Builder from Essex wins £75k Porsche 911 after entering 6p competition
Michael Barton, 39, from Harlow, was working on-site building an extension when he was surprised by presenter Katie Knight, who arrived to deliver the life-changing news and reveal the prize parked nearby.
He won the car courtesy of online competition firm BOTB, who have had winners all across the globe scoring big prizes from small investments.
Michael said: 'I'm absolutely shaking, nothing like this ever happens to me - It's amazing.
"It couldn't have come at a better time – we've got a baby due in four weeks, it's a very exciting time for us.'
The 911, finished in bright red, was an especially sweet win for the Liverpool fan.
'I couldn't have picked a better colour – this is a bit of me" he said, grinning as he sat inside and revved the engine.
'The whole experience has been surreal.
"I've seen videos of other winners online and thought I would give it a go.
"I'm a hardworking man, and the past few months I've really been hoping something good would happen.'
Despite falling in love with the turbocharged sports car, Michael revealed he's likely to take the cash alternative and put it towards a deposit for a new house.
'This is going to help me progress to the next stage of where I want to be in my life' he added.
To top off the surreal moment, Michael's partner revealed that the night before the win, she'd dreamt he'd won a shopping trolley.
Katie said: 'Michael's reaction was just brilliant – total disbelief and so much excitement.
'It's a stunning car and such a head-turner, but with a baby on the way, I completely understand why he might take the cash.
"Either way, it's an incredible prize for just 6p."
BOTB hands over the keys to a stunning dream car to a different winner each week, as well as offering other lifestyle prizes.

Rare Hulk stretch toy sells for thousands of pounds at auction
A stretch toy of Marvel's The Hulk, which has been described as one of the 'rarest stretch toys in existence', has sold for thousands of pounds, according to Excalibur Auctions. The figure, which appears to be one of only 30 known examples of the original Hulk stretch figure from 1979 known to still exist, was sold to a private collector on Saturday at the Excalibur Auctions Vintage Toys, Diecast Models & Model Railways auction for £3,900. Originally estimated between £3,000 and £5,000, the final sale set a new record in the UK for 'a figure of its kind', according to the auction house. Jonathan Torode, from Excalibur Auctions, said: 'We were excited to offer this rare piece of nostalgia today, which set a UK auction record for a figure of its kind. 'We saw competitive bidding on the phones and internet, with it finally winning out to a UK private collector, where we hope it will be as cherished by its new owner as much as it has been by its previous one.' The character the toy is based on was created by the American comic book writer and producer Stan Lee and comic artist Jack Kirby, appearing in comic form for the first time in May 1962 under the Marvel name. He was later portrayed across TV, film, cartoon and video games as The Incredible Hulk – the alter ego of the physicist Dr Bruce Banner, who transformed into the superhero when he was angry or under extreme stress. A range of actors have since portrayed the character over the years, including Eric Bana in The Hulk (2003), Edward Norton in The Incredible Hulk (2008) and Mark Ruffalo in The Avengers (2012). The toy was described as being in 'mint' condition after being kept out of the light, upright, and in its original packaging over the years. The Hulk figure also came with its original instructions and has never been offered for sale since it was bought in 1979, according to the auction house. Produced by renowned toymaker Denys Fisher (1918-2002), the figure came directly from its original owner who had begged his mother for one as a child. It was originally part of Kenner's 'Stretch Armstrong' line and was later licensed under Denys Fisher in the UK. Fisher, who developed the Spirograph, grew up in the Leeds area and later lived in Dumfries and Cumbria. The Hulk stretch figure was filled with corn syrup to enable it to stretch and was made using the same latex and gel moulds as those used for the Stretch Armstrong figure. However, its green skin colouring, the Hulk head and the Marvel branding set it apart from the Stretch Armstrong toy. Manufactured in Thorp Arch, Wetherby, the toy was sold in limited quantities only in the UK, through select mail order catalogues and a handful of shops.

Nissan supplier exploring wind turbine plan
A key supplier to car maker Nissan is exploring plans for a new wind turbine to help reduce carbon emissions. Unipres (UK) Ltd, an automotive manufacturing company, wants to install a 492ft (150m) tip wind turbine at its Sunderland plant on Cherry Blossom Way, in Washington. The firm, which supplies press-formed vehicle parts to the Nissan plant in Washington, said the wind turbine could generate up to 5MW. An application to Sunderland City Council planning officials has requested a "scoping opinion" on the plans to look at environmental impacts. Site plans show the wind turbine proposed for a parcel of land near the Unipres boundary with the Nissan plant site, which already has wind turbines. It was noted the "energy generated would be distributed directly to the warehouse and would function to meet the energy needs of the facility". Applicants said the proposed development would "aim to reduce the carbon emissions from the facility" and would be "largely self-sustainable", with any "excess energy" potentially being exported back to the national grid. 'Employment benefits' Following the period of operation, estimated at 25 years, the applicant is also expected to "decommission" the wind turbine "in line with best practice industry guidance". The supporting environmental impact scoping report adds: "The proposed development would have economic and employment benefits in the form of contracting opportunities for local and regional contractors both for construction activities themselves and throughout the supply chain." A decision on the screening opinion request will be made by the council following a consultation exercise, with a decision expected in coming months. New Bonnie Blue documentary includes footage from her controversial sex stunt
It was the tabloid story of 2024 when OnlyFans creator Bonnie Blue declared that she'd slept with over 1,000 people in 12 hours. Her stunt instigated a conversation around whether 26-year-old Blue, whose real name is Tia Billinger, was carving a new path for feminism or destroying the one that had been laid out for her. 1000 Men and Me: The Bonnie Blue Story airs on Channel 4 on Tuesday 29 July at 10pm and will explore the life of Blue around the time of the stunt and in the months following.
