Triple H Reacts To The Idea Of WWE Being Afraid Of Criticism
WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H was a recent guest on ESPN's First Take. When asked if the company had any concerns about letting people in more with the Netflix series, WWE: Unreal, Hunter said they looked at all aspects of things before committing to the series and believes they aren't afraid of criticism, or else they wouldn't run live shows every week.
'Absolutely, we all looked at that,' Triple H admitted. 'We looked at every aspect of it, and the positives and the negatives, and we weighed it out. You can't be afraid to do something in life. You can't be afraid that well, somebody might criticize us. If we were afraid that people might criticize what we do, we wouldn't put on a show every week. It's part of what makes us wonderful, and what we do is that you can look at it behind the scenes.
'You can look at it no differently than a sport. You can look at it and say, this coach doesn't know what he's doing. I would have done this, and I know that would have been better. You can think all those things, but seeing what goes into it, I think of us a lot as people that weren't fans of F1 Racing, see the behind the scenes of everything that goes into it, and it has increased their respect of an industry, their respect of what those athletes go through and what goes into bringing a race to life.
'I think this just increases the respect level for what we do. Are there people that are going to criticize? Yes. Are they going to see things out of context or moments in time that they want to criticize and jump on? Absolutely! But at the end of the day, we put on an amazing entertainment program that is seen by millions and millions of people around the globe.
'This is a look into what everybody behind the scenes goes through to put this show on. It is their life. It is their passion, and we all come at it from that point of view. So I think at the end of the day, the passion earns respect from our fans, and that's why we're doing it.'

Netflix axe Cheat: Unfinished Business
Cheat: Unfinished Business has been axed. The dating programme - which saw eight former couples who had split due to infidelity attempt to work out their differences at a luxury retreat in Mallorca - will not be returning for a second series, despite being one of Netflix's most streamed shows. While the news will come as a disappointment to Amanda Holden - who fronted the show along with dating expert Paul C. Brunson - the Britain's Got Talent judge is said to have various other projects in the pipeline with the streaming service. A source told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "Despite Cheat being popular with audiences Netflix has decided to pursue new show formats. "Bosses love Amanda and are in talks with her on three different show ideas, so it's likely fans will see a lot more of her on the platform in the future." And the 54-year-old star is very busy with other projects. The insider added: "Amanda is still very much one of the hardest working women in showbiz and is booked and busy for the foreseeable future. "On top of hosting the UK's biggest radio show Heart Breakfast every weekday, it recently overtook Radio 2, BGT auditions commence in October. "Plus, Amanda is currently filming Series 4 of Alan and Amanda in Greece while her brand-new prime-time quiz show ,The Inner Circle, launches on BBC1 in October." A Netflix spokesman confirmed the show had been axed. They said: "Cheat: Unfinished Business won't be returning." Amanda - who has been married to her second husband Chris Hughes since 2008 and has daughters Lexi, 19, and Hollie, 13, with him - previously admitted she couldn't help but get emotionally attached to those involved in the series. She told OK! magazine: "I did get emotionally involved, as you would expect. In the early days of filming, I was trying my best to not show too much, because when you've read the research on the couples that are taking part and then you see the body language and the tears and them trying to calm down. "All the vulnerabilities that humans go through when something like this happens... it's hard not to be invested in that yourself. I was trying so hard not to give anything away, and then I just sort of let that go because it was a bit impossible for me."

6 Shows You'd Probably Forgotten Love Is Blind UK Host Emma Willis Once Fronted
Emma Willis has now been a staple on British TV for more than 20 years. The Birmingham-born presenter was previously best known for hosting shows like Big Brother, The Voice and The Circle – until she and her husband Matt Willis began fronting Netflix's UK iteration of Love Is Blind, that is. While you've probably watched her on some of the UK's biggest reality shows over the years (not to mention This Morning, where she's become a regular face), there are plenty of other presenting gigs throughout her extensive resume you might have completely forgotten about. Here are the ones we dug through the archives to find, in honour of Love Is Blind UK's second season... The Hot Desk (2008-2014) Emma got her start on music TV in the early 2000s, presenting segments for MTV as well as the UK version of the iconic TRL. In, Emma joined another British music show called The Hot Desk, whose other hosts included the likes of All Saints' Nicole Appleton and Melanie Blatt, Laura Whitmore, Sarah Jane Crawford and Alice Levine. At the end of each interview, they'd asked the featured celebrity to sign the 'Hot Desk' with a pen (isn't that just oh-so 2010s?). One of Emma's biggest interviews was with a young and bright-eyed One Direction in 2011, a year after they came third on The X Factor. Live From Studio Five (2010) In the heyday of gossip mags and celebrity interview panels, there were plenty of shows out there like Live From Studio Five. Emma joined a line-up of co-presenters – including Brian Dowling and Ian Wright – who would conduct interviews and discuss topical issues, celebrity gossip and big news stories. However it didn't do too well with ratings, and ultimately came off the air after around a year and a half. Girlfri3nds (2012) Even as far back as 2012, Emma was clearly discovering that she had a bit of a knack when it came to reality TV. She presented two seasons of this British show about single women looking for love. The format saw three single women search for their ideal guy out of 100 auditioning men. It sounds like this was good practice for when she'd get the call from Love Is Blind all these years later. Prize Island (2013) Emma co-presented this sunny series alongside Alexander Armstrong back in 2013. Prize Island placed four pairs on an Island (obv) off the coast of Mozambique, with each team participating in rounds of games to uncover prizes, ranging from a TV to a luxury holiday. At the time, there were reports that it might not air at all,after it looked set to rival (ironically) The Voice. The show ultimately only last six episodes across one season. The Brit Awards (2017) Do you remember that time Emma hosted a whole Brit Awards? Honestly, we'd kind of forgotten too. Back in 2017 she took to the stage for the UK's biggest night in music alongside co-host Dermot O'Leary. Dermot and Emma were brought in as somewhat last-minute replacements when the night's original host, Michael Bublé, was forced to back out due to his son's illness. That year's Brits saw One Direction, Little Mix, The 1975 and more take home awards. Emma Willis: Delivering Babies (2019) This one marked a huge change for the presenter as she swapped reality TV and game shows for a hospital maternity unit. Across the course of four seasons, she worked on a labour ward working NHS hours while training to be a maternity care assistant. Whether she was making beds, cleaning floors or offering support during births, it made for pretty emotional viewing. The first four episodes of Love Is Blind UK season two are streaming now on Netflix.
