Abdulrahman Al-Sanea was the tournament's dark horse, surpassing expectations by reaching the quarterfinals and finishing sixth out of 128 players. Hani also made headlines by defeating the fourth seed, Yassin Bayoumi, 3-1 in the quarterfinals. Both players were guided by coaches Majid Khan and Falah Faiz, with fitness coach Ahmed Al-Sayed supporting their preparation. The Kuwaiti delegation was led by Secretary General Hamed Al-Omran. At the closing ceremony, top players gathered alongside Egyptian Federation President Amina Al-Tarablusi. Al-Omran presented her with a commemorative shield, and she expressed gratitude to the Kuwaiti Squash Federation for its significant role and active participation in the event.
