
120 Bahadur teaser OUT: Farhan Akhtar as Major Shaitan Singh Bhati promises a gripping war epic, netizens react
The film is inspired by the Battle of Rezang La, where 20 Indian soldiers from the 13th Kumaon Battalion, led by Major Shaitan Singh, fiercely defended Rezang La pass against a much larger force from China.
Going by the teaser, 120 Bahadur promises a film packed with powerful emotions and a strong sense of patriotism. Farhan as Major Shaitan Singh emerges strongly with the dialogue: 'Hum Peechhe Nahin Hatenge (we won't step back)."
The teaser also features snow-covered battlefields and the harsh conditions faced by Indian soldiers. It highlights the intensity of the mission and the immense sacrifices made by the soldiers of our country.

New Delhi: Delhi University will begin the first round of seat allocation for undergraduate courses under the extracurricular activities (ECA), sports, and ward quotas on Friday. This year, competition remains fierce with over 9,000 registrations contending for just 1,374 ECA seats. ECA admissions follow a composite evaluation system, giving 75% weightage to ECA performance (including certificates and trials) and 25% to CUET scores. The university received 13,000 ECA applications this year, a 14% rise from 2024, with debating (English) emerging as the most sought-after category. A total of 1,347 ECA seats are being offered across 14 categories, including creative writing (Hindi and English), debate (Hindi and English), digital media (photography, filmmaking, animation), divinity, fine arts (sketching, painting, sculpture), music (vocal and instrumental, Indian and western), dance (Indian classical, folk, western, choreography), theatre, quiz, and yoga. Dance has the largest number of seats (275), followed by theatre (122), yoga (42), and quiz (25).

Since its theatrical release on July 25, director Ashwin Kumar's big-screen spectacle has been setting new benchmarks for Indian animation, amassing over ₹ 210 crore worldwide, the makers announced on Monday. The film recently surpassed Hanuman and Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse to become the highest-grossing animated film in India. Sharing the milestone on social media, production house Hombale Films wrote, ' ₹ 210 CRORES+ worldwide gross & counting… Mahavatar Narsimha continues the glorious run, shattering records and winning the love of millions worldwide.' At the Indian box office, the film's momentum remains strong. On its third Sunday, Mahavatar Narsimha collected an impressive ₹ 23 crore, taking its domestic total to ₹ 171.92 crore after 18 days, according to industry tracker Sacnilk.
