celebratory' New Dance Album

Fans of Demi Lovato's pop music can officially come out of mourning. According to a report from Rolling Stone published Monday (July 21), the singer is set to resurrect her mainstream influences on a dance-heavy new album, despite committing to a punk-rock pivot over the past few years. Though many details of the LP are still under wraps, the publication confirmed that Lovato has been hard at work on a 'celebratory dance-pop album' with executive producer Zhone, who says that the former Disney star is a 'master in the studio.' 'It's been so inspiring working with Demi and experiencing her journey of continued leveling up,' he told RS. More from Billboard Demi Lovato Is Ready to Heat Up Summer With Sizzling Preview of Dance Floor-Ready 'Fast' Single Shakira & The Weeknd to Headline 2025 Global Citizen Festival in Central Park The Who Kick Off Farewell Tour in Italy, Perform First Show Since Zak Starkey Sacking 'This album is about letting inhibitions go, and we had so much fun making this music!' Zhone added. 'It really comes across throughout.' Led by an EDM-tinged single titled 'Fast' — which Lovato has been teasing via video snippets on social media — the upcoming full-length is expected to mark a return to the form of the Camp Rock alum's past pop-focused Billboard Hot 100 hits (think: 2015's 'Cool for the Summer' or 2017's 'Sorry Not Sorry'). It'll follow 2022's distinctly punk-rock effort Holy Fvck, which reached No. 7 on the Billboard 200. Shortly before releasing Holy Fvck, Lovato commemorated the end of a pop-music era by posing solemnly in a photo with members of their team — including then-manager Scooter Braun — dressed all in black. 'A funeral for my pop music,' Lovato wrote at the time on Instagram. The star later doubled down on her pivot to rock music by releasing Revamped, an album of past Lovato pop hits reimagined in the edgier genre. With the new album approaching, however, Lovato recently shared a video on TikTok poking fun at their past departure from the mainstream, writing, 'my pop music coming back to life after we held a funeral for it.' One major change in Lovato's personal life that has informed her musical homecoming is the vocalist's marriage to producer Jordan 'Jutes' Lutes,' according to RS. The pair tied the knot this past May. 'Over the past few years, Demi has found love, joy, and newfound confidence, making the choice to approach life with much more lightness and fun,' one unnamed source reportedly told the publication. 'She took this sentiment into the studio, which can be felt in every track on this celebratory dance-pop album.' Though Lovato always had an edgier sound than many of their fellow Disney Channel-bred pop stars, the performer shined in the pop-music landscape before transitioning away to rock. From 2008's debut LP Don't Forget to 2021's Dancing With the Devil, all seven of Lovato's studio albums leading up to Holy Fvck charted in the top 5 of the Billboard 200. Lovato has also scored a number of Hot 100 hits over the course of her pop career, including top 10 entries 'Heart Attack' and 'Skyscraper.' Fox News' host Greg Gutfeld to appear on Jimmy Fallon next week

Fox News late night host Greg Gutfeld will be a guest on Jimmy Fallon's "Tonight Show" next week, marking the libertarian-leaning on-air persona's first appearance on a traditional network late-night talk show. His debut guest appearance is scheduled for the Thursday, August 7 episode, NBC spokesperson Eve Kenny confirmed. Gutfeld is the host of Fox News' late-night "Gutfeld!" which debuted in April 2021 and has found success, averaging 3.29 million viewers, according to Late Nighter. The comedian and political commentator has long criticized late-night hosts like Seth Meyers and Jimmy Kimmel. But he expressed a soft spot for Fallon during a Thursday, July 31 episode of the Fox News conservative cable hit "The Five." "I'm psyched about it because Fallon comes across as a great guy, nice guy," Gutfeld told his co-hosts. "Also me going on his show shows him that he's not worried about upsetting his peers." He then recalled President Donald Trump's guest appearance on the "Tonight Show" ahead of the 2016 election, in which Fallon was scrutinized for "humanizing Trump" after tousling his hair for a comedic bit. "But it didn't come from anybody but the people on the left who wanted to teach all entertainers a lesson that if you dare show that Trump is a human, then you're toast," he added. "And so it's kind of nice that he's taken this risk." Fallon is among Trump's late-night foes Though its unclear what Fallon and Gutfeld will discuss during the episode, the talk show crossover comes after Trump's public squabble with several late night hosts following CBS' cancellation of the "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert." Trump celebrated the cancelation on Truth Social July 18 writing "I absolutely love that Colbert' got fired. His talent was even less than his ratings." Colbert addressed the post in his July 21 episode monologue saying: "How dare you, sir? Would an untalented man be able to compose the following satirical witticism? Go (expletive) yourself." The president later made a jab at Kimmel, insinuating that his show would be the next to end before taking aim at Fallon. "The word is, and it's a strong word at that, Jimmy Kimmel is NEXT to go in the untalented Late Night Sweepstakes and, shortly thereafter, (Jimmy) Fallon will be gone," Trump wrote on a July 22 Truth Social post. Fallon participated in the beef by zeroing in on Trump's former relationship with deceased convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein following reports that Attorney General Pam Bondi had reportedly told the president that he was named multiple times in the government's files. "Well, guys, the big story continues to be President Trump's handling of the Epstein files, and now newly uncovered footage shows that Jeffrey Epstein attended Trump's second wedding in 1993," Fallon said. "You had the bride, the groom, the groomer." Contributing: Anna Kaufman, USA TODAY This article originally appeared on USA TODAY: Fox News' host Greg Gutfeld to appear on Jimmy Fallon next week
