It still comes in a ball shape that lets you break off the pieces but it doesn't contain any orange flavour at all.
The tasty treat is only available at the Co-op for now.
It doesn't seem to be available online yet but a shop worker said the chocolate is selling for £2 in store.
Social media users seem excited by the new treat, with one person saying: "Just had this and it's delicious!!"
Another said: "I been waiting years for this (sic)."
Others said they "need" to try the new chocolate.
However some chocolate fans questioned whether the new flavour would live up to the original Terry's Chocolate Orange.
"Can't beat the classic! I've tried the rest and only mint comes close," one person said.
Another added: "Hmmmm not sure about this, not sure they are going to be able to beat the original."
The original Terry's Chocolate Orange Milk Ball is a combination of milk chocolate and real orange oil.
We've outdone ourselves with this one' say Cadbury Ireland as they reveal new limited edition bar 'coming soon
It comes in orange foil packaging and its pieces are designed to look like orange slices.
Some social media commenters seemed confused about whether the new chocolate would have any orange flavour.
One person joked: "This is causing me to question everything I thought I knew about chocolate oranges… or chocolate non-oranges…"
New chocolates landing on shelves
Chocolate brands are always bringing out new flavours and there are plenty of exciting products that have hit shelves recently.

Cadbury also launched a new Dairy Milk flavour bar in the UK - Dairy Milk Iced Latte.
The bar combines classic Dairy Milk chocolate with a creamy coffee filling and crunchy biscuit pieces.
The brand also recently brought out a White Dipped Twirl that combines white and milk chocolate.

Sharon Horgan breaks her silence on romance with co-star Barry Ward following split from The Charlatans frontman Tim Burgess

Sharon Horgan has broken her silence on her rumoured romance with fellow actor and former co-star Barry Ward as she confirmed they are in a relationship. The Bad Sisters creator, 55, split from The Charlatans frontman Tim Burgess earlier this year after two years together. She explained that she first met Barry, 44, in 2019 while filming the coming-of-age comedy Dating Amber, where they played a married couple. Sharon later cast the Irish actor as her co-star in the smash-hit Apple TV+ series Bad Sisters - though insists their on-screen reunion wasn't a calculated move. 'We met years ago doing a film together, and then became friendly,' Sharon said. 'And then a good few years later - and this wasn't on purpose, by the way - I cast him in Bad Sisters. Honestly, it wasn't on purpose!' Speaking on the Dinner's On Me podcast with Jesse Tyler Ferguson, she said of their relationship: 'It was unexpected... Being single again at my age is a whole thing.' Sharon Horgan has broken her silence on her rumoured romance with fellow actor and former co-star Barry Ward as she confirmed they are in a relationship (pictured in May) Sharon continued: 'And it just feels like so much fun just to meet someone who you can have a laugh with and connect with. It's surprising.' She also reflected on their nine-year age gap: 'I said ten years for a while, and it freaked me out too much. I don't know why I was rounding up. 'I think initially, I was like, oh, that's exotic - being ten years older. I sort of got off on it. Then I was like, oh no, that's not good.' Speculation that the pair were more than friends first surfaced in March, when Sharon was reportedly spotted visiting Barry on the set of his new drama Trespasses, a 1970s Northern Ireland-set series co-starring Gillian Anderson. Barry - known for his roles in Britannia, The Capture, and Jimmy's Hall - played Garda detective Fergal Loftus in Bad Sisters, a shrewd officer with a complicated love life that including dating Sharon's on-screen sister. Off-screen, insiders claimed their chemistry was hard to miss. 'Everyone around them has commented on their chemistry,' a source told The Sun. 'Sharon and Barry certainly seem to be enjoying spending time together.' Sharon was previously married to property developer Jeremy Rainbird for 14 years. The pair met in 2004, and she fell pregnant just six months later. Their real-life whirlwind inspired Catastrophe, her BAFTA-winning sitcom co-starring Rob Delaney. The couple split in 2019 and share two daughters. Sharon later began dating Tim Burgess, but the relationship ended earlier this year. She has spoken candidly about the toll of divorce - and the freedom that followed. 'There came a point where it was so clear that it wasn't right for either of us,' she said on the How to Fail podcast. 'You get one life, and that's an awful lot of time to spend on something that's not working.' In an interview with Red magazine, she added: 'I feel more in control and more independent. I certainly feel happier than I have been in the last few years.'

