Horse racing tips: ‘She's a supreme stayer' – Red-hot Templegate's 11-4 Sunday NAP

TEMPLEGATE'S Sunday tips are below after yet another winning NAP on Saturday. Back a horse by clicking their odds. (NO ALIBI Pontefract 3.42, nap). The sun should be shining at Ponte Carlo which is good news for this improving filly who has shown a liking for quick conditions. Paddy Twomey is one of Ireland's most consistent trainers and he started this two-year-old at The Curragh where she was a close-up second on debut in April. She more than matched that form when getting off the mark at Cork a month later before a smooth success at Limerick last time when staying this distance strongly. It's a bit of a leap from there into Listed company but she's clearly going the right way. Advertisement DIVOT (4.52 Southwell, nb) Was a close-up second over this trip last time when probably held up for too long. Hopefully Saffie Osborne has learned from that run and can keep him a little closer to the pace. He's certainly good enough to take this. ULTRASOUL (3.22 Southwell, treble) Ran a cracking second on return from eight months off at Lingfield in a first-time hood. This step up in trip looks a wise move. Advertisement SAXONIA (3.12 Pontefract, Lucky 15) Comes here in form with a Newmarket win this season and a Wolverhampton near-miss last time. This track should suit his positive style and Billy Loughnane's on again. GAA championship clash ordered to be replayed after scoreboard error

A club game in Cork is to be replayed due to a scoreboard error. Aghada and Kildorrery have to do it all again in Co-op SuperStores IAHC Group 3, with the replay pencilled in for Saturday, August 30 at Páirc Uí Rinn (6.30pm). There will be free entry for supporters. When the sides clashed in Caherlag in late July, a point in first half injury time for Aghada's William Leahy was wrongly attributed to Kildorrery and instead of Aghada trailing by 1-10 to 0-9 at the break, Kildorrery held a 1-11 to 0-8 lead. Aghada stormed back into the game in the second half and a Fionn O'Connor goal and a late Leahy point saw his side draw level before the final whistle. But Aghada were convinced they had won rather than taken a share of the spoils with the official score recorded as 1-22 to 2-19. A Cork County Board Control Committee meeting this week discussed the issue and it was decided to void the original result and for the sides to play again. Last year there was also a result voided due to a scoreboard error, when Kilbrittain's victory over Aghabullogue in the JBHC semi-final was scratched after an appeal and Aghabullogue won the replay.

Duhallow GAA: Meelin and Newmarket renew rivalry in Singleton Cup Final

Meelin and Newmarket clash in the Duhallow Junior B Hurling League Final at Tullylease this Friday Meelin and Newmarket clash in the Duhallow Junior B Hurling League Final at Tullylease this Friday evening with the Singleton Cup as a prize. When the sides met in the decider last season, a clinical attacking display allowed Meelin overcome the holders Newmarket. Looking that bit sharper, a driven Meelin performance was in sharp contrast to a more laboured Newmarket showing to regain the trophy for the first time since 2011.
