Best ways to cure Vampirism in Oblivion Remastered
Becoming a vampire in
Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion Remastered
comes with some powerful perks but also some major drawbacks. If your adventure is being ruined by the sunlight or the hostile NPCs, here is how you can cure your Vampirism quickly. Whether you are seeking practicality or redemption, the cure of the curse is possible. Follow the guide, no matter if you have just been infected or you are already a full-blooded vampire. It will help.
Best methods to cure Vampirism in Oblivion Remastered
If it is caught early, Vampirism can be reversed. Contracting the disease Porphyric Hemophilia, which turns you into a vampire, gives a 72-hour window. During it, make sure to use the Cure Disease potions, shrine blessings, or spells before sleeping to halt the transformation. Mandrake Root, Garlic, and Shepherd's Pie will also work. However, if you missed the window, you will need some tougher solutions.
If you have been converted to a full vampire, Font of Renewal will give you instant relief. For it, head to
Deepscorn Hollow
, which is located southeast of Leyawiin. Next, dive into the submerged ruins and finally navigate to the cloister. Harvest the Purgeblood Salts from the crystals nearby and then activate Font. It is quick but needs Vile Lair DLC, which is included in the remaster.

. Raminus Polus will direct you to the Count Hassildor of Skingrad. His wife shares your plight. Melisande, the witch, will demand 5 ingredients—
Nightshade
Bloodgrass
Garlic
Argonian blood
Vampire's ashes.
Gather all the ingredients and brew the potion to cure yourself. Countess is the morally complex finale.
Key considerations when choosing the cure
Is Being a VAMPIRE Worth It? HOW TO CURE in 5 Minutes? How To Become A Vampire Oblivion Remastered
To cure Vampirism is permanent. After you become human, you cannot re-embrace night without the mods or the cheats. So, weigh the loss of perks like stat boost and night vision against the penalties for freedom from sunlight. The Front of Renewal skips the quests but will lock you out of the rewards of the Cure quest, which is the trade-off for speed.
The lengthy steps of the Cure quest reward 1000 gold and lore. It is ideal for completionists. However, hunting the ingredients, like the ashes of Hindaril in the Redwater Slough, risks some deadly fights. The accessibility of the Font further makes it ideal for some urgent playthroughs. Irrespective of the path chosen, make sure to plan around your timing and the NPC schedules. There are some steps that need to be followed for 24 hours.
What is life after cure?
After the cure, sunlight harm will vanish, and the townsfolk will no longer flee. But some lingering effects, like the facial changes, will persist. To avoid restarting, make sure to save before the cure. Also, remember that the perks of Vampirism will be gone for good. So, rebuild the character with the enchanted gear or the alchemy to compensate.
Whether you are after redemption or want convenience, Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion Remastered ensures that Vampirism is not just a life sentence. Make sure to choose the method and reclaim the day. Then, dive back into the adventures of Tamriel.

According to official sources, M Baskar Ilango of Kuniyamuthur took a health insurance policy through HDFC Bank in Feb 2020. Zack Chug, a renowned fitness coach, shares in his August 6 Instagram post practical tips to help you lose 1.5 kg in just 7 days without harming your body. His guidance focuses on creating a calorie deficit, prioritizing protein, performing fasted incline cardio, lifting weights, staying hydrated, avoiding refined sugar, and getting quality sleep. By following these realistic, science-backed strategies, you can achieve noticeable results while building sustainable habits. Let's take a look at his detailed recommendations. Many people assume fast results require extreme calorie restriction or skipping meals, but the truth is that smart planning, consistency, and lifestyle adjustments can deliver results without compromising your health. Zack's tips provide a realistic and actionable strategy for anyone looking to shed weight in a week while maintaining energy levels and muscle mass. Tips to lose weight quickly without any crash diets Calculate your BMR and TDEE Understanding your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is the first step to managing weight effectively. BMR is the number of calories your body burns at rest, while Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) includes calories burned through activity. Formulas to estimate BMR: For men: 66.47 + (13.75 × weight in kg) + (5 × height in cm) – (6.75 × age) For women: 655.1 + (9.56 × weight in kg) + (1.85 × height in cm) – (4.68 × age) Once you know your BMR, multiply it by your activity level to get TDEE. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like The Best Method for a Flat Stomach After 50 (It's Genius!) Create a calorie deficit Weight loss requires consuming fewer calories than your body burns. Zack Chug recommends a 500-calorie deficit per day, which can help you safely lose approximately 1.5 kg in a week. Tip: Track your meals using an app or journal to stay consistent and monitor calorie intake effectively. Benefit: Controlled calorie reduction helps you lose fat safely while preserving muscle and maintaining energy levels. Prioritize protein intake Eating sufficient protein is essential for maintaining muscle mass while losing fat. Zack suggests consuming about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. This not only preserves lean muscle but also helps boost metabolism and supports overall strength during fat loss. Tip: Include protein-rich foods like eggs, chicken, fish, lentils, Greek yogurt, tofu, and whey protein in your diet. Benefit: Protein keeps you full longer, curbs overeating, and supports metabolism for effective weight management. Incorporate