Park Bo Young reveals WHY she blocked her company's number for 7 days after filming Our Unwritten Seoul: 'I had to…'
In a move as unexpected as a K-drama plot twist, Park Bo Young vanished from the radar after wrapping up filming for Our Unwritten Seoul. During a candid appearance on the YouTube show Halmyungsoo, she casually revealed that she told her company not to contact her, and then blocked their number.
As soon as she dropped that bombshell, her co-stars, GOT7's Park Jinyoung and Ryu Kyung Soo, stared at her in astonishment. But what made the lead actress go full ghost mode on her team?
Well, the reason is hilariously relatable. Park Bo Young shared that she just wanted one week of peace after filming ended. 'My MBTI is ISFP. The biggest ISFP flaw is that we don't leave the couch,' she admitted with a laugh. She went on, 'It was my dream to spend a whole week at home just ordering food and watching OTTs.'
Park Bo Young explained that she's a 'big MIA (Missing In Action) person' and absolutely loves being at home on her couch. And it seems that the dream finally came true.
What's Our Unwritten Seoul All About?
At the heart of Our Unwritten Seoul are identical twins Yoo Mi Ji and Yoo Mi Rae (double role played by Park Bo Young), who share the same face but live completely different lives.
Mi Ji, the younger sister, is a former rising star in track and field, now enjoying a laid-back, free-spirited lifestyle. Meanwhile, her older twin, Mi Rae is a perfectionist through and through, building a stable career at a public corporation. On the surface, they couldn't be more different — but for reasons yet to be revealed, they decide to switch lives, diving headfirst into a bold and risky charade.
Then there's Lee Ho Su (Played by Jiyoung), a lawyer at a prestigious law firm. He may appear easygoing, but beneath the surface, he hides a complicated past. He lives quietly, never fully revealing his emotions… until a fateful encounter begins to stir something deep inside him. He meets Mi Ji, who is living his sister's life. Will things change between Lee Ho Su and Mi Ji?
Full of secrets, identity twists, and emotional undercurrents, Our Unwritten Seoul is set to release episodes 3 and 4 on May 31 and June 1 2025, at 5:30 PM KST.

This film faced 34 legal cases, still earned 225% profit, made lead actress an overnight star, movie is..., lead actor was... There are several films in Bollywood that have landed in legal controversy prior its release. Today, we will talk about one such movie that really underwent through trouble seas, and dealt with 34 legal cases. Despite being in bad publicity, the film did exceedingly well and turned out to be a box office hit. Released in 1982, the film we are referring to is BR Chopra's Nikaah . Starring Raj Babbar, Deepak Parashar, and Salma Agha, the film was based on the concept of triple Talaq. According to IMDB, the film was initially titled, Talaq Talaq Talaq. However, the makers later changed it to Nikaah. During that time, the film as well as the storyline didn't settle well with the certain section of Muslims, and as a result the makers of Nikaah faced shocking 34 court cases. Many people intervened during the screening, and asked to stop the film. While, some just threw the posters out on the road in anger. Not just this, lead actress Salma Agha was threatened and harassed. There were several outrageous letters sent to her, warning to leave India and move back to London. Despite all the controversy, the film did surprisingly well and became a box office success. Made on a budget of Rs 4 crore, Nikaah earned Rs 9 crore, making a 225% of profit. The success of the film catapulted Salma to overnight stardom, leading to several offers for many other films. Other than Salma, Raj Babbar, and Deepak Parashar, the cast also consisted of Tanuja, Hina Kausar, Iftekhar and Asrani. Those who wish to watch the film, you can catch it on YouTube, Hotstar or Amazon Prime. Nikaah is surely way ahead of its time, showcasing a quite bold theme out and out.

