Aaron Phypers accuses Denise Richards of trying to 'damage his reputation'
The 52-year-old actor has rubbished the recent allegations made by his estranged wife, who has accused him of being unfaithful and of stealing her laptop.
Aaron told Us Weekly: "I absolutely deny the false allegations that I violated the restraining order or stole Denise's laptop or cell phones.
"These claims are not only untrue — they are being weaponised to damage my reputation and distract from the truth.
"In reality, Denise took my phone without consent, physically assaulted me when I tried to retrieve it, and later I discovered it smashed and hidden in a black trash bag inside the recycling bin.
"That phone was my personal property, and it contained years of private memories, messages, and evidence of our life together. Let me be very clear: all photos, videos, and communications she is referring to originated from my phone — which I lawfully own.
"Nothing was stolen or hacked. We were a married couple who shared everything — phones, iPads, laptops. Denise often insisted on transparency between us and even asked me, in both verbal and written messages, to check her phone to rebuild trust after I discovered her affair in early April."
Aaron has accused his estranged wife of cheating on him with Rudy Reyes. The actor cite Denise's "ongoing infidelity" as the reason for their acrimonious separation.
He said: "The betrayal of discovering that she continued her relationship with Rudy Reyes - while asking me to stay and fix the marriage - was heartbreaking. I filed for divorce on July 7 due to her ongoing infidelity."
Despite this, Aaron insists that he has "nothing to hide" and that "everything being claimed can be disproven".
The actor - who has been married to Denise since 2018 - explained: "I have nothing to hide. Her legal team's efforts to twist the narrative and create false evidence are deeply unethical and will have serious consequences.
"Everything being claimed can be disproven. And I trust that the truth will come to light."

Sami Sheen ‘almost got sex-trafficked' while spending time with a friend
Sami Sheen has claimed she 'almost got sex-trafficked' while spending time with a friend. The 21-year-old daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, who is an OnlyFans content creator, recounted the incident in a TikTok video. She said: 'The second I saw this man I had the worst feeling in my stomach, like get the f*** away from me right now.' Sami added the incident took place late on Monday evening while she and a friend were taking photos in a restaurant parking lot after midnight. She said a man approached them asking for money – adding: 'We were at this restaurant pretty late. We didn't leave until midnight and we were outside taking photos in the parking lot, we were there for five minutes. 'Out of nowhere, this man came up to us asking for money. I said, 'Sorry, I don't have any cash on me.'' Sami said the man became 'persistent' despite her response. 'I'm like, 'Sorry, no,' and he goes, 'OK have a good night,'' she continued. But she claimed a second man immediately approached them after the first walked away. 'He starts to reach into his back pocket and I reach into my purse and pull out my pepper spray,' Sami said – adding: 'I open that b**** and he saw that and he started to pull a card out.' Sami said she and her friend ran to their car and locked themselves inside. The influencer added she later reviewed photos they had taken and noticed the man had been 'watching us the whole time'. She said: 'Even if it was harmless, it's better to be safe than sorry even though I don't think he had good intentions at all.' Sami urged her followers to 'trust your gut' and said: 'I'm usually very aware of my surroundings and I didn't notice this man.' Her story emerged as her mother Denise Richards, 54, was photographed with what appeared to be a black eye, days after a confrontation with her estranged husband Aaron Phypers, 52. Aaron filed for divorce from Denise on 7 July following what was described as an explosive argument on the Fourth of July. Denise, best known for films such as Wild Things, was granted a temporary restraining order against Aaron after accusing him of physical abuse. Aaron has denied the allegations and accused Denise of being addicted to Vicodin and alcohol. He also alleged Denise had an affair with her Special Forces: World's Toughest Test co-star Rudy Reyes, 53.

Ana de Armas 'is ready to work with Tom Cruise'
Ana de Armas "loves spending time" with Tom Cruise. The 37-year-old actress was recently spotted in Vermont - where she owns a property - with her co-star, and Ana relished spending some quality time with Tom, 63. A source told People: "She loves spending time with Tom." Ana and Tom are working together on Deeper, an upcoming supernatural ocean thriller film, and they've both been preparing for the project in recent weeks. The insider explained: "Now, they are still very focused on kicking off their new project together. It's a very important project for both of them. They'll have an intense shooting schedule, but they are ready." Ana is also excited to work with the Hollywood icon for the first time in her career. The source added: "It's her first time working with Tom and she wants to bring her best. "She knows Tom has high standards on set, but she's ready for the challenge." Meanwhile, Zoe Zilian, the owner of Au Comptoir in Woodstock, in Vermont, recently revealed that Ana "blends right in beautifully" with the locals. The actress actually enjoys living in the small town, away from the bright lights of Hollywood. Zoe told Us Weekly: "I think it's a great town here for her to be in. "Funny enough, I think as big of a celebrity she is, there's a lot of people here that are just kind of out of the know, and they're not really, I guess, so much wrapped up in that." Zoe observed that Ana is surprisingly low-key, given her level of fame and success. She shared: "You wouldn't even think that she was a celebrity. "You just think she's just like any other customer, and she blends right in beautifully, and a lovely human being. She's been so nice, always. I always have great conversations with her and it's very just, [she's] treated like she's just another visitor, another guest in the town. It's kind of like how we like to treat all of our customers anyway, just with great hospitality and just like everyone equally."

Lil Tay claims she made $1 million within hours of setting up an OnlyFans account. Shortly after turning 18 on July 29, the internet personality launched her own account on the explicit subscription service platform and says the money started flowing in immediately. She posted a screenshot on Instagram of her earnings including $511,003.79 in subscriptions, $26,736.19 in tips and $486,558.11 in messages, adding up to over $1 million in total. She wrote: '$1M in 3 hours. We broke the f*** out of that onlyfans record . Come see content I took of myself at 12:01AM on my 18th BDAY. ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 24hrs.' She also wrote: '$1M IN 3 HOURS. LIL TAY RICH AND FINNA GET RICHER.' Announcing her account on the platform, Lil Tay previously posted a picture of herself wearing a 'pornstar in training' top and wrote: 'I DID IT. LINK IN BIO. ALL CONTENT SHOT @ 12:01AM ON MY 18th BIRTHDAY. Bday special only available for 24 hours. Come talk to me.' Lil Tay – whose real name is Claire Eileen Qi Hope - first found fame at just nine years old when her foulmouthed videos started going viral. She later pivoted to rapping and has worked with stars including Bhad Bhabie, Jake Paul and Diplo. The young star was embroiled in controversy in 2023 when someone posted a false statement on her Instagram account claimed she had died, along with her brother Jason Tian. The statement said: 'It is with a heavy heart that we share the devastating news of our beloved Claire's sudden and tragic passing. We have no words to express the unbearable loss and indescribable pain. This outcome was entirely unexpected, and has left us all in shock. Her brother's passing adds an even more unimaginable depth to our grief. 'During this time of immense sorrow, we kindly ask for privacy as we grieve this overwhelming loss. Claire will forever remain in our hearts, her absence leaving an irreplaceable void that will be felt by all who knew and loved her.' There was confusion as her management appeared to confirm the death to Us Weekly, saying: 'With profound regret, we confirm the accuracy of the statement.' However, just one day later, Tay revealed she was alive and said she was 'trying to sort out this mess'. She told TMZ: 'I want to make it clear that my brother and I are safe and alive, but I'm completely heartbroken, and struggling to even find the right words to say. It's been a very traumatizing 24 hours. All day yesterday, I was bombarded with endless heartbreaking and tearful phone calls from loved ones all while trying to sort out this mess.'
