It's getting spicy in this building.

Although the circumstances of the scene are under wraps, executive producer Dan Fogelman previously shared what audiences can expect next. The hit Hulu series also stars Steve Martin and Selena Gomez.
The producer, 49, told The Wrap in January that Season 5 will have 'another big fun mystery the writers have been cooking up.'

'The ability for the writers to take those three guys who are so comfortable in the skin of those roles now, and where the comedy sits in the show, where the dramedy sits in the show,' Fogelman explained. 'It's just so always so fun to start a new story with them and explore new aspects of their friendship and new aspects of their lives.'
Season 5 will also star Renée Zellweger, Logan Lerman, Jermaine Fowler, Christoph Waltz, Keegan-Michael Key and Beanie Feldstein.
In March, the comedy filmed near a house used in the iconic 1972 Francis Ford Coppola movie, 'The Godfather.'

Martin took to Instagram to share a picture with followers, writing, 'Just got off the Staten Island Ferry, along with the sensational marine crew, Selena and Marty. A spectacular drone shot for OMITB!'
The Corleone home from the crime movie is located in the affluent Todt Hill neighborhood of Staten Island.
Short and Streep, meanwhile, have been making headlines since the 'Mamma Mia!' star joined 'OMITB' in Season 3.

Short and Streep sparked romance speculation after getting cozy at the 2024 Golden Globes in January 2024. The 'Father of the Bride' alum's rep quickly shut down the speculation.
At the time, Short's rep told E! News, 'They are just very good friends. Nothing more.'
Then the comedian insisted that he and Streep were merely 'friends' during an August interview with The Hollywood Reporter. It was later confirmed that they are, in fact, an item.

Short was previously married to actress Nancy Dolman — with whom he had three kids: Katherine, 40, Oliver, 37, and Henry, 34 — from 1980 until her death from cancer in 2010.
Sources told Page Six in 2023 that Streep and Don Gummer — whom she married in 1978 and had four children with: Henry Wolfe, 44, Mamie Gummer, 40, Grace Gummer, 37, and Louisa Jacobson, 32 — had been quietly 'separated for more than six years.'
A year later, in October 2024, the show's co-creator John Hoffman opened up about the stars' working relationship ahead of their Season 4 finale.

'You know, it is one of the most unexpected turns but I remember thinking like, 'God,' ' the writer told Decider at the time. 'As I got to know Meryl, as I've known Marty and as I watched the two of them work together in Season 3, I just — it was unbelievable. We were laughing our heads off and they just delighted in each other onscreen, off screen in every way.'
Hoffman also detailed that Streep had a breakthrough moment while playing Loretta.
'I remember one night we were shooting on the ferry in Episode 5 of Season 3. We shot until about two in the morning on the most gorgeous night in Manhattan,' he explained. 'I got off to gangplank there and Meryl was waiting and she had tears in her eyes and she said, 'I just had to wait here for you to get off the boat to say thank you.' And I was like, 'What?' and she said, 'I just got to play a scene I really thought that the likes of which I wouldn't have a chance to do. To play romantic scenes at this age with this band in this way, it's just the greatest thing ever.''

Hoffman felt like 'the luckiest guy in the world to have her anywhere near a set that I was near.'
'So that felt like one of the most gratifying things,' added the creator. 'And I kept on thinking like, 'I hope the world falls in love with this couple the way we all are.' And that is so due to the magic that they create together.'

Taylor Swift never misses a beat when it comes to making her presence felt—whether on stage or out in public—and her latest night out with BFF Selena Gomez was no exception. The duo sparked a wave of excitement after they were spotted spending time together in New York City over the weekend. On Saturday, the 'Cruel Summer' hitmaker and Gomez reunited for a chill girls' night at the iconic Midtown hotspot, Monkey Bar. Based on the photos circulating online, it appeared to be a fun night for the duo, with Swift captured looking fully engaged in their conversation. For the evening, the 'Only Murders in the Building' star wore a tonal outfit in shades of brown. As for the 35-year-old pop star, she was dressed in a simple yet chic look. Taylor Swift's outfit for the evening featured ensembles from Gucci. The black sequined silk and wool crêpe cady tank top retails at $3,490, which she paired with a matching sequined cady miniskirt valued at $2,500. Completing her Gucci look were the black $5,200 Bamboo 1947 bag and the Horsebit platform sandals, which cost $1,190. Of course, a Swift night out look would not be complete without accessories, and her choice of jewelry was the $36,000 Arpeggia One Line Earring from De Beers and the custom diamond tennis bracelet by Wove at around $6,875. The 'Bad Blood' singer's head-turning look for the girls' night out came with a jaw-dropping price tag of $55,255. Interestingly, the duo's NYC date night came after Swift's major music win. After her long journey, the singer-songwriter now officially owns her old masters, ending the half-a-decade Scooter Braun saga. On her official website, she thanked those who supported her and shared her joy over finally owning the rights to her work. 'All I've ever wanted was the opportunity to work hard enough to one day purchase my music outright with no strings attached, no partnership, with full autonomy,' she said. The award-winning singer joined the ranks of fellow female artists like Rihanna, Beyoncé, Mariah Carey and Olivia Rodrigo who have taken control of their own story was originally reported by Athlon Sports on Jun 2, 2025, where it first appeared.