Ishaan Khatter takes the stage with BTS' Mic Drop for Miss World 2025; leaves desi K-pop fans unimpressed: ‘Ye kya hai?'
It was all set to be a moment. Ishaan Khatter — the chiselled, chest-baring Bollywood boy who seems determined to be the poster child of Summer 2025 — had the global Miss World stage, a pumped-up crowd, and a playlist stacked with hits. And then, it happened: Mic Drop — and not in the way BTS intended. Khatter, who took the stage at the 72nd edition of the Miss World pageant held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad, delivered a series of high-octane performances. Some of them hit the right notes: his electric groove on Bruno Mars' Uptown Funk got the audience moving, and his nostalgic nod to Zingaat brought back his breakout Dhadak days. But then came the curveball — BTS's explosive anthem Mic Drop. On paper, this could've been iconic. Ishaan grooving to one of BTS's most hyped tracks? A perfect collision of East and East, Bollywood meeting K-pop. It had potential. Unfortunately, what fans got was… well, not that. A post shared by Ishaan (@ishaankhatter) Instead of channelling BTS's sharp, hard-hitting choreography that fans have memorised down to the millisecond, Khatter opted for a remix, not of the track, but of the moves. And not in a good way. The original intensity and precision of Mic Drop was replaced with…something. Indian K-pop fans were left unimpressed. Social media lit up almost immediately with reactions that ranged from mild dismay to full-blown secondhand embarrassment. 'Omg what am I seeing bro, nice try but need more practice 👏👏,' one user commented diplomatically. 'Ye kya dekh liya mene inko nhi aata to kyu karte hai 😂,' said another, throwing in a familiar question most of us ask during talent show disasters.'Bol do ye edit h,' said one comment, desperate to believe it wasn't real. 'Choreography left the world🤸🏻♀️,' wrote a fan, mourning the absence of any recognisable moves. 'I'm embarrassed on their behalf 😭,' summed up the general sentiment. A post shared by aaru💜(thv) (@aradhya_fab7) Meanwhile, the Miss World event carried on in grandeur. With 108 global contestants competing, the night ultimately belonged to Opal Suchata Chuangsri from Thailand, who was crowned Miss World 2025 by Krystyna Pyszkova of the Czech Republic. In a moment that stood in sharp contrast to Khatter's performance, Opal's heartfelt answer during the Q&A round struck a universal chord. A post shared by Miss World (@missworld) When asked by judge Sonu Sood about the power of truth and personal responsibility in storytelling, Opal responded with grace: 'Be the person that someone or the other will look up to. I always believe that no matter who you are and no matter how old you are, no matter what title you hold in your life, there is always a person next to you — whether it's a child, whether it's an adult, it could even be your own parents — that look up to you in a way. And the best way to lead people is to lead with their gracefulness in your actions. That is the best thing we can do to the people around us and in our world,' she said. A mic drop, you could say — the kind that doesn't need backup dancers. As for Ishaan, there's no denying he has star power, but if he's going to embrace the global stage, especially K-pop territory, he may want to take a few notes…or classes.

Mumbai: Galactus Funware Technology , the parent company of online gaming platform MPL (Mobile Premier League), has issued a legal notice to the Advertising Standards Council of India ( ASCI ), demanding the immediate withdrawal of a whitepaper titled 'Examining Opinion Trading in India' and seeking ₹50 crore in damages for alleged defamation and loss of goodwill. The legal notice, dated May 23, 2025, sent through their legal counsel Trilegal, accuses ASCI of publishing a "biased and unsubstantiated" whitepaper that relies on "tampered" versions of MPL's advertisements and misrepresents their content to mislead consumers. Techno Mag Learn More Undo Galactus Funware claims that the ASCI whitepaper, published in May 2025, deliberately edited screenshots of their advertisements to support a "baseless conclusion" that opinion trading involves an "element of risk" and "chances of financial losses". The notice highlights specific instances of alleged tampering, citing that ASCI allegedly removed disclaimers present in the original advertisement, thereby misrepresenting its compliance with advertising codes. Live Events The company states that a screenshot from an educational YouTube video, emphasising 'Skill, Interest, Knowledge', was taken out of context and selectively edited to imply risk, despite the video's focus on skill development. The legal notice states that the white paper's "sensationalist tone reeks of vested interests and a blatant disregard for objectivity". The advertising self-regulatory body, ASCI told ET that they were in receipt of the notice, but a spokesperson denied any wrongdoing. "We are in receipt of the notice and there is absolutely no question of tampering," the regulator said, in response to a query from ET. Mandate questioned Galactus Funware also challenged ASCI's authority to publish such a whitepaper. They argue that ASCI's charter, the Code for Self-Regulation in Advertising, does not provide for commenting on the nature or legality of any industry's operations. Copies of the legal notice have also been sent to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and the All India Gaming Federation. When ET reached out to MPL for their response, a spokesperson declined to comment.
