'It can feel like 10 months of Survivor: Vomiting, gagging, nutrient-depleted, mentally broken over the toilet bowl at 3am.'
The reality star added: 'The past few months have humbled me in ways I didn't know possible. I've felt excited, scared, grateful, lost and helpless all at once.
'It wasn't morning sickness - it was all day and night.'
The television personality went on to describe her crippling prenatal depression - a condition she did not understand before she experienced it.
'I didn't recognise myself. I thought I'd be one of those active, glowing, strong mamas-to-be. Instead, I was bedridden and broken,' she wrote.
'Why couldn't I embrace the miracle? I carried guilt for not loving pregnancy. I questioned my worth, my strength, my ability to be a mum.'

The television personality went on to describe her crippling prenatal depression - a condition she did not understand before she experienced it
'Watching my body change, expand, not fitting any clothes, it's been a mental trip on a bumpy road,' she said.
'Pregnancy, birth and motherhood is a spiritual initiation. It will crack you open. And no one will fully understand that transformation unless they've lived it.'
Up to three per cent of women suffer from hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), a debilitating form of sickness during pregnancy.
It can cause sickness dozens of times a day with some women ending up hospitalised with severe dehydration.
Perinatal depression includes that which occurs during pregnancy, classified as prenatal or antepartum depression, as well as depression that persists after birth, postnatal depression.
Symptoms of perinatal depression include sadness, anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, irritability, loss of interest or pleasure in hobbies, feelings of worthlessness, appetite changes, physical pain that does not subside with treatment and extreme fatigue that makes it difficult to carry out everyday tasks.
In January, Phoebe announced her engagement to her secret boyfriend.
She shared the exciting news on Instagram alongside a rare photo with her beau as they posed in a bizarre naked photoshoot.
The intimate image saw the loved-up couple lying in bed together nude while wrapped in a white sheet.
Phoebe also shared another image while holding her hand towards the camera to reveal her huge diamond ring.
She simply captioned the post with a ring emoji.
Many of Phoebe's followers flocked to the comments to congratulate the couple on their engagement.
'So happy for you,' one person wrote, while another added: 'Congratulations!!! So stunning!!'
'Congratulations to the luckiest man in the world - the guy who gave you that ring,' a third said.
Phoebe is perhaps best known for coupling up with another woman on season two of Love Island Australia in 2019.
It was the first same-sex couple in the franchise's history.
Phoebe has since embarked on a career as an adult model, launching her own subscription-based adult website.
Her site contains nude photos and videos, which are available to paying subscribers.
In March 2022, Phoebe came under fire for asking people to subscribe to her website so she could donate money to Queenslanders affected by the floods.

EXCLUSIVE Sarah Michelle Gellar reveals if she would move to Australia after filming surprise cameo in I Know What You Did Last Summer - and the reason why it wouldn't be in trendy Bondi

She has stunned fans of the cult horror hit I Know What You Did Last Summer by returning for a surprise cameo in the highly-anticipated reboot. And Sarah Michelle Gellar did a great job of keeping her involvement tightly under wraps when she joined her husband of 22 years, Freddie Prinze Jr., in Australia for filming last year. While Sarah confirmed Freddie would reprise his role as Ray Bronson in the movie last year, her return was a huge secret. Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia, Sarah said she never lied about her part in the flick, but rather chose her words wisely. 'I never said I wasn't going to be in the movie. All I ever said was I was dead,' she said with a laugh. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Freddie and Sarah starred in the cult film in 1997, when he was 21 years old and she was 20. They married five years later. Her involvement in the latest instalment of the movie came as a surprise to fans as her popular character Helen Shivers was killed off. As for her time Down Under to film the movie, Sarah said the couple loved Australia so much they wouldn't discount putting down roots in Sydney. 'Sydney to me is that wonderful mix,' she said. 'You have the laidback beach culture of LA, but you have the modern city and the culture of New York. So I'm definitely a Sydney girl.' But when Freddie suggested they stay in the popular beachside suburb of Bondi during their recent stay, Sarah knew better. 'No, no. Bondi is great to eat but it's too crowded. You won't love it. I know you,' she said. The Scooby-Doo star said she much preferred Bondi's quieter neighbouring suburbs. 'Double Bay or Rose Rose, I'm ready to go,' she said, raving about the eastern suburbs' stunning beaches and top-notch coffee spots. The couple and their children arrived in Australia for filming in November last year. During their stay, they visited Taronga Zoo, Sea Life Aquarium and even did the Sydney Bridge climb. After spending weeks Down Under, they left with a suitcase filled with one iconic Aussie staple. 'I am a Tim Tam girl,' she admitted. 'My suitcase was quite filled. I was very worried about customs!' During her time filming the flick in Sydney, the idea of an Uber One partnership was born. Uber One is a membership that offers savings on Uber rides and UberEats, and perks, like savings at the cinema. 'We were living in Rose Bay and we didn't have a car, we literally Ubered everywhere and ordered Uber Eats constantly,' Sarah explained. 'So, when Uber One approached me for this campaign, they actually showed me how much I would've saved if I'd been an Uber One member during our stay. You'll see in the ad… it was a lot. In a promotional clip for Uber One, Sarah is reunited with the murderous fisherman from I Know What You Did Last Summer. She shows what she could have saved last summer with Uber One - a somewhat frightening sum. Uber One members can now watch Sarah in I Know What You Did Last Summer at Hoyts with pretty crazy perks, including $12.50 general admission tickets, $27.50 HOYTS LUX tickets and free popcorn refills.

