WWE Superstar Apollo Crews has been missing from television since Jan. 24, 2025, when he defeated Johnny Gargano during Friday Night SmackDown.
This is because during the match, Crews tore his pectoral muscle, an injury that required him to get surgery.

"A few weeks ago on SmackDown, I tore my pec—an unfortunate situation," Crews said on Instagram shortly after the incident. "Sometimes, you do everything right, but there are just some things beyond your control. I'm looking forward to the road ahead, attacking it with a positive and unstoppable mindset. 👊🏿"
"And enjoy my clean shave! It has been a while since I have seen this baby face!"
Now, nearly 15 weeks later, Crews has provided an update on his recovery process.

"Been crushin' the rehab. Feeling good," Crews once agains said on Instagram. "I never really had any physical pain, but it took a while to get my mental game right after the injury happened.
"I'm over that hump now. Just waking up taking it day by day and putting in the work."
Here's hoping that Crews is able to make a safe return sooner rather than later.
More Pro Wrestling:
Crews began wrestling professionally in 2009, eventually working with independent promotions like Dragon Gate, where he would win the Open the Twin Gate Championship with BxB Hulk. In 2014, he joined NXT and made his main roster debut on Raw two years later.
During his tenure with WWE, Crews has been a part of many high profile feuds with the likes of Bobby Lashley, MVP, Big E, Baron Corbin, Finn Balor, Dolph Ziggler, and more.
In his 11 years with WWE, Crews has taken home the WWE United States Championship once and the WWE Intercontinental Championship once.
More Pro Wrestling: WWE Superstar Zoey Stark Receives Major Injury Update: Report

WWE loads up SmackDown with Cena, Cody, Logan, Ripley, Americano, and so much more
It's WWE's turn to broadcast way too much damn wrestling content at once, with both Worlds Collide and Money in the Bank scheduled for this Saturday (June 7) in the Los Angeles area. That means this Friday's (June 6) episode of SmackDown in Bakersfield, California, is the go home show for both events. With that in mind, General Manager Nick Aldis posted the following video on social media today announcing that all the relevant top stars will be in the house. Advertisement The one match Aldis announced is a six-woman tag team match pitting Rhea Ripley, Stephanie Vaquer, and Alexa Bliss against Roxanne Perez, Naomi, and Giulia. These are the six women who have qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match, of course. He says the six men's Money in the Bank participants (Seth Rollins, Penta, El Grande Americano, Andrade, LA Knight, and Solo Sikoa) will also be in the building, and teased a significant confrontation between them. Finally, Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso are scheduled for Friday night's show, where they will confront WWE Champion John Cena and Logan Paul. These three wrestlers and one YouTube douchebag will square off in a tag team match at Money in the Bank. Is that enough star power to get you to tune into this Friday's three hour episode of SmackDown on USA Network? Let me know in the comments below, Cagesiders. Advertisement More from