fasted incline cardio Fasted cardio involves exercising on an empty stomach, usually in the morning. Zack recommends 20 minutes of fasted incline cardio, five times a week, which can enhance fat burning. Tip: Walk or jog on a treadmill with a slight incline for effective cardio and calorie burn. Benefit: This strengthens leg muscles, boosts metabolism, and improves overall endurance while supporting weight loss. Lift heavy weights Strength training is crucial for building muscle, increasing metabolism, and promoting fat loss. Zack advises lifting heavy weights three times a week. Tip: Focus on compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. Benefit: Muscle burns more calories at rest, making weight management easier. Stay hydrated Proper hydration is vital for metabolism, appetite control, and overall health. Zack recommends drinking 3–4 liters of water daily. Tip: Start your day with a glass of water and sip throughout the day. Extra benefit: Hydration helps reduce water retention and supports digestion. Avoid refined sugar and processed foods Cutting refined sugar and processed foods reduces unnecessary calories and prevents insulin spikes that promote fat storage. Tip: Replace sugary snacks with fruits, nuts, or dark chocolate in moderation, Benefit: Keeps blood sugar stable and reduces cravings. Drink black coffee while fasting Black coffee during fasting can help curb appetite and boost metabolism. Its caffeine content increases energy, supports fat burning, and improves focus, making fasting easier. Consumed without sugar or cream, it's a low-calorie way to enhance your fasting routine. Tip: Avoid adding sugar, cream, or milk to maintain fasting benefits. Extra perk: Coffee can provide energy for morning workouts without adding calories. Prioritize sleep and recovery Sleep is a critical component of weight loss and overall health. Aim for 6–8 hours of quality sleep each night, as it helps regulate hunger hormones, boosts metabolism, and supports fat-burning processes. Consistent, restful sleep also improves energy levels, reduces cravings, and enhances your body's ability to recover from exercise, making it easier to stay on track with your diet and fitness goals. Tip: Stick to a regular sleep schedule and relaxing bedtime routine to improve sleep quality and aid weight loss. Extra perk: Good sleep boosts mood, reduces stress, and supports better focus for healthier daily choices. . Man suffers rare bromism following ChatGPT diet tips. All about dangerous condition and its symptoms
A case of bromism has come to light after a man developed this rare condition following an interaction with ChatGPT about removing table salt from his diet. An article in the Annals of Internal Medicine reported a case in which a 60-year-old man developed bromism, also known as bromide toxicity , after consulting Chatgpt, according to Guardian. The article described bromism as "ingestion of bromide can lead to a toxidrome known as bromism. "While this condition is less common than it was in the early 20th century, it remains important to describe the associated symptoms and risks, because bromide-containing substances have become more readily available on the internet," it read. Comedian startling relocation hint shocks fans What is bromism? The man told doctors that after reading about the negative effects of sodium chloride, or table salt, he consulted ChatGPT about eliminating chloride from his diet and started taking sodium bromide over a three-month period. This was despite reading that 'chloride can be swapped with bromide, though likely for other purposes, such as cleaning'. Sodium bromide was used as a sedative in the early 20th century. On admission, the patient shared that he maintained multiple dietary restrictions and that he distilled his own water at home. He was noted to be very thirsty but paranoid about water he was offered. Live Events According to the journal, Bromide toxicity, or bromism, was once a well-recognized toxidrome in the early 20th century that precipitated a range of presentations involving neuropsychiatric and dermatologic symptoms. Bromism was thought to have contributed to up to 8% of psychiatric admissions at that time, as bromide salts were found in many over-the-counter medications targeting a wide array of indications, including insomnia, hysteria, and anxiety. "The incidence of bromism declined dramatically when the U.S. Food and Drug Administration eliminated the use of bromide between 1975 and 1989 (3). However, case reports of bromism have reemerged within recent years, including from dietary supplements, bromide-containing sedatives, and excess dextromethorphan. While cases of bromism may remain relatively rare, it remains prudent to highlight bromism as a reversible cause of new-onset psychiatric, neurologic, and dermatologic symptoms, as bromide-containing substances have become more readily available with widespread use of the internet," according to the journal. Bromism was diagnosed as the lab results of the patient were weird and his blood shows what looks like high chloride levels. ALSO READ: Seven simple brain exercises to lower your dementia risk What is bromide intoxication and what are its symptoms? Bromide intoxication happens when too much bromide — a chemical element related to chlorine — builds up in your body. You won't find bromide normally in your everyday food items but it can still get into your system from certain medications, supplements, or imported products. What's the problem with bromide? Your body doesn't get rid of bromide super quickly. It competes with chloride (yes, like in table salt) for space in your cells. When bromide sticks around, it starts messing with your nervous system. The symptoms of bromism headaches, confusion, memory problems, dizziness, slurred speech, tremors, and in severe cases, hallucinations or psychosis. Because the symptoms are vague, people sometimes go months without realizing bromide is the culprit.
