The model and actress shared this snap and revealed she had given birth in May
Poppy - older sister of model Cara Delevingne - shared a black and white snap showing the side of her daughter's face as her little hand held her finger.
She captioned it: "20.05.25 The stars aligned, & then there was you.
"KAIA MOON KESWICK. Welcome to the world, baby bear. You have our hearts, our everything."
Poppy had first announced her pregnancy back in January, telling Elle Magazine that becoming a mother was "all I've ever wanted".

TOUGH POPPY Poppy Delevingne reveals she bagged Riviera gig after audition row with co-star
She revealed she had discovered she was pregnant during London Fashion Week, when she noticed her clothes were more snug during a fitting.
She took a pregnancy test soon after and went on to find out she was pregnant with a girl.
She added to Elle: "Obviously, I would have been fine with either, and when I was younger, I always thought when I get pregnant, I wouldn't find out, but the second we got told we could find out, we did.
"I'm so excited. I come from all girls, we're very girl-heavy. Girls are great."
However, Poppy and Archie decided to keep their happy news to themselves for a few months, only telling close family and friends before making it public.
And it seems the couple have chosen the same approach in the wake of Kaia's arrival, enjoying the first precious weeks on their own before making the announcement.

Poppy also spoke about having a baby in her late 30s, admitting: "It just feels like such an extraordinary privilege to be able to do this, to be able to have a baby at this age and at this time, and when it happened, I couldn't really believe it."
Poppy went public with billionaire businessman Archie in July last year when they headed to BST Hyde Park festival together.

SAS star becomes dad again aged 48 as baby arrives 5 weeks early
Jason Fox and his wife have announced the birth of a baby boy, five weeks prematurely. The SAS: Who Dares Wins star, who has daughters Honor, 14, and Amy from previous relationships, and his third wife, Jules Fox, welcomed Jack into the world on June 8. Expressing their joy, they shared a series of sweet photos that showed them bonding with the newborn. Captioning the picture carousel that was posted on Jason's Instagram account on Thursday, he revealed the little one's full name. 'Jack Conrad Fox. 8th June 2025. Five weeks early.' Heaping praise on his other half, he declared: '@julesfoxter has been and is amazing!' Jason described his baby boy as 'epic' and joked that he's already 'brilliant at immobilising [him]' by lying across his chest, sleeping soundly. Many of the 48-year-old ex-Royal Marine and Jules' celebrity pals congratulated the couple on the birth of Jack in the post's comments section. Saira Khan, 55—who, in 2023, took part in the celebrity version of the Channel 4 show that sees stars be put through the Special Air Services screening process to test their mental, emotional, and physical strength—wrote: 'Huge congratulations!' Reality TV star Ferne McCann, 34—who starred in the 2022 series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins—penned: 'So so happy for you and @julesfoxter. He is absolutely gorgeous.' And former Coronation Street actress Catherine Tyldesley, 41, said: 'Oh so gorgeous!! Huge congratulations xx'. Jason's fans also jumped into the carousel's comment section to fawn over baby Jack, declaring him 'a little cutie' and voicing their happiness for the growing family. Jason, whose teen daughter came from his marriage to second wife Lucy Culkin, has previously opened up about his Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)—a mental health condition that is caused by experiencing or witnessing traumatic events. He developed this following his two decades in the British Army, having joined the Royal Marines Commandos in 1992 at the age of just 16. In 2001, he joined the Special Boat Service and reached the rank of Sergeant. However, in April 2012, he was medically discharged from service due to his PTSD diagnosis. Irrespective of his own struggles, though, Jason would support his children if they wanted to join the military. He told Metro in March: 'I'd tell them to think long and hard about whether it was right for them. 'Once I'd made sure they had thought about it properly, I'd be fully behind them, as my parents were with me.' Jason, aka Foxy, has also openly admitted that his life in the military took a toll on his home life as he tried to juggle his army commitments with being a present father and husband. More Trending Speaking to Spencer Matthews on his Big Fish podcast, Jason reflected on the drive and passion his military stint gave him: 'It gave me a lot of confidence; it taught me that I've got more confidence than I thought I had.' 'My 'why' [in life] was my love for being a soldier. I enjoyed the craft of soldiering. There's a lot more to it than just running around shouting and stuff.' However, the imbalance in his high-intensity, stressful professional life and his home life contributed to his mental health struggles. View More » 'It had a massive impact on me mentally … but the reason it had an impact on me is because I didn't know how to balance my work life with my home life. And I was a great soldier—I was a s**t husband and a s**t father because I didn't know how to balance it.' Got a story? The female chef exposing restaurants' sex and drug culture
'H i, Slutty,' I say to the young female chef who is holding out a hand to greet me. It feels rude calling this stranger 'Slutty', but Slutty Cheff is the alias under which she has built a cult following on Instagram of 43,000. Her anonymous account, where she never reveals her name or her face (it is usually obscured by a burger emoji or a burger-shaped balaclava), has become a hot favourite among Gen Zers. She won't tell me which restaurants she has worked in, but says they are the sorts of places where the critics Giles Coren and Grace Dent would eat. Her online persona is a version of her that is 'obnoxious, narcissistic, self-obsessed and at times sarky and mean. Right now, no way am I mentally stable enough to put my face [out there].'
