CRISTIANO RONALDO showered Georgina Rodriguez with over a QUARTER-OF-A-MILLION pounds worth of gifts as part of their engagement, The Sun can reveal.
The footie icon finally popped the question to his long-term girlfriend and mother of two of his five children after NINE years together.

And the Al-Nassr and Portugal star went big, spending a whopping £3.7MILLION on an incredible oval-cut diamond ring.
But Ronaldo hasn't stopped there, with SunSport learning he's gifted his other half over £270,000 worth of gifts as part of their engagement.
The priciest of Ronaldo's gifts to the Argentine model is a stunning white electric Porsche Taycan, which he spent £78,250 on.
Ronaldo, 40, has also given Rodriguez a brand new Audemars Piguet watch worth £53,000.

He also gifted her another stunning timepiece in the form of a £42,000 Patek Philippe.
Ronaldo has also spent nearly £7,000 on new Christian Dior and Louis Vuitton handbags.
And he completed the generous gift set with a variety of dresses and tops, which set him back an additional £18,700.
A source close to the couple told SunSport: "He has been preparing this for a while now, and he wanted it to make it so special for his special one.

"He also got her many luxury presents, like watches, as she loves them too and she likes to add some more in her collection.

"He made this moment very unique, and he is already working on the presents and the marriage that will most likely happen in 2026, after the World Cup.

In the song, Rey's lyrics also say 'The most famous girl at the Waffle House/ I don't regret it/ The most famous girl at the Waffle House.' In a 2022 profile in The New York Times, Cain was dubbed 'The Most Famous Girl at the Waffle House' - leading many people to think Ray is throwing further shade at her here. The lyric also references Lana's own viral 2023 moment, when she was spotted working a shift at a Waffle House in Alabama. Things escalated even further when Pop Pass shared a post reporting on the unreleased segment of the song, Lara also alleged that Ethel body-shamed her in a comment. 'I don't know who Ethel was until a few years ago – when someone brought to my attention the disturbing and graphic side-by-side images she would often put up of me next to unflattering creatures and cartoon characters making constant comments about my weight, I was confused at what she was getting at,' she wrote. 'Then when I heard what she was saying behind closed doors from mutual friends and started inserting herself into my personal life I was definitely disturbed.' Battlefield 6 players get free gift if they cause $1 trillion of damage in beta
EA has set Battlefield 6 players an explosive challenge in the open beta, depending on exactly how much property damage they cause. Battlefield 6's second open beta officially went live on Thursday, adding an additional map called Empire State and two new modes in Rush and Squad Deathmatch. The beta is set to run until Sunday, August 18 at 9am BST, and developer EA has leaned into the franchise's appetite for destruction via a new challenge for players. If players around the world manage to collectively cause $1 trillion worth of damage in the Battlefield 6 beta, everyone who participated will receive a Destruction weapon skin for the M60 machine gun when the full game launches on October 10, 2025. At the time of writing, the total amount of financial damage is just over $100 billion, a figure carried over from the first beta, so players have a lot to demolish over the next two days if they want to claim their prize. Strictly's Nadiya Bychkova spotted for first time after 'scary' fall
Strictly Come Dancing pro Nadiya Bychkova has been spotted for the first time after suffering a major health setback ahead of the new series. Earlier this week, the dancer revealed she'd had to make a hospital visit after'landing on her back' during a training session. In an Instagram post, Nadiya, who joined Strictly in 2017, spoke about how she was feeling 'really worried' as rehearsals get underway for Strictly's 2025 season. Since that hospital visit, the 35-year-old has used Instagram Story to update her fans on her recovery, but looked in high spirits as she arrived for training on Friday. Nadiya, whose previous celeb partners include Olympian Tom Dean and broadcaster Dan Walker, smiled for cameras, looking effortlessly stylish in a pair of denim shorts and a cropped white shirt.
