Beyoncé Knowles-Carter stunned the crowd during her last show overseas on her 'Cowboy Carter' tour — adding beloved hits, debuting more looks and turning the night into a special family affair.
The Grammy-winning singer kicked off her third concert at Stade de France in Paris June 22. The show marked last show overseas on her Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin' Circuit Tour. She performed on the French stage for a total of three night on June 19, 21 and 22 after a six-night stint in London.
Derrian "Phreshy" Perry and his friends have traveled across the pond before to see Beyoncé, and this year they made a point to fly from the U.S. for her grand finale in Paris.
"Having seen Beyoncé in the U.S., Canada, London and Dubai, it was on my bucket list to see her in Paris. And wow, just wow," Perry says. "For me, concerts overseas are a different type of energy."
As fans know, Beyoncé first debuted her "Cowboy Carter" tour at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on April 28 with 39 songs on the set list. Her shows have been filled with family, fashion, different music genres, and most notably country music and cultural commentary. And Sunday's show was proof that Beyoncé isn't slowing down her high-powered show anytime soon.
"This album is more than a country body of work. It's the story of a Black American dream," Perry says. "Given the world we live in today, it's also the perfect getaway from the worries of the world."
Beyoncé brings out Jay-Z during Night 3 in Paris
Beyoncé brought special energy and surprises to the French stage each night of her tour. At the final show in Paris, she shocked fans once again when her husband, hip-hop mogul Jay-Z, made a surprise appearance.

The two performed some of their beloved throwback hits together, including 'Crazy in Love' (2003) and 'Drunk in Love' (2013) as the crowd roared. Jay also performed his song "N***as in Paris."
"As if she wasn't enough, we got a surprise from Jay-Z. My life was made," Perry says.
New choreography and throwback hits added to the set list
With Jay-Z's surprise performance came some new hits on the set list. During the show, Beyoncé added fan favorites such as "Partition" (2013) for the first time on this tour.
She also performed her hit song "Drunk in Love," and many fans were thrilled to see Bey and her dancers show off all-new choreography to the tune.

Of course, Jay-Z's appearance comes just days after Miley Cyrus shocked fans when she hit the stage for the duet "II Most Wanted" during Beyoncé's June 19 show.
Following Jay's segment, one fan wrote, "Paris, y'all won so much! Deserved!"
Beyoncé serves new looks during final show in Paris
This tour has been a huge showcase of fashion and creativity. Each night, Beyoncé continues to blend high fashion and cowboy couture, keeping fans on the edge of their seats as they anticipate a new look. And Beyoncé was sure to deliver during her final "Cowboy Carter" show on the French stage.

Cardi B, Kelly Rowland, other special guests attend
And from the looks of the of it, the thousands of fans weren't the only ones to enjoy the high-powered, final show. Rapper Cardi B, singer Kelly Rowland and Beyoncé's mom, Tina Knowles, were among those raving and and dancing around.

Doja Cat Reveals Forthcoming Album 'Vie' Will Be a 'Pop-Driven Project' After She Tweeted 'No More Pop'

In 2023, Doja Cat announced that she was saying goodbye to pop music because it wasn't "exciting" to her But in a recent conversation with V Magazine, she shared that her upcoming album, Vie, will be "a pop-driven project" 'I know that I can make pop music, and pop is just that it's popular," she told the outletDoja Cat is returning to her roots. In an interview with V Magazine published on Tuesday, July 1, the pop star revealed what fans can expect from her forthcoming album, Vie. The Grammy-winning singer, 29, shared that she's focusing this new album on pop music, despite saying "no more pop" in 2023. At the time, she added, "pop isn't exciting to me anymore. I dont wanna make it,' per V Magazine. She also noted that her pop music, specifically albums Planet Her and Hot Pink, "were cash-grabs.' 'I do want to be self-aware enough to admit the fact that this is a pop-driven project,' she told the outlet of Vie. 'I know that I can make pop music, and pop is just that it's popular.' 'It starts to become a bit of a thing that's viewed as a sport by people who are just bystanders to it, who enjoy it, but maybe also don't respect it or what it is, which is just music,' she continued. 'There are some people who don't see it as music,' the singer noted. 'They see it as if this is some kind of football for girls and gays.' The 'Kiss Me More' singer also shared that Vie's concept 'is very pointed towards love, romance, and sex—and discourse in relationships," adding, 'Really just relationships in general, and relationships with yourself, even.' While music generally has songs about breakups and 'how we're just kind of sick of men,' she only has one song on Vie with those sentiments, she said. Instead, the new album is about her hopefulness. '[Vie] is very much about love in a way that reflects how I want it to be in the future—my hope, my hopefulness. What I hope it could be.' While she acknowledged that this is a "pop-driven" album, she will also rap for a good portion of the album. 'I have a lot more knowledge of how to use my voice as an instrument, more than I ever have in my life,' she said. The "Say So" singer also explained that while she wants the album to be popular, she's focused on other technicalities, like the general sound. 'I want to focus more on: how does the mix sound? Do I even need these instruments here? Do I need to recut this verse?" she told V Magazine. "It's how things sound that makes the music worth listening to. I would not be an artist if I didn't care, right?' "If for any reason a project of mine does a little less good than the last one, I don't want to be up in arms and upset about it," she added. "I want to embrace that.' Grammy-Winning Singer Bursts Into Tears Performing Beloved Song for First Time in 8 Years originally appeared on Parade. One of the most successful artists of the past decade is English musician Ed Sheeran. The star has broken records across the world and sold hundreds of millions of albums. Releasing his first album in 2011, Sheeran defined much of the pop sound that came out during the 2010s, with songs like "Shape of You," "Photograph," and "Love Yourself." Sheeran has always been known for some emotional songs, with his more stripped back style connecting with fans who resonate with the lyrics of his songs. One such moment happened at a recent concert, with his tune, "Supermarket Flowers." The song is a heavy one for the artist, having been written about the death of his grandmother from his mother's perspective. The song clearly means a lot to people, which must be why a fan suggested it at a concert, leading to this emotional performance. He was just totally overcome, after having not performed the tune for 8 years. What a moving moment, with everyone sharing the emotions the song brings. This didn't stop at those who were in attendance the concert, as many fans who watched this video shared their emotions with the song in the comments. "I've always been grateful "Supermarket Flowers" isn't on the set list. I used it to make my mum's memorial video for her funeral. She died about a month after it came out." "It's a dream to hear this live. But I'd be an absolute mess…" "This was released the year my mum passed. I've never been able to listen to it without sobbing." The song has touched a lot of people, bringing them together over the shared experience of loss. Music is incredibly good at capturing emotion, and becoming a special thing for so many.🎬SIGN UP for Parade's Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox🎬 Grammy-Winning Singer Bursts Into Tears Performing Beloved Song for First Time in 8 Years first appeared on Parade on Jul 1, 2025 This story was originally reported by Parade on Jul 1, 2025, where it first appeared.