Lush multi-million dollar penthouse hits the market in Adelaide - but there's one creepy detail you have to see to believe

If you've ever feared seeing your own reflection in the bathroom mirror, imagine being surrounded by dozens of versions of your own face staring back at you from every wall. That's the reality for author Gary N. Lines, whose face is plastered across the wallpaper of his own custom-designed powder room in a jaw-dropping penthouse now for sale in Adelaide. Listed with a $6million price tag, the apartment sits atop The Adelaidean, the city's tallest residential tower, and it's quite unlike anything else on the market. However, it's not the panoramic views, marble finishes or mirrored ceilings that have people talking. It's the wallpaper. And more specifically, owner Gary's face wallpapering the bathroom in an unsettling art installation that is either fabulously quirky or downright creepy, depending on who you ask. The idea however, came from his partner, interior designer and former fashion creative Maggie Miles, who told property website Domain: 'I wanted [the bathroom] to be quirky. I wanted it to be fun. I wanted it to be controversial … something unique.' 'I just slapped this wallpaper on, and it reflected everywhere,' she said, noting that the effect 'made it hilarious.' While Gary admitted to The Advertiser he was 'pretty lukewarm on it' when first pitched the idea, he now apparently barely notices the grinning images of himself in various expressions when popping in. 'It was Maggi's idea, and I'm glad I can say that and that it's actually true – I would look a little narcissistic if it was my idea,' he joked in the interview. 'When guests use the rest room they come out laughing and that's when I remember it's there.' As if the visuals weren't enough, the powder room also features an 'audio trigger' that activates the moment the door closes, playing famous scenes from Casablanca and Pulp Fiction. A neon sign glows with the words 'What will happen?' - a nod to Gary's second novel - inviting visitors to, quite literally, ponder life's big questions while on the toilet. 'There's a philosophical moment when you are sitting on the toilet,' he said. 'It's actually asking you what will happen.' The multi-million dollar property spans the entire width of the building, the result of two penthouses being merged into one sprawling sky-home by the creative couple. Inside, it's a mashup of New York glam, gallery-like features and unexpected elements that elevate it far beyond a standard luxury listing. There's a mirrored vaulted ceiling in the entry, bespoke wallpaper, and a five and a half metre marble and brass kitchen island that forms the centrepiece of the open-plan living area. The king-size master suite comes with an enormous walk-in robe, while a home gym features moody bronze mirrored walls. The 35th-floor apartment offers uninterrupted 270-degree views over Adelaide's city skyline, Botanic Gardens and coastline, with four bedrooms and a sweeping living-dining space built for entertaining. Maggie, who co-founded the globally successful Byron Bay Cookie Company with Gary, said she designed the space to reflect their playful personalities rather than follow traditional interior rules. 'I tried to balance [elegance] with something unusual or contrasting,' she told Domain. 'I like to shake it up a little bit.' Lines echoed that sentiment to The Advertiser, describing the décor as 'a bit of fun'. 'Prospective buyers will likely find it all amusing,' he said. 'However, they won't really want to live with my face.' But he added that it can be easily removed or painted over, should new owners prefer a more subtle aesthetic. The couple, both long-time creatives and former PR consultants, said they are ready to swap city views for seaside serenity and are planning to replicate the home's 'fabulousness' in one of Adelaide's beachside suburbs. Selling agent of Toop & Toop's Jordan Begley, Grace Allan said interest has already been strong, with local and overseas buyers intrigued by the apartment's uniqueness. 'It is just such a unique property, so a lot of people are curious,' Ms Allan told Domain. Creepy bathroom included.
