When the topic turned to family WhatsApp groups, Ajay didn't hold back. Asked whether his own family group is muted, he laughed and admitted it absolutely is. 'Yug is very chill. Woh bolta hai mujhe ghar se nahi nikalna (He says I don't want to go out). He is like, 'why are you wasting money? Why are you traveling?' He is exactly like me. On most of the holidays, Kajol and Nysa are doing everything and we are chilling," Ajay said, smiling.
Ajay and Kajol, who have been married for 26 years, are known for their strong but private bond. Kajol previously joked in an interview with Mashable India that their marriage has worked this long thanks to a unique formula: 'partial deafness and selective amnesia."
She added, 'Ajay and I are completely different otherwise hum logo ko itne saal nahi lagte (it wouldn't have taken us so long), we would have separated long before," and said, 'I say this quite often that the secret to happy marriage is partial deafness and selective amnesia. You really need to forget certain things about your partner and sometimes unhearing things they said. It is very important."