Steven Gerrard's daughter Lilly, 21, enjoys date night with son of jailed Irish gangster at Drake concert - three weeks after welcoming their first child

Steven Gerrard 's daughter Lilly-Ella enjoyed a date night with her boyfriend Lee Byrne on Monday night as they attended Drake 's show at Manchester's Co-op Live arena. It's no doubt been a tiring time for the couple, who welcomed their first child together three weeks ago, and the pair looked in good spirits as they enjoyed quality time together at the show. Lilly, 21, looked radiant in a fitted black top paired with mom jeans and white trainers as she shared a snap cuddling Lee - who is the son of a jailed Irish gangster. The pair were later joined by pals, with Lilly sharing a series of snaps of the group living it up at the show. Sharing a snap to Instagram on Tuesday, Lilly penned: 'Mum and dad are out ❤️'. Lilly, who is the eldest child of former England footballer Steven, revealed she'd welcomed a baby girl named Lila Grey last month. Lila Grey's birth earlier this month meant that former England footballer Steven has become a grandfather for the first time at just 45 years-old. The former midfielder has four children with wife Alex - daughters Lilly, Lexie, 19, Lourdes, 14, and a son named Lio, eight. Lilly has been in a relationship with Lee since October 2022, with their romance making headlines when it first came to light. Revealing their daughter's name earlier this month, Lilly shared an adorable image on her Instagram story of her holding her baby's hand in a touching post. She wrote: 'So lucky to be your mum My beautiful baby girl, Lila Grey. Perfection.' She also posted a photograph to her grid of a sweet welcome home party waiting for her and her newborn baby girl after they arrived home from hospital. Her baby's pink-themed homecoming included balloons, candles and a teddy, while a sign read 'welcome to the world baby'. Lilly captioned the post: 'Welcome home Lila Grey. I love you so much #babybubble.' Her father, former Liverpool star Steven, has yet to break his silence since becoming a grandfather for the first time. However, Lilly did share a picture of the ex-England player gazing at his new granddaughter lovingly, alongside the words: 'Little angel is here.' Lilly announced her pregnancy news in January, sharing a photo of her positive pregnancy test and telling her 222,000 Instagram followers: 'Our little secret. The best news... mini us is on the way.' Responding to his daughter's post, Gerrard wrote: 'We can't wait. Congratulations and we love you.' Lilly's partner - with whom she was first linked in 2022 - is the son of Kinahan Cartel gangster Liam Byrne, who was issued a five and a half year prison sentence for a plot to stockpile a stash of machine guns. Ipswich Crown Court heard how Byrne and colleague Shaun Kent planted a haul of automatic weapons in a bid to help Kavanagh dupe the authorities. Kavanagh, Byrne's brother-in-law, was hoping to lead the National Crime Agency, Britain's FBI, to the guns in a bid to reduce his sentence in a drug conspiracy case. The staggering haul, imported from Holland, included the Skorpion, the type of automatic weapon used to murder Ashley Dale and Ellie Edwards on Merseyside. In January, Daily Mail exclusively revealed that Byrne was released from prison three months after he was sentenced to five years in jail. He was let out with an electronic tag as part of the Prime Minister's controversial Early Release Scheme to ease overcrowding in prisons, sources said at the time. Byrne, who was released on a curfew and other conditions, had been on remand for ten months before his sentencing last October. Lee and Lilly became an item after Lee moved into a gated community in Freshfield, one of Merseyside's more desirable post codes. The Byrne and Gerrard families are said to have bonded since the young couple began dating, with Lee describing Alex as his second mum. There is no suggestion that Lee or any member of the Gerrard family are involved in crime.