Labrador Caught 'Taking a Bath' by Herself Delights Internet
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. A video of a dog that managed to "turn the bath on" and was found helping herself to the water has gone viral on TikTok. The clip was shared by @bakedwithlo and has garnered more than 525,000 views since it was posted on June 3. Text overlaid on the video reads: "POV [point of view]: You find your dog taking a bath by herself." The video sees the camera walk toward the bathroom where a black Labrador retriever is standing inside a bathtub. The thumping sound of her tail wagging against the tub can be heard in the background. Hysterical laughter later erupts as the camera goes closer into the bathtub to reveal the dog wetting her head under the running water from the tap. A caption shared with the post says: "When they say labs love water … not sure how she managed to turn the bath on by herself." The pup's love for water is not surprising as Labradors are described as an "enthusiastic" breed with an "innate eagerness" and a love for swimming, notes the American Kennel Club. Water-based activities can also help keep our canine companions cool in hot weather conditions. However, "not every dog is a water baby," says the People's Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA), a veterinary charity based in the United Kingdom. For example, canines with short legs, such as corgis, or ones with short noses, like pugs, find swimming to be difficult. Before allowing your pup to get in the water, they should be examined by a veterinarian for conditions such as arthritis, heart disease or epilepsy, a brain disorder that causes repeated seizures, says the VCA, the animal hospital chain. Dogs should also never be left unsupervised in water. "Even a regular swimmer can get into trouble if they encounter strong currents or can't figure out how to exit a pool," the VCA notes. 'The Happy Tail Thumps' Viewers on TikTok were delighted by the Labrador's adorable bath-time antics in the viral clip. User lenlenny22 said: "Awww she said it's time for a bath." StyleLynne 🇨🇦 simply noted, "It's the tail wagging for me," while Meghan Rose agreed, saying: "Such lab behavior. the happy tail thumps." Ing M noted the pup must have been thinking, "Please! A little privacy!!" and heirsignnnn said: "You totally walked in on her self care time!" Annie wrote: "Next thing you know you'll get exfoliating, hydrating and relaxing products in the mail....." Maggs posted: "She figured it out, so expect to find her in there every time the house gets quiet lol." Newsweek has contacted the original poster for comment via TikTok. Gen Z Shows Her Sister Her Outfit—Unprepared for Her Reaction
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. A Generation Z woman has gone viral for sharing an account of her older sister's reaction to her vacation outfit, and internet viewers are howling with laughter. Sophia Bamford (@sophiabamff), 22, had been excited to debut a new look while on a family trip. The outfit—a brown, loose-fitting linen set from Zara—was a step away from her usual travel attire. Normally opting for an oversize sweatsuit on travel days, she wanted something that felt just as comfortable but more polished. Bamford told Newsweek that the set struck the perfect balance between "relaxed and refined" and was ideal for both the flight and meeting up with family afterward. "When I finally put it on and stepped out of the bathroom to show my sister, she gave me a disappointed look and said, in that classic older-sister tone, 'Well, as long as you like it, that's all that matters,'" Bamford said. "It instantly struck me as hilarious because if you have sisters, you know exactly what that means. Sisters are brutally honest, often without any filter." Bamford added that, while the comment initially made her second-guess the outfit for a moment, the feeling didn't last. She reminded herself of the effort and intention behind her choice and how excited she had been to wear it. It wasn't "just an outfit"—it was part of her effort to elevate her wardrobe and feel like the most-confident version of herself. She wasn't offended by her sister's reaction, though. Bamford said it came from a place of love and that their bond is one rooted in honesty and humor. She added that only people with siblings could truly understand the kind of unfiltered feedback that comes from someone who knows you best. Bamford and her sister, Emilee, 27, are six years apart in age. While they weren't especially close growing up—Emilee often seeing Sophia as the "annoying little sister"—that changed after Sophia graduated high school. Since then, the sisters have chosen to become not just siblings, but also best friends. Now, they share everything from deep conversations to outfit critiques, and moments like the one captured in the viral video reflect just how real and playful their relationship is. "I think there's something powerful in showing the small, everyday moments that people can relate to," Bamford said. "Sometimes, the funniest, most-honest content comes from just being yourself and letting your sister roast you a little bit along the way." The video resonated with thousands, garnering more than 244,200 likes and over 2.1 million views on TikTok. In the comments, viewers posted with their own takes on sisterly dynamics. "No that's a younger sister move in my opinion," commented one user. "I'm that older sister and I ain't sorry," wrote another. "The amount of times I've changed my outfit so my sister can wear what I was wearing lol [laugh out loud]—but she'd do the same for me." "As someone with 4 sisters … I do not care what you wear. Good or bad. Don't care enough," posted another commenter. One user summed it up perfectly: "Many of us older sisters truly would not wear what our younger, non-road-paving sisters would wear. But the same is true the other way around, yes?" Do you have any viral videos or pictures that you want to share? We want to see the best ones! Send them in to life@ and they could appear on our site.
