Why Does Hair Loss Happen?
Hair loss can be influenced by so many factors, from genetics and hormone changes to lifestyle choices.
Stress, diet, and even hair care habits can all impact hair strength.
It's perfectly normal to lose some hair each day, but sometimes the body can shed more than usual, responding to things like hormonal shifts or even life stressors.
Why It Happens More This Time of Year
Have you ever noticed your hair seems to shed more in autumn? That's seasonal shedding!
During summer, we hold onto extra hair to protect our scalp from the sun.
As the weather cools, it's like our body recalibrates and lets go of those extra strands.
Dry, cooler air can also make hair more brittle, making it easier to lose a little extra volume during these months.
Hacks and Affordable Buys to Treat Hair loss
The great news? You don't need to spend a fortune on pricey treatments to support your hair.
Try daily scalp massages—they're so simple but really help boost blood flow to the follicles.
Castor oil is another fantastic, budget-friendly option that's rich in nutrients to strengthen your strands.
Adding a bit more protein to your diet and a biotin supplement can also work wonders for overall hair health.
Products to Avoid
Steer clear of products with high levels of alcohol, sulphates, and parabens - they can be drying and damage hair over time.
Heat styling and chemical treatments can also cause breakage, so try to use them sparingly.
Instead, look for gentle, hydrating formulas to support your scalp and keep hair healthier through the seasons.
"For the ones who don't know… it fades away over time," penned a third.

Niah, who is not biologically related to Dejon but shares a brother with him, took to TikTok to give fans an unfiltered glimpse into the 'real Dejon' and insisted he is "manipulative" and "narcissistic". She has even gone as far as to write her own account in a tell-all book named 'Surviving Dejon', which is already available to buy. Despite this, Dejon has failed to address the video and his stepsister's claims and instead has been hitting the party scene with his co-stars. Advertisement Yesterday, Dejon and girlfriend Meg joined Harrison, Lauren, Helena, Angel and Ty for dinner and drinks. And today Dejon was pictured smiling alongside Meg with Lauren and Harrison. The photo was captioned: "My people," with a red heart emoji. HUGE FALLOUT In the six minute video, Niah claimed that what viewers have seen on TV is an accurate reflection of how Dejon behaves in real life. Advertisement She began: " So I've decided to speak out because I've been silent for way too long and I know that I will be receiving probably a lot of backlash from my family for this. "You guys are all clearly very traumatised from seeing Dejon on TV and seeing everything that he's doing and watching everything play out it seems as though no one is holding him accountable. Love Island hit by over one THOUSAND Ofcom complaints in just a week as fans SLAM villa boy She went on to say: 'Dejon is a narcissist, he's manipulative. I've been telling everyone this for the past 10 years now but no one believed me. And it's just crazy now that the whole of the UK can see what I've been trying to explain to people for so long. She continued: 'I didn't want to speak out on this. That's why I haven't made any videos directly explaining anything about him because I know that it can affect my family in a bad way. Advertisement "And I do completely understand if they are upset with me for this post. She added: "One thing I will say is, I knew from the beginning, from the first episode I knew exactly what was going to go down. "It's just a shame because I don't want him to be seen like this, but I genuinely don't think that he sees that he's a narcissist, you know? and I actually do feel bad for Meg in a sense." Speaking about the book alongside a trailer for it, she penned: 'This book answers everything. reasons why I spoke out. Why fear kept me silent for so long. How I lost everyone and everything I ever cared about. Advertisement 'It reveals the truth behind the rumours I never wanted to address. I need to tell my truth in the way that I feel in control. This is not for attention, creating this book was like therapy for me. 'I would never put my reputation on the line or lose the people I loved if I didn't have a powerful reason to finally speak.' Niah even posted a trigger warning for the book as it contains: "emotionally intense and potentially distressing content". Speaking to the Daily Mail, Dejon has hit back at claims of him being a 'narcissist', he said: "I do take full accountability for how I communicated at times in the villa. Advertisement "The girls who were on the show with me say I'm not a narcissist, I'm not a gaslighter, all of these things they have seen online, it means a lot to me because they spent 24 hours a day with me. "I could have handled situations better but when it comes to being a 'narcissist' and these words, empathy is definitely something that I have, it's something I had for Meg, for Harry, and when Meg was upset, I was there for her, and when Harry was upset it would break my heart. "Me and Harry had a thing, we called it fitness and feelings where we would go to the gym and I would say "don't worry H, we can be free here, our tears, people will think they're sweat."' 4 Dejon has hit back at claims of him being a 'narcissist' Credit: ITV

