There's a super cute Smurfs takeover happening at Reem Mall this July
Smurfs fans, it's time to make your way to Reem Mall, where things are about to turn very blue – in the best possible way. From Thursday July 17 to Wednesday July 30, Papa Smurf, Smurfette, Brainy and Hefty are setting up shop in the capital and bringing a whole lot of fun with them. This colourful takeover is happening at Reem Mall's Ground Floor Main Atrium, where families can walk into the Smurf forest for free daily shows and plenty of photo ops. The little ones can also spend time at the themed activity and game zone that can be accessed if you've got a Dhs250 receipt from shopping at the mall. Expect plenty of laughs as the little blue crew battle it out in a Smurf-style science fair to see who's got the best invention. The live stage show lasts 25 minutes and will run three times a day at 2.30pm, 4.30pm and 7.30pm. What's more, a lucky few can nab a photo during the meet-and-greet with Papa Smurf and Smurfette. The secret, of course, is to come early. Once the show's over, there's still loads to explore. Kids can pop into Papa Smurf's house, greet Azrael the cat and take part in a whole forest's worth of fun. There's also an activity area to check out. An AR magic mirror that'll transform you into a Smurf, puzzles to solve, crafty corners to get stuck into, mirror mazes to navigate and even gardening games where little ones can learn about shapes while they dig and play. Access to the activity zone is available daily from 2pm to 10pm with a Reem Mall receipt of Dhs250. As for the icing on this very blue cake, if you've visited the activity zone with a valid Reem Mall receipt, you'll stand a chance to win complimentary VOX Cinemas tickets to watch Smurfs at the mall. Keep an eye out for updates on Reem Mall's socials. Want to be the coolest mom/dad around? This is exactly where you need to take the kiddos. Free. Shows at 2.30pm, 4.30pm, 7.30pm, Thu Jul 17-Wed Jul 30. Reem Mall, .