Cadbury unveils new treat with 'best ever' biscuit — but there's a pricey catch

If you can clear a jar of Biscoff spread without a second thought, Cadbury's newest treat might be up your street. The confectionery giant has launched a brand-new chocolate that fans are desperate to get their hands on – but there's a catch. It's only available as part of an advent calendar. Cadbury Dairy Milk Biscoff Advent Calendar is packed with 24 bite-sized chunks of chocolate. Half of the doors open to reveal the new Dairy Milk pieces filled with crunchy Lotus Biscoff spread. The chunks aren't currently available to buy in packets, so if you want to try them it'll set you back £7.79, which gets you the full calendar of chocolate. Biscoff has somewhat of a cult following, with snackers hailing it as the 'best ever' biscuit brand. But when Cadbury launched the Dairy Milk Biscoff bar earlier this year — which features caramelised Biscoff pieces scattered in the classic Cadbury chocolate —some fans were 'disappointed' and felt it lacked the distinct Biscoff flavour. However, the new chunks have won people over already. Popular instagram account @treatsinstore recently shared a rave review. A post about the chunks reads: 'I'm pleased to report they're much, much better than the bar. For a Biscoff fiend like me, these have a much stronger Biscoff taste and a great fudgy and slightly crunchy texture. 'They're not perfect; the chocolate melts easily. They still don't seem quite as satisfying as the official spread bar, and I don't like that I had to buy an advent calendar to get just 12 pieces. But if you love Biscoff, these are highly addictive and a must-try.' The calendar was also spotted by Newsfoods UK on Facebook. A post read: 'Brand new Cadbury Dairy Milk Biscoff Advent Calendar. Yes, these are filled to the brim with Biscoff spread. Literally no words – 10/10!' Others commented their enthusiasm: 'I know what advent calendar I want this year.' While another joked: 'It wouldn't make it to Christmas in my house.' It's not clear whether the chunks will eventually be sold separately. Metro has contacted Cadbury's for comment. More Trending The 236g calendar is currently only available online at Cadbury Gifts Direct. The launch comes after the confectionary giant announced it's soon to launch two new spins on its beloved Bournville chocolate. The new bars include 'Simply Indulgent' Salted Caramel and Chopped Hazelnut varieties of its classic dark chocolate, which has remained a firm favourite since its inception over 100 years ago. View More » Although some details are still under wraps, we do know they'll be available across a range of UK retailers priced at £2.20 a bar. There's a lesser-known Biscoff bar that seriously packs a punch. Metro's Lifestyle Editor Kristina Beanland stumbled upon it during a trip to her local Co-op. She said: 'Biscoff's own brand Milk Chocolate with Biscoff Spread might not have a punchy name, but as a long-time Biscoff lover (I was a fan when it was simply a plastic-wrapped biscuit served with your cuppa) I was intrigued. 'Having also been left feeling a little 'meh' by the Dairy Milk offering, I braced myself… and, the good news is, the Lotus bar did not disappoint. 'This Lotus bar isn't knew — having launched in August 2022 — but it's less well-known than Cadbury's offering, and availability varies from store to store. 'Currently, you can find it in Co-op for £3 (reduced from £3.60) and it's available online from Sainsbury's (£3.50), Morrisons (£3.50), Tesco (£3.50) and Asda (£2.98) — although you may not find it in store. 'And yes, while it's on the pricey side for a chocolate bar (the Dairy Milk Biscoff is currently on offer in Sainsbury's for £1) it's well worth it. 'The bar is basically a very thick layer of Biscoff spread encased in creamy milk chocolate, with some added crunchiness of the biscuit itself. It's chunky, at a a similar size to M&S's new Big Daddy bars. 'If the Cadbury version wasn't enough Biscoff for you, then this bar has it in spades. It's the overwhelming flavour by a long way, with the added kick of chocolate. 'Of course, it's sweet so you won't want much – but it's handily separated into squares (okay, rectangles) that actually make for a pretty decent portion. 'I've become pretty addicted since spotting the bars – which I give a solid 10/10.' Do you have a story to share?