Ibiza Final Boss Jack Kaye 'broke up' with girlfriend over partying
Ibiza's viral sensation Jack Kay might be enjoying the high life on private jets with his mates, but it seems there's a bit of bother brewing for the internet star and his stunning girlfriend. When the 26 year old first landed on the White Isle last week, he was just another Brit lad in a black vest and gold chain, busting moves and looking for a laugh. But his life took a dramatic turn when he became an overnight internet sensation, with memes of his standout haircut flooding social media. Now he's swapped EasyJet for a private jet back to the party island with his pals after a fresh trim and announcing his own tour, but it's not all been smooth sailing. This comes after 'Ibiza Bob' reunited with his barber following his iconic bowl cut going viral. It's now emerged that the lad who shot to viral fame thanks to his Lego-style haircut is fighting to save his relationship with his model girlfriend, after she reportedly gave him the boot while he was partying hard in Ibiza. The blow to his relationship reportedly came just days into his trip abroad - and before he went viral, reports the Mirror. Alisa Cook, a debt collector from Co Durham, was allegedly so livid with her boyfriend's partying antics in Ibiza that she ended things with him before videos of his hair made him go viral. The couple have reportedly made up since, but a mate of Jack's warned he was 'skating on thin ice' over his party lifestyle. They told the Daily Mail: "Alisha called it off when Jack went to Ibiza with the lads. They'd been together for almost a year and he was living at her place but things hadn't been right for months. Jack reunited with his barber for a fresh trim Jack Kaye went viral for his impressive haircut (Image: TikTok) "His car is still on her drive, she threw all his clothes in the back of it. She doesn't want him around anymore. She's had inklings that something was not right for a while. She just wants to wash her hands of him. Alisha is so beautiful. No one is quite sure what she saw in him." However, it appears Alisha has had a change of heart, as she's now publicly proclaimed herself as Jack's partner following his rise to online fame. In a collection of TikTok clips titled: "POV: ya boyfriend's now known as Ibiza Final Boss," Alisha can be seen snuggling up to Jack, featuring footage of him pecking her cheek and the pair partying together. The footage has since been set to private, though followers had plenty of remarks in the comments section, with one user quipping: "At least you know he didn't cheat - he's been filmed from every angle on TikTok just having a ball." Another commented: "Have a word with his barber - I don't know how he leaves the house." A third joked: "So was the haircut a choice, or did the barber do him dirty?". This comes as the hairdresser responsible for the globally-famous Ibiza Final Boss trim has finally disclosed precisely what Jack requests to achieve his distinctive appearance. Ali Kurbani, the master barber at BandD Barbers in Blaydon, Newcastle, who crafted the distinctive style, has drawn attention from A-list stars and even sparked national advertising campaigns. Alisha Cook reportedly ended their relationship before he reached viral fame (Image: Instagram) Jack Kay has become an internet sensation (Image: Instagram/ On Thursday, Ali welcomed Jack back into his chair before Jack departs for another tour around Ibiza. Ali confessed he was taken aback to see his work making headlines. "I've been doing this job for a while, and this is incredible," he said. "We've been cutting Jack's hair for about 10 years and never expected this level of attention." Hailing from Kurdistan originally, Ali revealed that Jack has maintained the same haircut for quite some time now. Following extensive online speculation about the style - ranging from Robin Hood to a bowl cut or even a "short back and Battle of Hastings" - Ali finally cleared up the confusion. "To achieve this look, Jack requests a medium skin fade with some length retained on top," Ali told The Sun. However, the secret to the haircut's sharp, Lego-like appearance lies in maintaining the fringe neat and well-defined at the front. At BandD Barbers, the "Ibiza Boss" cut costs €30, though Jack, described by Ali as a "very nice guy," sometimes pays extra.