Blake Lively makes shock move in Justin Baldoni legal battle
The twists and turns continue. Blake Lively, 37, is trying to abandon her infliction of emotional distress claims against Justin Baldoni, according to new legal documents obtained by The Post. Lively, who previously accused Baldoni, 41, of both intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress in a December 2024 lawsuit, attempted to withdraw the allegations on Monday after Baldoni's legal team sought to obtain her medical records. 7 Blake Lively is trying to abandon her infliction of emotional distress claims against Justin Baldoni GC Images 7 Lively tried to abandon her emotional distress claims against Baldoni after his legal team sought her medical records. Erik Pendzich/Shutterstock 'Instead of complying with the Medical RFPs, Ms. Lively's counsel recently advised us, in writing, that Ms. Lively is withdrawing her IED Claims,' Baldoni's team responded in a filing viewed by The Post. 'However, Ms. Lively has refused the Wayfarer Parties' reasonable request that the withdrawal of such claims be with prejudice.' 'She is only willing to withdraw her claims without prejudice,' it continued. 'In other words, Ms. Lively wants to simultaneously: (a) refuse to disclose the information and documents needed to disprove that she suffered any emotional distress and/or that the Wayfarer Parties were the cause; and (b) maintain the right to re-file her IED Claims at an unknown time in this or some other court after the discovery window has closed.' The filing, which was addressed to Judge Lewis Liman of the Southern District of New York and signed by Baldoni attorney Kevin Fritz, argued that Lively 'cannot have it both ways.' 7 Lively filed a second lawsuit against Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and others in December 2024. GC Images 'If Ms. Lively wants to withdraw her frivolous IED Claims, the Wayfarer Parties are entitled to a dismissal with prejudice to ensure they will not be re-filed,' the filing read. 'If Ms. Lively is unwilling to stipulate to the dismissal of her IED Claims with prejudice, then the Wayfarer Parties will continue to defend against them,' it added, 'and she must produce her medical information and documents as set forth herein.' In December 2024, the former 'Gossip Girl' star accused Baldoni of sexually harassing her on the set of 'It Ends With Us' and then launched a 'coordinated effort to destroy her reputation.' 7 Baldoni has denied all of Lively's allegations. Adela Loconte/Shutterstock Lively's infliction of emotional distress claims against Baldoni were two of the allegations she waged against her 'It Ends With Us' co-star and director when she filed her lawsuit against him, Wayfarer Studios and others later that month. She alleged that he caused her to suffer 'severe emotional distress and pain, humiliation, embarrassment, belittlement, frustration and mental anguish' in addition to lost wages. But Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios' attorneys have argued that Lively 'waived any doctor-patient privilege' when she claimed to have suffered 'physical and emotional injuries' at the hands of Baldoni and the studio. 7 Baldoni countersued Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for $400 million in January. REUTERS 'By alleging that she suffered physical and emotional injuries, Ms. Lively has placed her physical and mental condition at issue and, in turn, must produce relevant information and documents,' Fritz wrote. 'In other words,' he added, 'Ms. Lively has waived any doctor-patient privilege.' Judge Liman and the Southern District of New York must now decide whether Lively's infliction of emotional distress claims will be dismissed with or without prejudice or if the actress must turn over the mental health information sought by the opposing counsel. 7 Lively and Baldoni in a scene from 'It Ends With Us.' ©Sony Pictures/Courtesy Everett Collection 'Once again, this is a routine part of the litigation process that is being used as a press stunt,' Lively's lawyers told TMZ on Monday. 'We are doing what trial lawyers do: preparing our case for trial by streamlining and focusing it; they are doing what they do: desperately seeking another tired round of tabloid coverage.' 'The Baldoni-Wayfarer strategy of filing retaliatory claims has exposed them to expansive new damages claims under California law, rendering certain of Ms. Lively's original claims no longer necessary,' they continued. 'Ms. Lively continues to allege emotional distress, as part of numerous other claims in her lawsuit, such as sexual harassment and retaliation, and massive additional compensatory damages on all of her claims,' the actress' attorneys concluded. 7 Lively and Baldoni shooting a scene for 'It Ends With Us' in January 2024. GC Images Baldoni has denied all of Lively's allegations against him. He also countersued Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, 48, for $400 million in January for alleged defamation and extortion – accusations they have also denied. A trial date is scheduled for March 2026.
