New Delhi: Yashasvi Jaiswal has never kept restrain of taking down biggest opposition names ever. That was evident after the case with Mitchell Starc in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Such was the case in the second Test against England when Jaiswal was involved in another hot episode, but this time against Ben Stokes or on the 1st day of the rivalry. It was not Jaiswal who initiated it unlike in the past. England captain was the first to spark the banter and the Indian opening batsman did so was cool as a cucumber.

Within minutes before lunch, Brydon Carse gave a rising delivery steep and hard, and it just hit the outside edge of Karun Nair bat and flew true and straight to Harry Brook who stood second slip.
The swing was not very obvious to be found, but the ball was seaming a good deal about the first hour. On a number of occasions, Carse targeted the rib cage of Jaiswal, but the left-hander dealt with the situation well without any injury.

Change in batting order for Karun Nair
Moved up the batting order to No.3 position ahead of the last match, Nair was fed a number of full balls by England pacers- and he did not disappoint, sending clean drives through cover and beyond the ground straight to the boundary.
Changes in the bowling line-up
Pulled in boundary ropes were noted by many at Edgbaston before the toss. India rested key pacer Jasprit Bumrah in the match and gave his place to a rookie Akash Deep, as well as making two significant changes, where it added Washington Sundar to replace Sai Sudharsan and Nitish Kumar Reddy in place of Shardul Thakur.
Kuldeep Yadav once again failed to make the cut as India preferred another spinner in the batting all rounder Washington Sundar. The reasoning behind the move to reinforce the batting order also surprised a few since the team of concern was having a hard time getting 20 wickets in Leeds.
