Milanese cuisine in Central. Built around 'chef-driven food, generous hospitality and a vibrant sense of community', the menu was designed by Florence native Gabriele Fusi to pay homage to time-honoured dishes such as cotoletta alla Milanese, Mondeghili meatballs and pumpkin gnocchi, all washed down with a bevy of classic Sbagliatos.
